Bliss, relaxation and a great experience.
Vorteile: Staff were fantastic and really friendly and that was across the whole resort. Always welcoming and always smiling - an absolute pleasure to be around. Beaches were excellent, clean and tidy with stunning, clear waters and an amazing array of fish. The choice of food at the buffet never failed to surprise and the quality was excellent. We had a fantastic steak at the Grill Bar - best for a long while! The beach villa was stunning with air conditioning a welcome relief from the heat and showering 'outside' was an experience. Finally, the speedboat transfers were very efficient so, overall, a great experience.

Amazing island for couple’s retreat
Vorteile: Location, garden villas, snorkeling.
Nachteile: Upon check out (10 minutes before the transfer), the front desk guy informed us about bag of chips we presumably ate from minibar and requested $6.38 to be paid. The night before we closed the bill (SPA, Romantic Dinner, Medicine) and there was no charge for minibar. Not to mention, there was no bag of chips in the minibar. We paid $7, never received change (never expected), and no receipt was offered. I am sure, the guy just packed the money. Also, fruit selection at the restaurant is limited to watermelon, apples, and pineapple.

Overall it was a good experience, i wudn't say the best considering it was my 3rd visit to Maldives.
Vorteile: The Breakfast was amazing, food was ok as there were less options with chicken. All the bars were a decent visit and the views were mesmerizing. The Beach was clean and amazing.
Nachteile: To be Honest the room was good, although we requested for an upgrade we couldn't get one due to high occupancy. We were disappointed that we couldn't get a late checkout either. There was a Dead Huge Cockroach in the bathroom, although i didn't intimate the staff but such things needs to be looked at before handing over the keys to the guests. i wouldn't want to score your hotel with a bad review and i wish u all the very best and I'm sure you would be more careful with your guest. Another incident was with the sea cucumbers which threw up their parts on my leg and feet and it was scary at first until i realized what it actually was, but i cant blame the Hotel for that as it is nature.

Nachteile: The evening entertainment was poor. 1st night was an amazing live band. Other nights not great. 1 night was movie night? Really, that's not evening entertainment.

Vorteile: Siamo arrivati il giorno del mio compleanno. La sera ci hanno fatto trovare un tavolo speciale con una piccola torta e mi hanno cantato tanti auguri :) In generale bel resort, curato, comodo per i bambini soprattutto per la vicinanza a Malè.
Nachteile: Molti muretti di protezione visibili dalla spiaggia, ma comunque mare bellissimo con tanto da vedere durante lo snorkeling

Vorteile: La posizione 15 minuti di motoscafo dall'aeroporto è davvero molto comoda. La barriera corallina molto ricca e variegata e gli squaletti che arrivano a riva sono stati molto apprezzati. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. Le escursioni proposte sono molto belle tra cui la possibilità di andare a pescare e degustare poi al ristorante il proprio pesce cucinato davvero molto bene. Vacanza indimenticabile, ci torneremo volentieri!
Nachteile: Il cibo al buffet è molto vario ma ripetitivo. Anche con i bambini si trova comunque sempre qualcosa di loro gradimento.

Vorteile: The resort is really nice, very green, has a lot of activities for kids. The beaches are really WoW. The food in the restaurant is very diverse and delicious.
Nachteile: The stuff is not really nice. If you ask for example three people one thing you will get a different answer. They like change their opinion every hour. A woman from the staff (her name was Marvel) came to me on the second day and told me that she saw me eating lunch in the restaurant yesterday and I was not allowed. it was a lie and I went to the restaurant manager. Some of the stuff are like nice but not really nice, you feel they look at you as you are a diamond and they want a piece of you. In the shop is really expensive, like one sun cream is 35 USD. I missed a grocery store or may be one for fruits.

Vorteile: Hello, It was nice experience of stay with small children at the Bandos , professional team is very kind I can mention all of staff, at first Bekzod , he helped to resolve our issue quickly individually , restaurants staff was very kind and professional, waiters and managers, Jewellery shop and Guru from the evening side , entertainment program. All areas of the island were beautiful and very clean. There are Smiling and kids friendly people . All part of island are special, needed to compare what you would like, peace or snorkelling, interactions or resort facilities, The beaches are shallow and different, an accommodation options have own advantages the nature is like a garden , feel amazing one of the nearest green place to Male
Nachteile: -Food was very good cooked, but there are less fruits wich we usually get , -there’s no wi fi in the restaurant

A week in a paradise
Vorteile: The island is very nice, green and big enough! Beautiful sea and great reef very close to the beach. You can just rent a mask, snorkels and find from diving center and go dive close to the beach! The staff were very welcoming and hospitality. There are enough bars and restaurants. The food on breakfast and dinner was good and enough.
Nachteile: The rooms and bathrooms need a renovation. The shower was not working properly. Also there can be more fish and sea food on the dinner, because you are in the middle of the ocean!

Vorteile: We stayed there for 5 days and opted for all inclusive. Resort is conveniently located 15 minutes away by speedboat from the main island which was main reason I booked it. Island is very green, well kept and beautiful. Many beaches and sun-beds all over the island. Reef was beautiful and very close to the shore so you don’t have to swim too far away to see all the beautiful fish, however you can tell that in some parts reef is dead. You can see loads of reef sharks and mantas ray. Housekeeping was very good, responsive and cleaning was great. Overall service from all staff was friendly and good. We did enjoy our stay.
Nachteile: Food was disappointing for me as it was hit and miss. Some days you could have nice meal and the next meal it was just not tasty or well cooked and left me unsatisfied.I was surviving on soups - each time there were 2 types of soups and they were always tasty so this was good. We stayed in garden villas and you can hear all the noises from the seaplanes passing by and even a quiet sneeze from your neighbours. Villas were cute and had great location, but walls are paper thin. We were offered “upgrade” to deluxe, however we refused as the room was very old and needs refurbishing. I would advise to book beachfront villas as they seem to be the newest and are not attached to any other villas so probably at least you won’t hear your neighbours. Also it was annoying to sign the bill for every drink we had even though we had all inclusive.

Vorteile: Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, Hausriff ist toll zum schnorcheln, auch die angebotenen Schnorchel Touren sollte man nicht verpassen! Vor allem das shark-snorkeling lohnt sich. Die Nähe zu Malé ist sehr praktisch für die Hin- und Rückreise.

Great stay, beautiful island!
Vorteile: The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Our room was just in front of the beach, with direct access. The facilities (gym, kids club, tennis courts, restaurants and bars, swimming pool) were amazing. The wide variety of beaches on the island is perfect as you can pick the best spots and change during the day. It is very family-friendly and we have a great time with our 1-year-old. The all-inclusive option is definitely worth it.
Nachteile: Very minor things weren't perfect: the room was nice, but the bathroom could have been renovated, the food in the main restaurant didn't have many vegan options, and not much variety of fresh fruit.

