The integrity of the island and its group is questionable. My family and I booked a stay at Jawakara in July 2025 in early January 2025 and chose the platinum all-inclusive plan. In February 2025, it was learned from unofficial discussion forums that the island had adjusted the content of the platinum all-inclusive plan, but customers who had already made a reservation were still subject to the content at the time of booking. Due to the huge gap in benefits between the old and new plans, we immediately asked the travel agency to confirm with Jawakara, and received a reply from the other party to ensure that our order was applicable to the old platinum all-inclusive plan provided when the order was placed. At the same time, I also successfully completed reservations for various restaurants and activities via email. In May 2025, it was learned from unofficial discussion forums that the island had changed its statement, and some tourists who were eligible for the old all-inclusive plan received a notice that they would be subject to the new all-inclusive plan when they went to the island. We immediately asked the travel agency to confirm with Jawakara again, but they overturned their previous promise and insisted that they would go to the island in July in accordance with the newly announced platinum all-inclusive plan. They did not acknowledge the promise about the dining restaurant in the platinum all-inclusive plan at the time of booking. Finally, we decided to cancel the reservation and at the same time, based on our own experience, remind travelers who have already booked or are about to book JAWAKARA to pay attention to their own rights. If possible, it is recommended to avoid the Jawaka island resort and other resorts operated by the same group. The island's owner, Crown & Champa Resorts, has five resorts in Malsives. Its unethical business philosophy deserves the attention of travelers.
該島及所屬集團的誠信有所問題，我與家人在2025年1月初預定了2025年7月的Jawakara住宿，並選擇白金全包方案。 2025年2月時，從非官方討論區中知道該島調整了白金全包方案的容，但已預定客戶仍適用預定時的內容。 由於新舊方案權益差距落差很大，我們立即請代理旅行社與Jawakara確認，並收到對方回覆保證我們的訂單適用下訂時提供的舊白金全包方案。同時也順利用email完成各餐廳與活動預約。 2025年5月，再度從非官方討論區得知該島改變說法，部份適用舊全包方案的旅客收到通知說他們上島時將照依新全包方案規定。 我們即刻請代理旅行社再次與Jawakara確認，對方推翻先前承諾，強硬堅持七月上島時就是依照新公佈的白金全包方案，不承認預定當時白金全包方案裡對用餐餐廳的承諾。 最後，我們決定取消預定，同時以自身經驗提醒已預定及即將預定JAWAKARA的旅客注意自身權益。如果可以，建議避開Jawaka這座島嶼渡假村，也避開所屬集團經營的其他渡假村。 該島所屬集團Crown & Champa Resorts在Malsives有5家渡假村，其違反誠信的經營理念值得旅客多加小心。

Сказать что я расстроена , это ничего не сказать . Пляж отвратительный все в водорослях , это такая особенность острова к сожалению, по мимо этого на берегу шкурки от апельсинов , бутылки , и куча кораллов , уборка проводиться но через час снова та же картина. Кухня очень скромная , море продукты раз в неделю, детское меню я вообще молчу , мини кукуруза , нагетсы и шоколадный пудинг - это все детское меню. В целом еда не вкусная, есть с чем сравнить просто, супы безвкусные , из горячих блюд одна паста , так же хочу отметить ресторан Юми ,тот же риф фишь что и в общем ресторане только за 20 долларов и тоже невозможно есть так как жесткий, детское меню не вкусное , мясо принесли жесткое , ребенок не смог есть . В другие рестораны не пошли , так как впечатление от Юми оставило негативный отпечаток , уборка номера нормальная, детская комната средняя, большее количество классов за доп плату , что касаемо персонала в целом норм . Но за те деньги что я заплатила я ожидала намного большего. Не рекомендую этот отель , лучше по искать что то другое.

Unsere perfekten Flitterwochen auf Jawakara Island. Ein absoluter Traumurlaub – wir hätten es uns nicht schöner vorstellen können! Allein der Start mit dem Wasserflugzeug war schon ein Highlight. Unsere Strandvilla war groß, wunderschön eingerichtet und das Outdoor-Badezimmer ein echtes Erlebnis. Wir waren viel schnorcheln und haben dabei sogar Wasserschildkröten gesehen – einfach magisch. Den ganzen Urlaub barfuß unterwegs zu sein, sogar im Restaurant, hat dem Ganzen einen ganz besonderen Vibe gegeben. Es war so schwer nach 2 Wochen wieder in Schuhe zu schlüpfen. :) Das Essen? Grandios! Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt – super Auswahl, top Qualität. Die Insel selbst ist ein echtes Paradies: puderzuckerweiße Strände, kristallklares Wasser in allen Blautönen und traumhafte Palmen. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an unseren persönlichen Host Nish, die sich so herzlich um uns gekümmert hat, auch das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam – so einen Service erlebt man selten. Wir hatten noch nie so einen perfekten Urlaub – die Malediven haben unser Herz erobert. Und ja: Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Besuch. :)

What an amazing place! From the moment we flew in until we flew out we had a superb experience, all made possible by the wonderful staff. It was total luxury but not stuffy luxury. Special mention to Umar who greeted us off the plane and attended to our every need to ensure our stay was the best it could be. We stayed in an over water villa on the smaller island surrounded by sea turtles, sharks, stingrays and fish. Very safe swimming in the sea or you could use the private pool. The villa was the best room I’ve ever stayed in with huge bed, luxury bath room, fully stocked minibar, bicycles and beautiful deck facing the sunset. The room attendants were amazing and very courteous. Lots to do. Swimming, tennis, golf, pickleball, yoga,gym…. Just as well as the food is first class!! Also tried the specialty restaurants where the service and food was superb Would love to go back 😊

Wir waren als Paar während einer Woche auf der Insel und hatten es sehr genossen. Selbst unserem Wunsch nach einem Bungalow-Wechsel wurde nachgekommen. Die Hauptinsel ist idealer als Familie als als Paar zu besuchen, trotzdem war es auch für uns schön. Herzliche Mitarbeitende und feines Essen, ob Buffet oder Restaurants.

