Summing up, I can say that I do not recommend this hotel.
Ventajas: I really liked the room design, especially the pool. The drinks were fantastic, with a variety of freshly squeezed juices, good coffee, and top-notch alcoholic cocktails! Castro is the best bartender. The reef is truly beautiful and full of marine life. I even managed to see a manta ray swimming by the island, and it wasn't even the best season!
Contras: They don't provide bicycles for the island guests; instead, they shuttle them around in buggies. However, for this system to work smoothly, it needs to be well-coordinated. One morning, I was awakened when the buggy driver mistakenly went to the wrong room. A day later, the buggy intended for my room picked up guests from the neighboring room. In the initial days, buggies did not arrive at all for unclear reasons, leaving me waiting for over 30 minutes. If you opt for the most expensive rooms on the island, be prepared to walk a lot under the blazing sun. Booking listed 5 restaurants at the hotel. In reality, the coffee shop is closed, and breakfast happens in a restaurant called "Ocean Terrace" with a buffet. Lunch is also served there unless you choose the poolside "Skipjack Bar" with a limited fast-food menu, where, with the all-inclusive package, you have to pay for each dish. The exception allows you to have one free lunch there during your stay and dinner every day (main course + starter or dessert). Most guests have dinner at the same "Ocean Terrace." There's a great grill restaurant open for dinner, but you only get a one-time $40 discount per person with an average bill of $200. This doesn't seem like "all-inclusive." In rooms with the all-inclusive package, you get water, tea, and coffee. Regular milk had to be literally begged for, and coffee capsules were replenished based on the staff's mood. I have never seen such penny-pinching on guests in any five-star hotel. My girlfriend and I were repeatedly pressured to move from sofas to chairs in the restaurant, even though 80% of the tables were empty. Despite the hotel offering entertainment, its large capacity often led to situations where everything was fully booked. Particularly surprising was the scheduling of a tennis court for a girl from 5 to 7 PM daily for 10 days.

Avani的生态环境很棒,水屋非常推荐,可以直接下海看鱼。海滩边有许多寄居蟹,鸟类鸣叫声很有特点。岛上的餐厅、酒吧、健身、潜水、等设施齐全网速还不错,服务员热心奈斯,食物好吃选择丰富,让人感觉无忧无虑,不知时光流逝,很纯粹的度假体验。

Мы с супругом отдыхали в декабре 23-го года, отмечали там Новый год . |У нас остаться полный восторг ! Мальдивы -это рай ! А этот остров , отель что то супер кое ! Какой там песок , можно постоянно ходить босиком 🙏🏻|Маргарита, класснючая девушка работник отеля , говорящая на русском , сопровождала нас 24 часа и решала наши вопросы моментально , тем самым сделала наш отдых комфортным ! |Как только прибыли мы на остров нас встретили с барабанами и музыкой ! |Виллы находятся в стерильном состоянии, убирается два раза в день. Очень удобная кровать и фантастический вид из окон на океан! |Чего правда не хватало мне в номере , это зубной пасты , они меняют два раза в день косметику , но вместо зубной пасты там таблетки , очень непривычно и ( |Сначала были мы немножко разочарованы едой , острая и приправами карри , но потом вопрос решился , к нам подошел управляющий этим отелем Сергей , очень отзывчивый , профессиональный , позитивный парень, который сказал : заказывайте какие хотите продукты , мы привезем ; заказывайте любые блюда мы сделаем ! И все мы воспользовались эти советом и стало все супер ! А также имеете в виду даже , если вас в путёвки написано все включено , некоторые позиции алкоголя не входят во все Включено , например Чивас 18 лет ) , мы покупали за деньги . |Также на территории острова есть ресторан с авторской кухней , где где сначала выделяют на один /два раза по 40 долларов на человека депозит , а потом вы можете сколько хотите есть там , но конечно за деньги ! Блюда там шедевральные ! 🔥|Мы по много раз в день ходили плавать И смотреть на подводный мир , на острове он нереально крутой ! Также на гидриках можно поехать на черепаший остров, стоимость 700 долларов , но это того стоит ! Не забудьте попробовать балийский массаж , стоимость 200 доллара , но это 🔥 |Если вы хотите отдохнуть. И душой , и телом , то это Avani. 4 hours wait time on arrival to get to the hotel||95% of the other guests at least are noisy russian families with no boundaries and the staff does nothing about it after being contacted 3 times. One of these families tried to occupy our beach chairs right in front of our beach villa every single day and also used the swimming pool of the next villa while they were staying at a family room somewhere else. Spent the whole week screaming and shouting and what did the staff do when we complained 3 times? Absolutely nothing. ||The mattress was terribly bad and the beach villa was not comfortable. There was always something missing: toilet paper, beach towels, coffee… ||The food was not bad but poor variety. The buffet restaurant was a mess. We had to open the doors to get back to the table with plate on hand, waited for 20 minutes at every meal to have our drinks served, it had no air conditioning, it is simply not worth the money you pay. We have been to other resorts in the Maldives and this was a very very unpleasant surprise.