Vorteile: A beautiful island with everything you need for a real Maldives vacation: very hospitable service ; cleanliness everywhere ; generous landscaping ; close location to the airport (10 minutes by speedboat); its own diving and snorkeling school ; its own reef with a huge number of stunning marine life; professional doctor on the island; very good cuisine with amazing service - especially great were Hussain and Zidhan Ali, who served us with great tact, professionalism and love. Heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff - you are doing an amazingly excellent job !!!!
Nachteile: The mosquitoes were a bit annoying at night ;), as the bathroom was partially under the open sky.

Very pleasent exept for hidden fees!!
Vorteile: Singurul mod in care as recomanda sa vizitati Maldive este un resort. Bandos a fost construit in anii 70, dar a fost foarte bine mentinut. Ofera foarte multa intimitate, mancare excelenta si plaje private diverse. Vegetatia este absolut spectaculoasa si spectacolul vietatilor marine este wow!
Nachteile: Singurul aspect neplacut a fost ca pe langa taxele si fee-urile pe care nu le afiseaza ca facand parte a pretului afisat initial pe booking, cand am ajuns lalocatie ni s-a spus ca mai avem de platit alte fee-uri si taxe. Fata de pretul sejurului de pe booking s-au mai adaugat inca 1200$. Toate preturile sunt ridicol de mari, in special la alcool (o sticla de vin pe care o gasesti in Europa cu 15$ este vanduta acolo la 90$, iar o bere sare de 16$).

Not a great value for our money
Vorteile: The villa was nice and comfortable. We liked the sandy beaches and the size of the island, it's a bit bigger and you can take nice walks. The waiting staff was very nice, especially in Sea Breeze and Sand Bar. We liked daily events at the Sand Bar and all inclusive sports activities at the Water Sports Center and the Clubhouse. The breakfast was nice. They provided shuttle service to our villa when it was raining.
Nachteile: We paid all inclusive for three adults, but unfortunately our mini bar was stocked only for 2 despite us asking repeatedly to stock it for three. We did not get the value for our money. The lunch and dinner buffet were not very good, the food was stale and cold often. The shower was open and it was hard to shower when the rain was pouring. The villa overlooked other villas and they were very crowded, we had very little privacy. We couldn't even sit outside. The bar Huavan charged us for a tip although we wrote an "X" for gratuity. All inclusive had a very small offer of drinks and it was not available at all bars at all times, which was very confusing at times. The island is very overpriced.

Vorteile: Со слов подруги. Я бронировала для нее: Восторг понравилось всё! Были 12 дней. Она и раньше была а этом отеле но сейчас стало намного лучше Номера чистые, обновленные( кто то писал, что запах в ванной, но ничего этого не было в реальности) Персонал отзывчивый, ходить можно по отелю босиком, везде чисто и песочек. Еда хорошая на твёрдую 4. Заметила, что маловато рыбы и она просто приготовлена, но для меня это только плюс. Жила в номере standart. По вечерам тоже не скучно, концерты. В общем она в восторге!

Vorteile: Номерной фонд проходит реновацию, на мой взгляд очень удачную. Старых номеров не хватает) нам сделали апгрейд номера до новой виллы, очень эргономичный дизайн, просто супер!
Nachteile: Близость к городу, это плюс и минус. Город видно, самолеты слышно. У нас была потребность в близости к медицине (на случай чтобы не родить в океане 😀), поэтому мы осознавали на что идем. Если вам нужен Мальдивский Вайб единения с природой-то выбирайте более удаленные от Мале локации. Общие локации еще требуют перестройки: санузлы еще из 80ых, также как и столовая, но на отдых это никак не влияет.

It was a good choice. I would go back anytime.
Vorteile: The half-board service was generous, varied and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sandy beach is exotic and pleasant. The evening programs are fun. The entertainment and sports facilities are good. A fantastic and awe-inspiring snorkeling experience at the edge of the atoll.
Nachteile: Drink prices, including service charge and sales tax, are high.

In general was a good short stay.
Vorteile: Beautiful beach, beautiful marine life. Very creative decorations around. Very nice option of taking the food out of the restaurant, because child was asleep during lunch few times. So she could enjoy the meal after the nap.
Nachteile: Poor food choice, especially for kids. Wasn’t allow to get drinks out of the bar after 6pm. Which when you pay all inclusive is unacceptable. We had a small child that goes to bed early, and we couldn’t leave her in the room alone, to enjoy a drink. Why are we forced to stay at the bar? Mini bar choice is poor. We didn’t drink beer (because of allergies), asked to replace it with any other possible drink, no one cared. Our request was ignored. And we paid for it.

Vorteile: Пляж: первый день прилетели, был дождь искупались ближе к вилле, разочаровались - животом об кораллы задевали, после обеда обошли остров - приметили себе местечки на дальнейший отдых и не прогадали. Нужно отдыхать чуть глубже от бара, ближе к качелям на воде. Там и глубоко заплывать можно, мы купили маски и все дни просто изучали подводный мир. Видели тунцов, наполеона, мурену, крылатку, ската, много акул. И много очень стандартных рыб. пейзажи потрясающие. Мы были в середине декабря, остров был заселен наверное на 60%. Брали всё включено, но мы не пьем алкоголь и наверное здорово переплатили. Заплатили за виллу на 2-х взрослых за 5 ночей 3700S, но, мы и решились на поездку за 4 дня до вылета. По все включено ассортимент алкоголя так себе стал, по меню видели. Коктейли безалкогольные нужно перепробовать, чтоб найти свой по вкусу, зависит кто делает, бывают очень сладкий делают, а бывает прям норм. Кухня по системе шведский стол среднячок, мало разнообразия. Каждый день практически одно и тоже. Вкусная овсяная каша на завтрак. Шикарный СПА, Ходили на парный массаж, 1 час, остались очень довольны, ну и как везде на Мальдивах - СПА высокий по цене.
Nachteile: Странная работа бара с 11 до 17. Мы 3-й раз на Мальдивах и обычно бары у пляжа работают с 10 до 18. Мы просыпались в 8 и сразу шли купаться, потом на завтрак и опять купаться. Есть часть наших соотечественников и европейцев, которые кидают полотенца и могут за день появится на 10-20 минут. Тем самым просто занимая места. Но, так как отель был не полный, лежаков хватало всем. Ходили 2 раза в Японский ресторан за деньги. Первый раз были одни, круто провели время, повар чать заказного доставал из холодильника, горячее готовил при нас, Лобстера сказали оба раза. Второй раз с нами была пара в Нью-Йорка. И повар прям "танцевал" перед ними, и горячее им положил гораздо больше по порции, чем нам. Остался не приятный осадок. Ходили в Барбеку за деньги, подача отличная, но лобстер суше, чем в Японском готовят.