Jawakara Island. Me and my partner had an amazing experience at this island from the moment we stepped off the sea plane. We were greeted by our host for our time on the island, his name was Umar. We could not speak anymore highly of Umar! He was so welcoming for the first time we met and as the trip went on it was so nice to feel like we had a good relationship together and we could share story’s and experiences with each other. He was always on the other end of the phone if we needed him or if we wanted to book something extra on to the trip. He helped me arrange my proposal to my now Fiancée which went down so well. So we just would just like to say again thank you to Umar for making our trip so special, our stay here wouldn’t have been the same without you as our host. |The island itself is just beautiful and the food was great too. The staff are all so kind and friendly and you’re always treated with lots of respect. There is plenty to do on the island with excursions but also there is a 9 hole golf course which you will not find on any other island. This was another reason why I wanted to come here. Also there is a football pitch which will also be hard to come by anywhere else. We stayed on the Dheru Water Villa and it was simply stunning. There was nothing better than waking up to the sunshine in the middle of the ocean. The room was always kept so clean by the staff and would always refill our mini bar every day. |Thanks again to the cleaning staff for keeping our room tidy for us every day. |We are now planning our wedding and can’t wait to come back for our honeymoon!|Thank you again to everyone at Jawakara and we hope to see you again soon.

Всегда поздороваются, улыбнуться, предложат помощь. |Офигенные водные виллы: нам повезло застать и дождь, и солнце. И это потрясающе сидеть на веранде, смотреть на океан и слушать ливень. |Очень вкусная еда и здорово, что ее не так много как в Турции, например. Прекрасное обслуживание. |И мое второе спасибо нашей фее Simron. Такое открытое, искреннее отношение, всегда очень быстро реагировала на все наши запросы, рекомендовала различные опции отеля. А каждое утро слала тёплые пожелания доброго дня, прекрасного отдыха и напоминания о предстоящих активностях и наших бронях. |В общем мы бы очень хотели вернуться.

Wenn es hier etwas zu kritisieren gibt dann nur auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir würden jeden Teilbereich mit vier oder fünf Sternen bewerten, fast alles ist sehr nah dran am perfekten Urlaub.||Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf Dheru, die ruhigere kleinere Insel. Die Beach Villa war in einem sehr guten Zustand, vermisst haben wir nur einen Ventilator im Bad wo sich die heiße Luft am Nachmittag bei Sonnenschein staute. Kleine Probleme mit der Außenbeleuchtung und Safe wurden schnell behoben, hier hat die Kommunikation und der Ablauf bei den Mitarbeitern super funktioniert.||Die Restaurants sind alle zu empfehlen. Wir hatten noch den alten All Inclusive Plan bei dem wir beliebig oft a la carte essen konnten. Jetzt ist das nur noch zwei Mal pro fünf Nächtigungen möglich. Dafür würden wir nicht den selben Preis bezahlen, eher Halbpension buchen. Die Auswahl in den Buffetrestaurants ist leider nicht die größte und die Preise in den a la carte Lokalen sehr hoch.||Wer eine Wasservilla bucht und gerne ins Meer geht sollte drauf bestehen, eine im Bereich zu bekommen wo Schwimmen und Schnorcheln leicht möglich ist. Es gibt nämlich laut Inselplan Bereiche in denen man wegen Strömungen nicht ins Meer sollte, seltsamerweise teilweise dort wo Stiegen von den Wasservillen ins Meer führen. Für gute Schwimmer mit Flossen sollte es aber nirgends Probleme geben.||Extra Lob gibts für Muthu der unser Zimmer immer sehr gut gereinigt hat und uns zwei Mal mit Sand-Kunst auf der Terrasse überrascht hat. Auch unsere Host Sruthy hat alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt - nur bei der Abreise gab es kurz Konfusion als es um den late check out ging, schlussendlich konnten wir kostenlos bis 14:00 im Zimmer bleiben. Zwischendurch waren 200$ dafür im Gespräch, das wollten wir nicht akzeptieren weil wir denken, dass bei so einer teuren Reise Leistungen wie diese inkludiert sein sollten. Dafür haben wir die üppige Minibar (die auch Teil von AI ist) nur wenig beansprucht :-)||Auch die Mitarbeiter in den Restaurants waren stets sehr freundlich und für einige lustige Unterhaltungen zu haben. ||Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wenn die Preise nicht unverschämt steigen kommen wir gerne wieder.

We've now been to Jawakara Maldives for the second time. The first time we were so impressed that we had to go back.|This time, too, we were absolutely satisfied and have nothing negative to report.|It's a great hotel on two beautiful islands. A great deal of effort is made every day to keep the islands beautiful and well-maintained.|There are two restaurants that offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet. The food was always very delicious and of high quality.|However, the restaurant staff deserve special mention; they are courteous and super polite! They made sure we lacked nothing and always felt very comfortable.|We had a great villa with a pool on the beach. Pasu (best guy!) kept our villa in top condition every day. He made sure we always had enough water and even made us little figures out of towels or drew pictures with sand on the terrace.|Konul was our local contact person. We could turn to her with any request; she responded immediately and organized our stay wonderfully.|A great stay that is made even better by the hospitable and polite people on site!