This hotel is tageting stress-free high level experience of Maldives. But it's coming short at methods of how it does it. Location is good, facilities are reasonably done well.||||But then - mistakes with transfer, sunset villas without sunset, no terrace sofa which should be there, terribly cheap food and drinks, bad management of buggies, absence of maintenance checklists in the room and absolutely no remorse of the host on any problems that you have.||||The goal of the host is to exonerate themselves from any problems - blame it on other departments, on rules, on guests, but never show any empathy to your problems, never show any creativity to solve or prevent them. This is ok for low rating hotels, but not expensive high rating ones.||||This is not fitting the cost they ask and not fitting what freshly opened hotel should do to get their high rating in that class of facilities.||||The whole all-inclusive system designed to trap guests into paying more. The whole breakfast experience made so that you would want to check other restaurants. The result is that if you can compare to other same price hotels in Maldives - you're never coming back.

I have been in Avani from 31st is December to 7 of January. There are some very positive aspects and some that need improvement. ||First of all, to reach the island you need to take a sea plane from the main airport in Male. The sea plan company is Manta Air. Now here the problem is that they need to fill up the plane before departing, this means that if you are just a couple going to Avani, you must wait that other people arrive from various part of the world causing a delay of hours and hours in your departure. Given the fact that Avani has various structures in Maldives and is in constant contact with the sea plane company, I would have imagined a much better organization. This meaning that the resort should first of all manage better the arrivals so that people do not wait 7 hours to fill up the plane (which is what happened to us) or subsidies the sea plane company in case there are just 2 persons on a flight!! The same thing applies when departing from the island.||Second point of improvement is probably the food. I had very good lunches and dinners so nothing bad to say. The only thing is that it is maybe a bit to asiatic and less European. This is probably due to the fact the majority of the tourist are from Asia. Overall can’t complain at all of the food quality but a slightly more diverse selection would have been appreciated (like some other resorts in Maldives). Probably an restaurant or an improvement of the Smugler would be a winning decision.||Third point, the staff is excellent and always very responsive at any request 24/7. They did their best to make our stay the best as possibile and make our experience unique. I must give a big big thank to Yasin which has been great. Also to Giorgia, Serjey (the Russian guy), Kuma and Nan (the girl from Thailand). My compliments to all of them, the resort is lucky to have them and should give them a good bonus for the effort and passion they put into their job. They are always very patient also in difficult circumstances. ||Fourth, the island is amazing with a beautiful reef. Simply paradise and probably one of the most pretty. ||Fifth, there are a lot of side activities to do which is positive. Also the staff here is great from the guy from Egypt during the snorkeling and the jet ski guy. However some are relatively expensive for their duration. I believe relatively lower prices or a longer duration would incentives people to do more. But this is understandable because we all know Maldives are not cheap. ||Overall I would definitely recommend going here. The experience you will remember.

Among the general, extremely positive impressions of the days spent on the island, I especially want to say thanks to the Dive center Team. Carmen's excellent management and professional dive masters made our stay on the island unforgettable. In the 7 or 8 times we've been to the Maldives, this was the first time we saw more than ten Manta rays in one place. And, of course, special thanks to dive master Denny, who “led” us to the Manta ray cleanup "station". For a full 10 minutes we watched a magnificent scene as cleaner fish cleaned the huge Manta ray - and all this at arm's length. Denny, thank you once again!