Nachteile: Tivemos um único problema, mas que nos deixou muito chatiados. Nosso voo era no fim do dia, pedimos um late check out e falaram que não conseguiam mas que a gente podia continuar usufruindo do hotel normalmente inclusive almoço (all inclusive, que era nosso pacote). Mas na hora que fomos almoçar pós checkout fomos barrados e quando fomos na recepção falar, simplesmente falaram que não tínhamos direito. Sendo que havíamos perguntado antes e havíamos nos programado para isso (temos um bebe de 1 ano e 10 meses, qualquer imprevisto assim é um baita stress.

Наш мальдивский отпуск был долгожданным – очень давно не отдыхали в теплых странах. Отель выбрали по отзывам, фотографиям и локацией (недалеко от аэропорта Мале – минут 15-20 на катере). Встретили очень радушно и гостеприимно. Номер мы изначально выбрали «Делюкс» – располагается в отдалении от всего движа острова, имеет как бы отдельный вход на пляж – тихо и спокойно. По еде немного однообразно, но при этом очень вкусно, свежие продукты, все аккуратно приготовлено. Система питания AI – все же на данный момент оптимальный выбор. Официанты очень приветливые и стараются помочь, угодить, быстро принести напитки и т.д. Вечерние шоу есть – некоторые специфические (например, народные танцы), а есть стоящие – выступление группы The Wood покорило с первых же минут, прослушали каждую песню; «Вечер караоке» – повезет, если среди отдыхающих будут певцы (как, например, у нас: вышла на сцену хрупкая девушка, но с таким мооощным голосом. Представляете по всему острову звучала песня «Конь». Думаю, что словам известны многим! До мурашек!!!). Из спортивных развлечений пользовались теннисным кортом, бильярдом, настольным теннисом. Beautiful island, lovely staff, especially Guru with his amazing cocktails, Marvel with her friendly welcome each day and Hasan going above and beyond with his pure excitement for every excursion and making it special. ||This destination is perfect for couples to escape not just those on a honeymoon. ||Would definitely return here :)

Lush greenery, white sandy beaches, and turquoise blue sea is the first thing we noticed when we arrived. The property is beautifully landscaped with plenty of facilities for guests . Our 4 year old loved the kokko Club( kids club) with an amazing play area outside. We went on mothers Day, and they had a whole day of activities planned, which was a nice surprise. The premium beach villas were really nicely designed with private jacuzzi and bedroom on upper floor which was nice and private.| Evening entertainment was also really good with local culture show. With 4 dining options, an incredible spa and one of the best pools around the resort is a true island paradise. We can't wait to go back. Special thanks to Nooree for arranging a special surprise for our family members who just turned 50. Thank you!

Very nice and clean resort. The staff was generally friendly. The island has beautiful snorkelling spots at one’s doorstep. The stay is not expensive for non all-inclusive guests though. The non-all-inclusive prices are very steep for food etc.

Everything is ok except alcoholic drinks on all inclusive system. Sometimes boring evenings. People want to dance, but there is no dance floor. Family friendly. The kids club is great! The staff is very polite, the food was good. I'm pleased with almost everything, at the same time I'm not sure that I'll be back, but thanks for the vacation!

It's a very nice resort I have ever been. Nice beaches very safe.Food also good. Specially Coktails I had during the stay marvelous. One Mr. GURU Barman at the pool side bar his hospitality towards the guest is remarkable and he makes wonderful cocktails and offer to us thank you Mr GURU your hospitality and kindness. とにかく暑かったです。レストランまで歩いて汗をかき、食事に行ってもレストランはクーラーなし。汗だくで食事したのが残念でした。オールインクルーシブで食事中の飲み物が付いているのに気がついたのは二日目。親切に教えて貰いたかった。|　そして3人で行ったのに、部屋の飲み物は2本ずつ。しかも3日目にはコーヒー、紅茶も補充してくれませんでした。|　オールインクルーシブのバーでの飲み物は美味しかったです。|　海もとても綺麗でした。お土産が高いのは残念でした。

Это был лучший отдых !!! Спасибо за сервис на ресепшене, ребята решают все вопросы в минуту . Доставят тебя в любую точку острова на электромобиле . А остов большой ! С большим количеством входов в океан ( кому песок белый, кому кораллы) . Свой домашний риф! Множество рыб, черепах , осьминогов, кальмаров! Очень живо и красиво ! Питание- каждый день удивляют !!! Очень вкусно! Кондитер -молодец! Фрукты-есть и много! Алкоголь качественный, хоть и « домашний». Очень хорошая шоу программа вечером. Тихо! Спокойно и очень красиво. Но есть и не очень удобные кровати( матрасы следует поменять и если приехали супруги, то лучше им одну и большую кровать) . Номера убирают поверхностно , но полотенца меняют каждый день и они белоснежные! Белье раз в 5 дней . Мини бар ( пиво и напитки, соки, вода) . Есть спорт зал и детская зона( очень хорошая) . На острове сами выращивают фрукты и цветы ( орхидеи ) . Отличный и очень красивый спа комплекс! Официанты внимательны и приветливы! В 18ч в одном из ресторанов ( у воды) кормят скатов и акул . Спасибо за лучший отдых!!! Вернемся еще обязательно! Трансфер от аэропорта 15мин ( четко и быстро)! Магазины( сувениры дешевле чем в аэропорту) , ювелирный магазин, экскурсии ( вам их не навязывают) вообще на острове тебе создают полный комфорт!!! Закаты! Есть виллы на воде, есть домики на большую семью, и наш уютный номер на берегу на двоих! В номере есть все: чайник, чай, кофе , банные принадлежности, зонты. Пляжные полотенца меняют сразу, их только нужно оставлять на улице , на кресле.

Excellent experience. Living in this island is like living in paradise. Stunning views, natural waters, you can see different types of fish in the waters, white crabs. Chameleons and bats on trees and many tropical birds. Food was delicious at the gallery buffet restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend you stay at Bandos resort if you visiting the Maldives

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille avec nos 2 enfants de 10 et 7 ans. Dès l’arrivée le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous. Que dire de la premium beach villa? Tout simplement magnifique!!! N’oubliez pas vos palmes et tubes car les fonds marins sont fabuleux. La nourriture est excellente. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette parenthèse de détente absolu

