Words are not enough for how beautiful it is, how well organized everything is and also how exceptional all the employees are.
We opted for the All Inclusive package.Once we arrived in Male, everything was extremely easy, thanks to the professionalism of this hotel chain. Very friendly people, very helpful, everything was very easy and fast. They will pick you up as soon as you arrived and you passed the verification area and then they will transfer you to their personal lounge (another new building, a few minutes from the airport) where also the approach and the way of working are very professional. There they will let you know when you will have your seaplane flight to the resort. A small, quiet lounge with different snack options for everyone. Also the lounge is set up to create a relaxing feel as soon as you get there.
The seaplane flight is a unique experience, the views are amazing, but you have to be lucky to be cloudless, otherwise it's hard to see the views.
Once you arrive at the resort you are welcomed by some of the staff, having your own "guide" who will then present you with absolutely any information. As soon as you arrive at this place you realize the high quality of service and staff. There is not a second that they don't help you, offer support and smile. It will once again show you what you have secured in your package, what additional activities you can do, prices and all the necessary information. I say once again because they will contact you beforehand and provide you with links to their application where you will have all the details right from the start. Specially thanks to Yameen. I think I've been all over the island (the crossing of the whole island takes about 10-15 minutes). You can stay wherever you like in special beach areas, it's on a first come first served basis. Everything is extremely well laid out that you can't miss anything.
From the moment you get off the seaplane, you won't need sneakers or slippers. The sand is very fine, there's nothing to get hurt in. The food is distributed in such a way that it is to everyone's taste. The chefs are top notch, very good, very respectful, very professional, a pleasure to talk to. The bars also very well laid out, with a multitude of products. Bar people also a pleasure to chat with, always willing to help, making your stay great. They also have a team of sommeliers who are to a very high standard. Aquatic/sub aquatic activities can be done/booked directly there (Blue Tribe is the place). Either included or for a fee. They have a specially designed building for this purpose. Also, the people there are professional, they help you with any information, explain anything you need. They will contact you in advance and provide you with a link to their app which is great. All very well organized, all the information are there. The spa also very well appointed, professional people, know how to take care of any need and you really feel like you are at a real spa. The landscapes are dreamy. They change very quickly and are all amazing. Pictures do not describe reality. The reality is 10 times more beautiful.
Everything is at a high level, at an exceptional level. We stayed at a beach villa as well as a water villa. We had booked the beach villa for our stay, but we thought along the way that we would like to experience also a water villa if possible. The reception staff were very helpful and sorted us out immediately. Both types of rooms were superb, each with their own pluses, well worth the experiences in both places. The cleanliness is to a high standard. I've never seen a mess or anything out of place. Also the personal from cleaning are everywhere and are always busy maintaining this wonderful place. The room, the amenities, the places, absolutely everything is as if it was used for the first time after they perform their cleaning. Everything is very relaxed and pleasant.
The house reef is amazing. You'll see a multitude of marine life. The corals are very well landscaped and maintained, hence the huge number of marine life. Everything is safe and nothing is dangerous. Any information you need about the snokerling spots, what you can do and what you can do will be in the specially designed building at Blue Tribe. The staff there are wonderful, what I liked most was the professionalism they show and that they are not pushy with absolutely nothing. Also the snorkeling equipment you can rent for free during your stay is very good and professional (was included in our package).
For us it was our first experience in the Maldives, as I said at the beginning I don't think there are enough words of praise to describe it. Absolutely all employees deserve a big BRAVO and RESPECT. They do their job with a passion like you rarely encounter, making your stay EXCEPTIONAL in every way. Everything is very well organized, even if you can't handle the app/technology they will be there to help you with absolutely any information and fulfill your needs.
The whole stay was exceptional, amazing, a unique experience that you will remember with pleasure anytime. A big bravo to the hotel chain (Constance Hotels) for this marvel, namely Constance Moofushi. Cleanliness everywhere, exceptional food, drinks to suit all tastes, exceptional house reef, the scenery cannot be described in words, the atoll organised and superbly laid out so that you don't miss a thing. For all the staff there are no words to thank them, everyone I communicated and interacted with was exceptional. It was a pleasure for us to be accommodated at Constance Moofushi. Some of the names I did not remember and I apologize for them. They were all exceptional!
We have a saying, if everything is going well it means that the management is also doing an exceptional job. Congratulations and well done, Mevin Ramasamy. You managed to create an exceptional atmosphere in such a small, quiet place with a lot of employees. You can see the great relationships between everyone and the pleasure of working and creating an exceptional stay for every guest.
A very dear person to us throughout our stay, with whom we spent a lot of time and helped us with everything was Gopan Sivan. A magnificent, sensational man who made us feel wonderful. We wish him all the best! I hope we will meet him again.
Mauro Maahir was also the person with whom I communicated and did most of the activities in Blue Tribe. I hope you never lose him he is an amazing man, a consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge. A pleasure to talk and do activities with him. If I can make a comparison he is like a protective "dad", helping you anytime, guiding you anytime, teaching you anything you need.