We booked a villa for two nights to stay from 1st Jan to 3rd, we had to cancel few days before for some reasons. The issue that during reservation time they told me that they dont have free cancellation booking and I have to pay the amount 45 days in advance (this is a manipulation as i can see many websites offering free cancellation for the same) i booked but when I had to cancel the reservation they became like the worst enemies and started to deal with me terribly, late replies, humiliation etc. I asked for a voucher to be used for one year and they barely agreed to provide after long communication, this voucher is very restricted with unfair rules like short period, downgraded room category and downgraded meal plan. I thought about negotiating the voucher terms, i called them and their representative was talking like (you have to thank us for providing the voucher instead of this wasted negotiation) I told him please dont talk to me with this tone as I am trying to make win win situation and you are not helping at all, I want to make the voucher fair for me and i will extend the stay so you get your benefit as well. There was no point after all of my communications with them. Honestly, one of the worst customer service that i have experienced in my life, i dont recommend to book in Avani + fares maldives because of their customer service/relation and their terrible treatment. They dont have reasonable business mindset and they dont have good customer relations priority. ||Bad experience, i dont know if i am going to yse the voucher they have provided because of the unfair restrictions.

We had the best 4 day stay out of any hotel or resort ever. Words cannot begin to describe how mich we love this place. This resort is new and its location is in a unesco biosphere in baa atoll which offers the most pristine beaches and aquatic life to explore and witness. We stayed in a sunrise overwater pool villa which was very worth the experience for our first time. Our room also had some smart electronic features to control the AC and lights. It was large and had a second outdoor shower/hottub which connects to the private indoor shower making it convenient to wash off sand before entering the unit. The room was incredibly clean, and the furniture and decorations were tastefully creative. I appreciated a lot of the detail that had gone into the designs of this island resort with many materials imported from all over the world as well as the premium bath amenities provided. They have a kids centre with its own restaurant, activity centre with anything you would need for working out and more, a yoga/meditation room and also a large games room with ps5, Xbox series s, table tennis, pool, etc. There is also an outdoor jungle gym, punching bag, tennis/badminton/volleyball courts.||Our view was uninhibited with the ocean and you can peek over the side to see the island on one side for sunrise and then sunset on the other side. This was the same if not better than what I've seen on Instagram or YouTube of the Maldives overwater view. You can see all sorts of fish and sealife wading around the overwater villas and snorkel there. ||Speaking of which, the island was scenic and has its own house reef close to shore which makes it ideal for diving or snorkeling. ||What also made our stay memorable and fun was all the staff on the island. They treated us like family and were efficient, professional, courteous and reliable.||Akash/Ankit from housekeeping ensured everything was in tip top condition and really made our stay comfortable. Hsu was our personal help and was in constant contact to help us with any reservations or issues. She helped made our stay memorable. The ocean terrace food staff were all amazing and in particular, Mukesh and Rosni who were so wonderful and helpful we felt like we were old friends meeting each meal we had there. Mr Irshad and activity coordinators as well as the photographer and spa staff were kind, professional and courteous. I applaud Avani for hiring them as we are repeat customers and can't wait to return to Avani Fares!

We booked one of the beach studios for a week. We booked the seaplane through the Avani+ website. When our flight landed at Male we were picked up at the airport and taken to a Avani+ lounge at the domestic airport. After a couple of hours' wait we were taken to the seaplane and flown to the resort. At the resort we were welcomed, shown around the island and then taken to our room.||||The room was immaculate, with a full size bed, widescreen TV, and a bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor shower. We had booked the half-board package, so each day we had breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. The meals consisted of a buffet and both meals each day were generally pretty good. Breakfast was the same each day - fruit, cereal, pastries, bread and grilled sausages, bacon, and various types of egg, The evening meal had a different cuisine each night - Mexican, Indian, Mediterranean etc. We visited both bars and had a few cocktails at the Skipjack bar by the pool.||||The island is fairly small but never felt crowded or busy - most of the time we were either on our own, or could see a small number of other guests. There's a swimming pool that does get relatively busy - when the weather was good most of the loungers had been taken, but we grabbed a sofa instead. We did some snorkelling around the island - you can see stingrays and small sharks, as well as smaller fish. I also did 5 dives with the dive centre. The dive guides and boat crew were excellent and the diving was decent.||||The staff were all generally very friendly, helpful and attentive. Wi-fi was excellent - both in the rooms and throughout the island. The resort is relatively new and feels very modern.|||| It was expensive, but you get what you pay for. Overall, it was a pretty amazing experience.

Сервис отсутствует. Еда отвратительная. В номере 4 раза за день отключалось электричество. На замечания не реагируют. Купаться можно только с одной стороны острова, на центральном пляже возле бассейна. Пляж никто не убирает, валяются стекла! В номере свист стоит, как-будто на улице ураган. Позиционируют себя как люкс, но делать ничего не хотят. Находимся здесь 2 дня, пока отдых испорчен! Не советую никому.