Были 3 раза на Мальдивах, но такой помойки как Бандос еще не встречали. Начну сначала, кому интересно дочитает до конца. Мы только 2 дня тут, а написать хочется уже очень много. Начну:||Перелет был отличный Аэрофлотом прямой, отличный новый самолет, все вовремя и четко. Полетели мы втроем, я, жена и ребенок 4.5 года. Бандос выбрали из за близости к Мале, т.к с ребенком отдыхаем в первый раз. Прилетели вовремя, нас встретил представитель, отвел к стойке отеля, наши фамилии нашли и сказали подождать пока лодка приплывет за нами, чтобы доставить нас в отель. На вопрос сколько ждать, нам ответили минут 15. Жара, духота, прождали в итоге 40 минут. Ну думаем, ладно, бывает. Загрузились в лодку, плыли минут 10-15. Предложили по бутылке воды, даже полотенец холодных как во всех нормальных отелях мы не дождались. По приезду предложили по рюмке (я не шучу) воды и сказали подождать номер 15 минут и нас заселят. Мы пошли в ближайший ресторан и прождали заселения еще минут 40. Брали гарден виллу возле бассейна, чтоб было побольше зелени и подальше от воды, т.к переживали что ребенок в первый раз и чтоб вода была подальше. Вилла старая, мебель времен СССР, сантехника старая. Уборка посредственная, даже при 1 заезде было грязно, не знаю что мы ждали 40 минут если везде был песок. В первый же день ребенок нашел в шкафу огромного таракана, размером со взрослый большой палец, пришлось ловить по всей вилле. Кондиционер не чистился наверное со времен постройки отеля (фото приложу), кошмар, подумал я, но это только начало всего кошмара как оказалось.||Мы пришли в первый раз на ужин, сказать что были в шоке не сказать ничего. Очередь людей, стоящих с тарелками как в советское время за колбасой или алкоголем выглядела смешно и нелепо. Если вы надеетесь вкусно поесть мясо,рыбу, фрукты, овощи, то вам не сюда. Из рыбы было 1 сухое филе, которое прожевать невозможно, из мяса была лазанья и все!!!!!!!! Фрукты - яблоки и апельсины и это на тропическом острове, просто смешно. Более того после ужина за нами бежал сотрудник и пытался с пеной у рта нас убедить что у нас ужин не включен и мы обязаны заплатить. После 10 минут общения пошел что то уточнять и в итоге извинялся, но уровень уже был понятен. Но отель Бандос на этом не остановился и решил позориться дальше. Ключи-карты от номера мы за 2 дня поменяли 3 раза, потому что они тупо не срабатывают или срабатывают за 3 минуты, т.е 3 минуты после океана мокрый стоишь и тыкаешь эту карту чтоб попасть в свою виллу. Сотрудники с этим ничего не делают, кроме как меняют карты 100500 раз. В ресторанах аля карт меню под копирку одинаковое😂😂😂. зачем тогда несколько ресторанов не понятно. Но и в этих заведениях еда хуже любой шаурмишной в Москве, готовить видимо в Бандосе за столько лет не научились. Единственное место, где можно более менее поесть - гриль бар по пятницам вообще закрыт.||Кстати если вы взяли все включено как наши друзья не надейтесь что вы будете пить вкусные коктейльчики и напиточки. Все меню во всех барах сделаны под копирку и он том что какой то алкоголь не включен узнаете только когда вам принесут чек на подпись. Да, вот такой "приятный" сюрприз ждет вас в Бандосе.||Но продолжу инсторию с карточками от виллы. На третий день после "прекрасного" очередного ужина и похода в бар, чтоб хоть как то нормально поесть, мы пришли к своей вилле и не могли открыть ее минут 20. Когда я уже начал закипать и пошел на ресепшн хотелось просто выломать дверь если честно. Менеджеру уже в жеской и грубой форме я объяснил что у него есть 5 минут на решение проблемы или им будет нужна новая дверь. После этого спустя полчаса (все это время ребенок и жена вынуждены были сидеть на крыльце) приехало 2 человека, которые минут 15 пытались открыть дверь, видимо думали что у меня руки настолько кривые, что я карточку не могу вставить правильно. Поняв, что все таки видимо замок не работает сказали что будут менять его. Спустя полчаса замок поменяли, и позвонил менеджер с ресепшн предложив переехать в другую виллу. Мы согласились поехать посмотреть. Вилла была новая (примиум бич вилла) и возле океана. На следующий день мы с радостью переехали в новую виллу и приключения с карточками закончились наконец.||Из плюсов большая зеленая территория острова, маленький зоопарк с павлинами и попугайчиками, океан, который есть на любом острове и детский клуб, в котором супер нянечка и каждый день новые развлечения и поделки с детьми. Но в целом отель даже близко не стоит своих денег, есть намного лучшие варианты. Советую рассмотреть их если не хотите считать деньки до выезда потратив кругленькую сумму за этот отель.||Много чего еще можно написать по этому "чудо" отелю, но я постараюсь резюмировать:||1. если вы любите поесть нормальной еды, мяса, рыбу, морепродукты, фрукты, то обходите стороной Бандос||2. если вы с ребенком или вы не любите острую еду каждый день вы и ваш ребенок будете голодными, потому что еда острая и ее невозможно есть||3. если вы надеетесь поесть фруктов, то тоже мимо||4. виллу нужно брать только обновленную иначе тараканы, муравьи и остальная живность будут вашими лучшими друзьями, а сантехника, уборка и отношение будут оставлять лучшего||5. в барах аля карт еда тоже посредственная, даже бургеры и то готовить не научились. Мясо только в 1 баре от 30-50 долларов чтоб нормально поесть.||6. если вы надеетесь поработать или посидеть в интернете, то забудьте про это. Только ночью вы сможете зайти нормально в соц сеть или просто загрузить фильм и то с большим ожиданием.||Жаль что нельзя приложить видео, потому что все наши мучения с замком, фиксация уборки, все очереди и искусства кухни снимали на видео, фоткать даже желания не было, потому что персонал без видео даже отказывался верить словам|

Waren in einem Deluxe Bungalow. Leider hatten diese Zimmer Betten die bei jeder Bewegung knarren. Es gibt nichts schlimmeres, wenn man bei jedem Sex von den Nachbarn alles hört. Würden diese Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr buchen. Ganzes Hotel ist halt auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist alles sauber auf der Insel. Leute super freundlich. Essen ist gut aber auch nicht hervorragend. In Großen und Ganzen würde wir aber wieder buchen. Wie gesagt was mich wirklich extrem störte waren diese Betten.

Nous avons été decus car il n'y a eu aucun geste par rapport à notre "honey moon"... ||Et le jour du départ c'est déconcertant de voir que malgré un vol à 2h du matin à Malé et donc un départ de l'île à 21h, on nous retire la chambre et on nous dit que nous n'avons pas le droit de manger le dernier jour ni déjeuner ni dîner... ça casse vraiment "le rêve" et on repart frustré... vous pourriez prévoir un petit quelque chose comme une sorte de petit pic nic ou juste un sandwich pour ne pas laisser les gens sans manger... De plus lors du paiement check-out le réceptionniste nous a dit que l'euro était égal au dollar, nous avons insisté pour qu'il vérifie et il nous a finalement appliqué un taux à 1,03 au lieu de 1,07 indiqué sur le site de la banque des Maldives... ||La chambre n'était pas nettoyée tous les jours et on venait nous demander si on voulait qu'ils nous la nettoie a chaque fois quand on y étaient présents au lieu de la nettoyer la journée quand nous n'y étions pas... Pour finir les boissons sont chères que ce soit les boissons style coca ou encore les milkshakes à 20 balles ! Prix excessifs ! Nous en avons pris un fois et quand nous avons vu la note on en a plus jamais repris ! Faut savoir que les gens qui viennent aux Maldives ne sont pas que des riches, il y a des gens qui économisent des années pour venir et qui ne peuvent pas se permettre ces prix excessifs !

Хороший бюджетный отель по мальдивским меркам. Стандартный по цене в своей категории! Плюс: Быстрый трансфер на катере, путь занимает 10-15 минут. Средний по размерам остров с довольно плотной застройкой. Довольно много номеров: Их всего 220 что для мальдивского бюджетного отеля тоже является средним показателем. Людей в целом довольно много. Разнообразие категорий номеров довольно большое. Но в целом отель довольно старый. Открыли в 205 году и хоть и делают небольшие ремонты но отель уже все же подуставший. Номера тоже старенькие хотя частично делают ремонт и обновляют или ремонтируют все внутри. Но все же номера лучше назвать старыми. (Хотя в отеле идет строительство новых вилл). Инфраструктура в отеле развита слабо, он больше подходит чисто для пляжного отдыха. Хотя есть небольшой бассейн. Купаться с берега без обуви для купания можно не везде но по большей части вход в воду чистый и комфортный и можно обувь для купания вообще не использовать! Из минусов: Небольшая путаница с лежаками они не пронумерованы и никак не закреплены. Так что их иногда приходится немного поискать свободные. Для детей есть детская площадка, так же имеется сана и тренажерный зал. Есть маленький детский бассейн. Есть простенькая вечерняя анимация. И очень впечатлило что в этом отеле проводят вечерние кормление скатов. Обязательно стоит посмотреть! Выбор еды нормальный. Готовят нормально. В меню присутствуют стейки из тунца а также готовят блюда воке. Перекусов в течении дня по сути в отеле не предусмотрено. Трех разовый прием пищи в течении дня. Но оно в общем то и не нужно. Да и в целом за столь небольшую цену все очень достойно. Отель купили по очень выгодной цене через турагентство samitour . rf ищите по названию через Instagram у них очень хорошие цены. И варианты подбирают быстро. В общем отелем мы с мужем остались довольны но вот семьям с детьми я этот отель могу порекомендовать только из за близости к аэропорту. Ну с маленьким детьми тоже ехать можно рассчитывая на спокойный отдых. Но в целом детям тут будет скучно да и не предусмотрено детское меню и на общем столе выбор больше подходит для взрослых. Так же отель можно рассмотреть ка дешевый вариант для романтического отдыха хотя вообще то тут многолюдно.

Wir sind sehr dankbar für die tolle, erholsame Zeit! Es ist alles perfekt organisiert und das ganze Team ist sehr professionell, freundlich, serviceorientiert, es ist rundum top bei einem fairen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer sind bestens gepflegt. Das Essen war super, die Auswahl genau richtig und der Strand wie auch die Gartenanlage sind natürlich traumhaft schön. Unser besonderer Dank gilt unseren Kellnern Zidan und Swapan. Wie gesagt, hat jeder vom Staff mit dem wir zu tun hatten seinen Job sehr freundlich und professionell erledigt, aber die beiden haben einem zusätzlich noch so das "wie zuhause/ bei Freunden willkommen"-Wohlfühlgefühl gegeben, selbstverständlich, ohne dabei die angebrachte professionelle Distanz zu verlieren.

Avec mon épouse nous avons passé un agréable séjour sur l'île de Bandos.Les prestations sont de très bonne qualités, les buffets sont variés et très bons.Notre chambre en villa supérieure était très bien aménagée. Le personnel disponible, gentil et efficace. Mention spéciale au club de plongé ou tout est parfait et un grand remerciement à Manjula le serveur du bar de la piscine pour sa gentillesse et professionnalisme.

The transfer from the airport to Shimaru was smooth and very comfortable. And the water villa was the best. It is surrounded by rocks so there are hardly any waves, so we were able to enjoy the lagoon even at night. We stayed in water villas on other islands, but this was the best.

Sejour en garden villa 10 nuits.||Les moins : |chambre vraiment mal insonorisée, si vos voisins sont bruyants ça peut etre très genant. La musique du Sand Bar est bien présente jusqu'à 23h ! ||Les plus : ||Ile super bien entretenue, plage merveilleuse côté chambre stantard contrairement aux premium qui ont vue sur Malé. (pas terrible). |Personnel charmant, nourriture très bien. |Pour le Snorkelling c'est super. Fabuleuse diversité des poissons, (requins pointe noire, raies, tortues (discretes on ne les a pas vues). ||On était en 1/2 pension, les repas du midi pris au Huvan bar sont très bons. 55 dollars environ pour 2. (un plat une boisson) |Un peu chers mais moins que le all inclusive au final si comme nous, vous ne consommez pas non stop ! ||Conclusion, tout est très bien excepté la garden villa trop bruyante ! Prenez la stardard room moins chere et bien placée. N 190 à 230.||On y reviendra.

Good and clean rooms. It's still a resort so besides breakfast you need to pay for everything. Prices are decent and food is good. Close to the airport so the boat transfer fee is good

Eine tolle Insel😍 besonders zum entspannen und Schnorcheln |Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal dort und auch nicht das letzte Mal . Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt und die Auswahl beim Essen war reichlich und gut ! Tolles Resort! Man hat alles was man braucht. Unsere Beach Villa war riesig und sehr schön. Ein paar Sachen die verbessert werden könnten: Fitness Studio war sehr schmutzig. Es sitzt immer jemand am Empfang, da könnte einem ja auffallen, dass man vielleicht mal den zentimeterhohen Staub wegwischt. Im Urlaub esse ich immer gerne Fisch, der war leider IMMER trocken. Im Großen und Ganzen: man verhungert nicht, aber die Küche könnte schon noch etwas verbessert werden. Reinigung im Zimmer war ganz OK, aber etwas gründlicher würde man sich in dieser Preisklasse schon erwarten. Roomboy hat nur Betten gemacht, alles aufgefüllt. That’s it.

Es ist ein wunderschöne Insel. Glasklares Wasser, man kann so gut Fische und Baby Haie beobachten. Schöne Zimmer mit gutem Service. Die Bar und die Getränke von Guru waren super gut. Er war sehr freundlich.Es ist ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

Das Hotel ist nur 15 Minuten von Male entfernt und hat wirklich schöne Strände, ganz tolles und liebevolles Personal.|Im Restaurant ist mir ganz besonders Frau Jana Jaanu aufgefallen, immer ein Lächeln und sehr freundlich.|Sie ist auch immer da und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch.