We went to Avani+ Fares for a family holiday and it was an unforgettable experience. We were greeted as soon as we exited the airport by a member of the Avani+ team who checked us in for our seaplane flight and took care of all our luggage. While waiting for the flight we were taken to a lounge which had a buffet of snacks and drinks and a great view! After a 30-40 minute flight we reached the resort. There we were greeted by Hsu and Shihaz (Resort Manager) who took care of us for the entirety of our stay. We stayed in the beach villa for 2 nights and in the overwater villa for 2 nights. Our rooms were in excellent condition and extremely clean and had private pools with breathtaking views. The rooms were a short walk from the restaurants, main pool, and other parts of the property but we had buggy assistance whenever and wherever we needed it. During our stay we met Irshad who was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to make our stay beyond comfortable. The property is surrounded by a picture-perfect beach with calm turquoise blue waters and soft white sand which is very clean and amazing to swim in. For the food, the chefs Erwin, Shinoj, Hashim, and Sree went out of their way to make anything we felt like eating which made every meal special. The breakfast at Ocean Terrace was excellent and Kate, Bhanu, and Mukesh took great care of us and made every morning memorable. At Skipjack, Akram took care of all our meals and was very helpful and had a lot to share with us about Maldives. We had an introduction to snorkelling with Emma from water sports who is extremely patient and experienced. For our first time, she eased all our fears and made the lesson fun. We also got to experience the spa and there we met Ashna and two wonderful massage therapists who gave us a relaxing and calming massage experience. Shihaz attended to all our needs, was always available and gave us a true, once in a lifetime Maldivian experience. Special mention to Hsu who made this experience truly unforgettable. She took care of our every need and went out of her way to make us feel like family.

We felt immediately at home at Avani Fares Resort, thanks to the incredibly welcoming staff. The rooms exceeded our expectations, surpassing their online pictures in comfort and style. The range of activities and the overall service quality were outstanding. A special shoutout to Arusham Arutte for his amazing care during our stay, making our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend for a luxurious and homely experience !

Обслуживающий персонал молодцы, все , приветливые, услужливые, помогают как могут. Но сам отель не вызвал у меня каких-то « вау» эмоций. Не тянет он на заявленые 5*. Везде есть какие то мелкие недочеты. Номер на воде: если идёшь босиком то перед входом невозможно ополоснуть ноги от песка, есть чаны с водой, но они всегда без воды. Номер- не большой, мало места для хранения, на террасе не возможно укрыться от солнца, нет зонта или навеса . Уборка, очень странная приходил только застелить кровать !! Все!! Халаты ни разу не убрал на место! Еда на 3+ или 4-)), на ужин нарезать две большие чашки лука!!!!! Это что то!!! Кстати после недели прибывания в основном ресторане питание сменилось в лучшую сторону, стала как-то интереснее подача и сами блюда интереснее. В последний день в основном ресторане были устрицы, вот устриц я нигде не видела на ужин на Мальдивах , в этот же вечер были лобстеры и большие креветки гриль . …пицца в ресторане у бассейна - это пародия , не каждая лепешка из теста может называться пиццей. Очень много пар с детьми, есть детский клуб. Ценны как и везде на Мальдивах- дорого. Риф, в первые дни мне не понравился, было мутно, волны, сильное встречное течение! Но однажды выпал просто идеальный день с невероятно чистой водой , вот где мы поплавали с масками вдоволь! Проплыли весь остров, есть очень интересные места. Причем течение меняется . Видели акул, группу мант, черепах.. много мелкой рыбы. В этот отель скорее всего больше не приеду..нет каких то интересных зацепов в нем .

It's a wonderful trip. Avani +Fares Maldives Resort is really a great place. Everything there is just wonderful! The service, the food, the setting- truly fantastic! My villa host Rachel is a very nice girl. She do a great job.Can 't wait to come back.

Amazing location, the villa situated right on the beach with large ocean view, the very comfortable bed, excelent cleaning service twice per day, our guest Suza gave to us very professional assistance every moment we need. Not 5 stars rated comes from meals served for half boarding only in one restaurnat- ocean terrace, even the resort has other restaurants.

The people at the hotel were extremely kind; rooms are very nice and the beds are super comfortable! The gym is spectacular! Buffet food was average, poor variety… no salad bar. The spa is incredible. I would probably suggest more water sports. the place is great!