Классный отдых. Все на высоком уровне. Хорошее питание, много фруктов. Уборка номера каждый день, смена белья и полотенец тоже. Хороший риф. Территория очень зеленая. Много помогал русскоговорящий сотрудник рецепции (к сожалению не запомнили имя). Терпеливо все обьяснял. Приедем еще раз. Отель рекомендую.

It's not far from the airport. Someone picked us up after we got off the plane. Almost all of us went to the hotel together. We waited at the airport for about half an hour. When we arrived at the hotel, someone arranged for the room to provide drinks and sent our luggage to the holiday. The room is clean and spacious, extra bed is available for free! scenery is beautiful!

This was the first time to Bandos, the first time being on a island ever in my life. It was a short decision and the best. It was a long way flying to Bandos but it was worth it every day been there. The first trip with the speedboat to Bandos was making us very excited. On arrival to the island, we were led to a reception area and offered cold drinks and refreshing warm clothing to refresh our faces. After 13 hours journey, this was very much appreciated. After a short wait, we were taken to our accommodation by a motorised buggy and our luggage followed shortly behind. We actually got to our room earlier than anticipated as the accommodation was available for us; in theory we should’ve waited many hours but we’re kindly allowed to go in early. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, positioned close to the beach and everything else we need it. Bandos is a very clean island, and there were many staff on the island always tending to areas on the island, cleaning, tending to plants, sweeping, etc. The staff are so helpful and just can’t do enough for you, nothing was much trouble and they will go out of their way to be helpful in whatever you need. The staff are a credit to this island. The food on the island was great, catered for all needs. For us, there was a great buffet selection of different meat or fish dishes, pastas, vegetables, salads, breads, soups, great breakfast selections from cooked breakfasts, different breads, pastries, fruit, and a wonderful selection of desserts from mini cakes, Ice cream to puddings… just couldn’t fault choices available at every meal time! We were blessed with great weather during our stay . We loved our stay, and can’t wait to return again one day. I couldn't stop smiling from feeling so grateful and thankful to be on such a beautiful island. The service was everything a person or families would expect on a vacation. Thanks to a wonderful young lady by the name of AFIFA MOHAMMED 💕 she made sure that we had everything during all this time and gave great advice for everything, she always set up the table so nicely for us, she really made us feel special, which made it hard for us to leave, and will definitely come back to visit. Hopefully we will see her again, i already miss her🌺💕. Thank you to the Bandos staff, the entertainment was just wonderfully enjoyable. Karaoke was fun and we had a chance to sing with a great singer who had a beautiful voice of Grace Sadora and an awesome Rock Band called “The Wood!”hopefully will see you all again in February next year!💕 but I'll ask for softer bed 😉. The only disappointment was the excursions were too expensive to experience on such a beautiful island. I would’ve loved to do more and watch or swim with the dolphins , but still had a great time with all inclusive. Thank you so much for everything. I'll miss you all🙏🤗

This was our second time to Bandos, the first time being 25 years ago for our honeymoon. We decided to return to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and to make it even more special, we renewed our Wedding Vows. We travelled with British Airways Holidays as this was the only airline that flew direct to Male. It was more expensive to do the holiday that way, but for someone who doesn’t enjoy flying, it was best for us. Bandos is only 15-20 mins away from Male; we found the island representative in the arrivals area at the airport and after a short wait for other passengers to arrive, we were led to their waiting large speedboat, to take us to Bandos. We were lucky to see a family of dolphins on our journey across the ocean and the pilot of the boat, slowed and stopped the boat so we could take in the beautiful sight of the dolphins against the turquoise blue waters. On arrival to the island, we were led to a reception area and offered cold drinks and warm cleansing cloths to freshen up. After a 10hr+ journey, this was very much appreciated. After a short wait, we were taken to our accommodation by a motorised buggy and our luggage followed shortly behind. We actually got to our room earlier than anticipated as the accommodation was available for us; in theory we should’ve waited 4 hours but we’re kindly allowed to go in early. We booked all inclusive and chose to stay in a Beach Villa for our 9 nights on the island. The accommodation was perfect for our needs; positioned right next to the beach with less than a minute or two to get where we wanted to be. Our accommodation was fairly close to the Huvan, a restaurant/bar that was positioned above the ocean on a walkway jetty. We drank plenty of cocktails from here while watching fish swimming around in the waters below. The position of Huvan was on the west side of the island and gave some beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Our Accommodation was relatively new, very modern with huge king size bed and sofa, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar etc. hairdryer, and a bathroom that was huge! The bathroom is attached to the accommodation, but is part exposed to the outside ( has no ceiling above the shower)… all open air! Our swimwear dried very quickly in the bathroom after wearing and rinsing! Bandos is a very clean island, and there were many staff on the island always tending to areas on the island, cleaning, tending to plants, sweeping, sorting vegetation etc. The island is somewhat self sustaining and grows vegetables, fruits, rears chickens/ eggs etc. The staff are so helpful and just can’t do enough for you; nothing is too much trouble and they will go out of their way to be helpful in whatever you need. Even though it was the holy month of Ramadan and some staff often were working without eating until after sunset, this never stopped them from smiling and continuing with their normal working activities. The staff are a credit to this island. We could not have got better if we had paid more for a five star island; in our eyes, this lovely island had gone from 4 star to 5 stars in the 25 years since we’d been there! So many changes that were positive, 3 restaurants to now choose from ( previously only 1), an entertainments/ bar area which had a program of changing entertainment throughout the week, a lovely large outside swimming pool with swim up bar, which served some wonderful drinks/cocktails or tea if you preferred! Highlights to our holiday were watching small sharks and stingrays in the evening near the Seabreeze Cafe; just amazing to watch these swim right up to the jetty and await food that was often given to them in the evening. We renewed our wedding vows 2 days after arriving on the island, on our actual 25th wedding anniversary. We had emailed in advance of the holiday to ask and explain of our intention to do this and on arrival, after an initial chat and a few smaller chats, everything was taken care of by the management and Bandos staff. They arranged for our wedding attire to be picked up and ironed, arranged for me to have wedding makeup and hair done; picked me up and took me to Orchid Spa for these to be done. They picked up my Hubby and brought him to meet me ready for the ceremony. They arranged for a photographer to capture photos of our afternoon/ evening and special day. We had the ceremony on a beautiful part of the beach, where we later cut cake, and celebrated with champagne and our wedding meal. We also were taken for a short trip around the bay on a boat, for more photo opportunities. It was a perfect day! We received the digital photos prior to leaving the island; was lovely to look at them on the plane home! The food on the island was superb, catered for all needs. For us, there was a great buffet selection of different meat or fish dishes, pastas, vegetables, salads, breads, soups, great breakfast selections from cooked breakfasts, different breads, pastries, fruit, and a wonderful selection of desserts from mini cakes, Ice cream to puddings… just couldn’t fault choices available at every meal time! We were blessed with great weather during our stay but if we hadn’t, we would’ve made even more use of the indoor air conditioned gym or games area. The badminton court was not air conditioned, so we only managed 15 mins in there after an hour in a cool gym! But was great nonetheless. As it was Easter, the island was quite busy. It was quieter in the first few days we arrived but soon became busier and more families arrived. We would’ve loved an area of the island to be adult only; working in Education, it’s nice to have the chance to escape children, but if there were more families around, you could always walk elsewhere. We loved our stay, and can’t wait to return again one day. Thankyou to all of the Bandos staff, Amar, Petru in the pool and sandbar, the lovely ladies that greeted us in the Gallery restaurant ( 159!) , the wonderful guy in the sea breeze cafe ( whose name we’ve forgotten so sorry, but had s pointy beard and was always smiling!) and the lovely guy in the orchid spa, who did a wonderful job making me feel a million dollars on our Special day… thank you to you all!