Остров поразил своей красотой и разнообразием растительности большое количнство кокосовых пальм, у нашей виллы была даже банановая пальма с плодами, белый песок, изумрудного море, огромное количество кораллов вокруг которых обитает множество красивых рыб - идеальное место для снорклинга и дайвинга. Питание в ресторане разнообразное, каждый вечерний ужин был представлен кухней различных народов мира от европейской до азиатской. Есть теннисный корт, площадка для бадминтона и волейбола, для детей есть детский клуб, игровые приставки, настольный теннис, настольный футбол и аэрохоккей. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, который старается сделать ваш отдых незабываемым. Вас встречают в аэропорту по прилету и провожают по окончании отдыха и даже помогают зарегистриваться на рейс без очереди. Наша семья очень довольна пребыванием на острове и той обстановкой которую нам создали сотрудники компании AVANI+.

Всем привет! Хотим поделиться отзывом о посещение отеля Avani+ , где провели с семьей в этом году незабываемые 14 дней! На Мальдивах мы были уже в седьмой раз, но этот приезд запомнился особо. Думаем, что причина в необычной созданной отзывчивым персоналом отеля атмосферы уюта, заботы, даже какой-то семейственности. Особую благодарность хотели бы выразить Маргарите (из отдела приема), которая очень быстро и поддерживающе реагировала на любые наши просьбы! На острове (он небольшой, метров 600, но обладает своим домашним рифом, который просто кишит разнообразной живностью…фантастический снорклинг со скатами, рыбами попугаями и черепахами, а также маленькими акулами, не отплывая далеко от виллы обеспечен всем любителям на 100%) очень много предложений для досуга: прекрасный Спа для любителей релакса, процедуры в котором нам очень понравились, тренажерный зал, теннисные корты, уличный Workout, игровой зал с Xbox, пулом, настольным теннисом) и Diving center Aquafanatics для любителей активного отдыха с прекрасными инструкторами, которые возили нас посмотреть на дельфинов, понырять с мантами, черепахами и половить рыбу. Большое спасибо в этой связи команде Aquafanatics Кармен, Мишель, инструкторам Даниелю из Коста-Рики, Саамилу с Мальдив, капитану Рашиду, а так же Моррису и остальным ребятам. Очень заботливые, приятные и профессиональные ребята. Даниэлю особенное отдельное спасибо за погружение в котором три гигантские манты сопровождали нас почти все время под водой. В последний день на острове Aquafanatics подарили незабываемую поездку-сафари на Jetski по окрестностям острова. Наш сын был в восторге. Мы сходили на необитаемый остров и прошлись по настоящей тропической чаще. Высадились на песчаную отмель посреди океана, где были только птицы, крабы и 20 метров суши. Мы подплывали к дельфинам на расстояние пары метров, когда на горизонте не видно было ничего кроме воды. Ishan и Humaam спасибо вам огромное! Ну а иногда можно просто провести время в бассейне (на вилле или в центральном) или полюбоваться, сидя в баре, классными волнами на противоположной части острова, где сильный ветер гонит их к берегу (в противовес к другой части острова, где равнинно и штиль). Детей мы оставляли в замечательном детском центре (воспитатели есть русско-говорящие в том числе. Спасибо, Гуня!). Отдельных слов заслуживает разнообразие и сбалансированность кухни во всех ресторанах отеля. Повар Наталья из Чили порадовала невероятно подобранным меню в ресторане Charcoal, а повар Infaz приготовил фантастическую баракуду на гриле, нами же самими и выловленную на Sunset fishing. Отдельное спасибо персоналу ресторана Ocean. Карине, которая заботилась о нас каждый день (кстати в ресторане очень много русско-говорящего персонала, что создает особое чувство, что тебя понимают с полуслова), Бер из Узбекистана, Narayan из Индии, Priti из Индии, которая готовила сладкие сюрпризы детям, и особенно Мукешу из Индии, который очень отзывчиво отнесся к нашим просьбам, когда простудился старший ребенок, вопреки правилам отеля. Отдельное спасибо доктору Saifulla Azad и медсестре, которые позаботились о детях, когда они простудились. Отель очень новый, вся инфраструктура соответствует статусу 5 звезд. Вилла удобная, персонал прекрасно убирал 2 раза в день, недостатка ни в чем не испытывали. Пляж и лагуна нам тоже очень понравились. Всем рекомендуем взять сразу версию all inclusive, с детьми