It is a perfect place to rest and relax with your couple or family. A very comfortable hotel, well conserved, despite being one of the first resorts around Maldives. The quality of the food is good, and the main buffet is well prepared every day. What we do a 5* stay is the hotel crew. They are friendly and always try to make your stay as great as possible. I want to give special thanks to Tanuj and his crew; they were always taking care of all the details, working really hard to make guests as happy as possible. You guys are rock stars. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The island is such a beautiful and well kept place the moment you arrive the staff greeted us with a warm welcome and the food was very good with variety of food choices. The service was everything a person or families would expect on a vacation. Thanks to a wonderful young lady by the name of AFIFA MOHAMMED ❤️ she made sure that we had everything we needed during lunch breakfast and dinner, and she always set up the table so nicely for us, she really made us feel special, which made it hard for us to leave, and will definitely come back to visit. Hopefully we will see her again.. thank you to the Bandos staff, the entertainment was just wonderful. Quick boat trip from the airport. The island is pretty and takes about 30 minutes to walk right around the island. We stayed in a standard bungalow, which was close to the sea and seemed fine for us. The food was delicious and varied. We particularly enjoyed eating the curries. Our favourite bar was The Huvan as you could enjoy watching the sharks swimming in the water & watch the herons. We had a late night drink at The Sand Bar. All the waitors were attentive and enjoyed chatting to them, especially Danta. Snorkeling was good, especially on the beach by The Huvan. A relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

Eine empfehlenswerte Anlage. Traumhafter Strand und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Besonders Guru von der Poolbar ist uns ans Herz gewachsen! Sauber, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die gesamte Infrastruktur. Auch das Abend-Buffet verdient eine Extra-Bewertung. Ist von der Qualität und Präsentation im oberen Bereich anzusiedeln. Bei der Buchung würden wir deshalb empfehlen, mindestens Halbpension zu wählen.

You get the best drinks at Guru‘s little stand between the Gallery Restaurant and the Sand Bar. He also offers great deals on wine! Guru always tries to find the right treatment for his guests and is very charming person. We will definitively go for his wine offers again!

So, of course anyone who travels to the Maldives for a holiday there is privileged. And has paid a huge amount for the experience. And has high expectations as a result. I’m sorry to say we were disappointed by many aspects of Bandos. It seems to be resting on its reputation as one of the first holiday resorts, but is falling far behind in terms of what it offers. Staff are often excellent - shout out to the wonderful Marvel in the Gallery restaurant. But the welcome in reception on arrival was poor - it had all the charm and sense of occasion of registering at the dentists. Guys - we’ve flown half way round the world to reach you. It’s a big deal. We felt only that we were being processed. The main issue for us was over crowding on the island. Too many guests. And too many families. It really was impossible to escape the family groups, babies and troublesome toddlers. It has made me want to book only for adult only hotels. Too many queues for food - the Gallery restaurant is like a canteen. Not enough space between tables. Sometimes hard to find a table. They could provide more outdoor seating. Staff work very hard to deal with the churn of guests at every service. But it is not a pleasant experience. Food tends to be bland and buffet style, everything seems to taste the same. The other restaurants are OK but work out very expensive to give yourself a break from the buffet queue and buffet food. On the beach, there was a scramble for sun loungers, and on many occasions we had to retreat from the continual screams of children in the water and on the sand. There were some very large family groups which plonked themselves right in front of where we were situated. There was a really international mix of guests, but too many Russians and many Chinese. We won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend Bandos unfortunately.

Much like other positive recent reviews made on Trip Advisor, we can validate from our recent visit these comments to be true. We have visited 4 other Maldivian Islands and paid much more, Bandos very much up there and exceeded expectations as there was ‘something about’ it that made it special. It is evident that Bandos is loved as you navigate round the well maintained, colourful and interesting perimeter where there are beautiful romantic coves sheltered by palm trees and shrubs and you can enjoy watching the marine life on the shoreline too. The Island didn’t feel over crowded and there’s plenty of space to enjoy time with the family or to have some privacy and peace and quiet. Snorkelling and diving is very popular, even though my partner enjoys diving he felt snorkelling around Bandos’ beautiful house reef was fulfilling enough. The food was colourful, flavoursome and fresh, I never got bored or felt disappointed with what was on offer. We mainly ate in the Gallery where I especially enjoyed the traditional Maldivian curry and freshly made filled Chapatis. We decided to pay a bit extra and try the Bar and Grill and also the Japanese food experience along with Marco the resident Stalk, which were all very enjoyable as adds a bit more intimacy and is more of a unique experience. The food is also well presented, tasted great and wasn’t a variation or similar to the food served in the main Gallery. Evening entertainment was varied during the week and reasonably good, with live bands, karaoke and a disco the music was actually good and made your toes tap! We spent a bit of time playing pool and bought some cards with us so we could play after our dinner to end the evening. We met a few friendly English people and a Swedish couple who were lovely and very interesting. We ended up sharing card games and playing pool with another couple too :). Now to touch on a subject that many of you may not wish, but if you have existing medical issues or find yourself in need of medical assistance whilst on holiday, then don’t fear as Bandos has the A team on board!. For some, knowing your holiday destination has good medical arrangements can make it that bit more appealing, for me, I never really gave it any thought, but without going into too much detail, it was due to the quick and thorough assessments made by Dr M.. and his team and the coordinated and streamlined emergency arrangements at Bandos that helped me through my unfortunate ordeal. One minute I was being assessed on the Islands medical room, the next sat on the boat on our way to the mainland to go to hospital. What could’ve easily been a logistical nightmare ended up a very smooth and seamless transition. The resort organised a member of staff to escort us to the hospital, where he stayed until I was discharged. From the start of the incident to the MRI scan was 2 hours. Luckily for me there were no further complications which meant I could go back to the resort, but knowing I had the medical expertise to hand made the rest of the holiday more comfortable. There are a few names that we would like to give a shout to, and they are Lujaine (not sure if spelling is correct, hopefully it is) who ensured my water bottle was always full and looked after us very well in the Gallery restaurant. His smile and charisma is contagious. Also Manjula and Guru who served us at the pool bar, particularly stood out as considerate, friendly and attentive. The love of their work is obvious. Last but not least, Ibrahim who ensured the remainder of our extended stay was seamless and stress free, his concern and care was second to none he even messaged daily to see if we were ok and if there was anything he could organise or do. I definitely remember Bandos positively for all its beauty and hospitality and look forward to visiting again one day in the future :)