это очень удобно. Из минусов - ничего отметить не могу. Спасибо команде отеля за прекрасный отдых. Hello everyone! On our last day on the island, Aquafanatics gave us an unforgettable jet ski safari around the island. Our son loved it. We went to a deserted island and walked through a real tropical thicket. We landed on a sandbank in the middle of the ocean with only birds, crabs and 20 meters of land. We swam a few meters away from the dolphins when there was nothing but water on the horizon. Ishan and Humaam, thank you so much! Well, and sometimes you can just spend time in the pool (at the villa or the central one) or sit in the bar and admire the cool waves on the opposite side of the island, where a strong wind drives them to the shore (as opposed to the other part of the island, which is flat and calm). We left our children in a wonderful children's center (the teachers there speak Russian, too. Thank you, Gunya!). The variety and balance of the cuisine in all of the hotel's restaurants deserves special mention. Chef Natalia, from Chile, delighted us with an incredibly selected menu at Charcoal Restaurant, and Chef Infaz cooked fantastic grilled baracuda, which we caught while fishing at Sunset. Special thanks to the staff at Ocean Restaurant. Karina, who took care of us every day (by the way, there are a lot of Russian-speaking staff in the restaurant, which creates a special feeling of being understood halfheartedly), Ber from Uzbekistan, Narayan from India, Priti from India, who prepared sweet surprises for the children, and especially Mukesh from India, who was very responsive to our requests when the eldest child caught a cold, despite the hotel's rules. Special thanks to Dr. Saifulla Azad and the nurse who took care of the children when they caught a cold. The hotel is very new, all the infrastructure corresponds to the status of 5 stars. The villa is comfortable, the staff cleaned perfectly twice a day, we did not miss anything. We also liked the beach and the lagoon very much. Отдыхали семьей, я, муж и 3 детей в этом прекрасном отеле, встретили там Новый год и чудесно провели там новогодние праздники.✨✨✨ Прекрасный новый остров, новый отель, все чистенькое, новенькое, красивое. Волшебной красоты океан, из которого не хочется выходить часами🥰, мягкий, как шелковый ковер белый песок, по которому целыми днями мы ходили босиком. 🥰Очень вкусная еда в основном ресторане Ocean Terrace, всегда все очень свежее, вкусное и готовится из под ножа. Блюда постоянно меняются)). Повара и официанты очень стараются!😍 Мы были в Avani 16 дней и за 16 дней мы даже ни разу не пошли в ресторан Аля-Карт, потому что в основном ресторане была всегда разнообразная и нереально вкусная еда! 😍🙌🏻 Причем для нас важно в первую очередь, чтобы была еда, которую любят дети, возраст 8,5,2. И поговорив с менеджером ресторана, через несколько часов в ресторане открыли детский корнер, где подавали в течение отдыха вкусную разнообразную еду для детей! Нагетсы, рыбные нагетсы, овощные палочки, паста и тд. Шеф-повар каждый день готовил на обед детям свежий суп за что ему огромная благодарность.🙏🏻 😍 Большое разнообразие фруктов, свежевыжатых соков, всего-всего! И даже если вдруг чего-то не было, а нам хотелось, то спросив повара, повар всегда говорил да конечно и готовил из под ножа то, что спрашивали.😍🙌🏻 Официант Бано из Индии очень любит детей и потрясающе управляется с тем, чтобы их накормить! Помогал нам кормить нашу маленькую дочку, за что ему большое спасибо. ☺️🙏🏻 Отдельная огромная благодарность менеджеру Маргарите. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 Она с самого начала отдыха была с нами на связи в вотсаппе и все вопросы решала как часы очень быстро и качественно. Прекрасная девушка-работник! Спасибо ей большое, что очень чутко относилась к нашим просьбам и сделала наш отдых незабываемым.❤️🫶🏻🥰 В заключение хочу сказать, что то, что делает этот курорт таким теплым, душевным и прекрасным-это люди! Невероятный персонал работает в этом отеле! Маргарита, управляющие рестораном, повара, официанты, аниматоры детского клуба, сотрудники спа - все невероятно радушные, отзывчивые, талантливые, добрые, заботливые, прекрасные люди. ❤️🫶🏻🙌🏻 Желаю Вам от всей души процветания и сохранить клиентоориентированность и эту прекрасную дружную атмосферу, которая есть сейчас на AVANI.