Bandos is located conveniently near Male but I must say that it is more like a Canary Island all inclusive resort that is just 2-3 times more expensive. Do not expect a culinary experience here. The staff is excellent and very friendly so the service works well. It is the tase buds that don’t get what they need. There are lots of food options at the buffet but many courses are a bit tasteless. If a hotel prices a Bloody Mary drink at about $18 (for non all incl. guests) they should be able to make the drink properly. I had the worst BM in my life at Bandos. It was basically only tomato juice with vodka (no spices at all) The standard rooms are very outdated and you do not get value for money in those (we had a leaking ceiling). The superiour rooms are much better and the water willa is excellent. So big points for the staff but less points for the rest. The all inclusive package felt a bit like a rip off with very little options to choose from.

We came back after two years. So much changed in negative way. A nice bar and terrace where drinks were all incluse is no longer the case. Drinks under all inclusive are severely limited. Plus we got a different accommodation than we booked. We were not the only guests dealing with this. This place is no longer recommended

just 15mins boat ride from male is bandos and how splendid it was. Firstly, the staff are amazing they couldnt be friendlier or more helpful. They clearly take great pride in their work and their island and rightly so. The food is absolutely stunning! Special mention for the cakes and pastries although it was all really excellent. Accommodation was great too. For those less able buggys are available to take you where you want to go. If you have the misfortune to need the medical centre have no worries the care you will receive is first rate. The snorkelling on the south end of the island is very shallow and fish not very plentiful until you get past the reef. The north end is very different you're surrounded by shoals of beautiful fish. The swimup bar in the pool very lovely. The sea breeze bar is very cool on very hot days because of.....yes the sea breeze! They feed the rays from there at6 its quite a spectacle. The entertainment in the sand bar is quite varied local groups, film night, karaoke (well whatever floats your boat). There are trips out dolphin watching glass bottom boats etc. Water sports of all kinds. In short if you cant find things to do and good food check youre on the right island Finally i would like to thank all the staff that made our holiday an absolute joy. Thank you so much.

Ein gutes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir hatten die Premium Beach Villa mit All Inklusive gebucht. Die Verpflegung ist gut. Die Villa war weitestgehend sauber. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter Jaanu von Huvan Bar, Hussain von Gallery Restaurant und Guru von Pool Bar. Wir haben dank Ihnen erstklassigen Service genossen.

Отличный отдых. На Мальдивах первый раз. Получили все что нужно для отдыха. Красивый остров. Брали Superior виллу. Прекрасный номер. Замечательный, чистый пляж, риф. Еда, обслуживание отличное! Пишут однообразный ресторан. Может быть да, Но питание замечательное. Рекомендую брать все включено. Напитки дороговаты, оправдаете. Отдельное спасибо за хорошие коктейли.

Nice place to relax and enjoy the beach at 15 minutes far from Male. The food is ok, the malesian food served on Sundays was really good. The staff is also nice and they give you lots of attention. Thanks Guru for your cocktails at the pool, they were amazing :) I would recommend this place.

It was our second visit to that marvelous place. Everything was really nice: The island is very green and big enough! Beautiful sea and great reef very close to the beach. The food in main restaurant was good and enough. The staff was extremely kind and friendly especially Guru, he is the best and guys from Sea Breeze . Our beach villa was just in front of the beach, with direct access. The facilities (gym, kids club, tennis courts, restaurants and bars, swimming pool) were amazing. The wide variety of beaches on the island is perfect as you can pick the best spots and change during the day.

Ездили с семьёй на этот остров уже 7 раз. Замечательное расположение, прекрасные виды, лазурное море, белый песок, всё, как в сказке. Отдельное спасибо дружелюбному персоналу, всегда подскажут и помогут. Хотелось бы выделить некоторых из них, а именно: официант Танур, повар Ахмед Али и встречающая гостей Марвел, всегда доброжелательная, с улыбкой встречает всех гостей. What a wonderful experience! Bandos is everything we imagined a Maldives holiday destination to be. We are a same-sex couple and we travelled at the end of November, first week December. The airport transfer by boat was seamless and the initial arrival check-in experience stress-free. The weather was overcast but dry on our arrival day which made other guests look a bit miserable, hard to understand how a few clouds could have this effect on people when they are on a beautiful paradise island! The weather for the rest of our 10-day stay was hot and sunny, with the only tropical storms being at night and in the final day (which felt appropriate:-)). We stayed in the least pricey accommodation option which had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and a fresh supply of water every day when the room was immaculately cleaned. We were glad we booked this room option because it was the closest to the beach. We booked half-board and, as people who only eat plants & fish (no dairy, no meat) there were always plenty of delicious options. The restaurant service at each eatery we tried was always efficient, professional and friendly. The same was true of our guide on the excursion to Male where we learned more about Maldivian culture. When not eating or on excursions, we spent many wonderful hours snorkelling. We’ve been lucky enough to have snorkelled in lots of places, but Bandos is absolutely ridiculous in the sheer diversity of sea life so close to shore!! Incredible. Please don’t stand in the coral, touch anything or feed anything. This habitat is as fragile as it is stunning. Other activities we partook in were swimming, sunbathing & occasionally drinking at the pool (thank you Guru for your excellent cocktail making both there and at the main bar!), playing squash & badminton as well as using the gym. The gym was well-equipped with enough machinery & weights to keep us happy and there was always availability on the courts. Last, but definitely not least, I must mention the hidden paradise within paradise: the spa area. Between us we had nine treatments, and every single one was of the highest standard we had ever experienced. The therapists were truly exceptional, and the surroundings simply stunning. When the inevitable sad time came to check out and settle up, the gentleman who took care of us on reception was truly lovely - this was very much appreciated! There is only one suggestion we would make to create an even more incredible experience, and that would be to run small tours of the island to give information about the beautiful plants and wildlife.

Second visit to the Maldives, wanted to try a different island, so went to Bandos. After this experience we will look no further and keep going back to Bandos. A fantastic holiday with great facilities, a number of bars and restaurants and outstanding staff throughout. We were very well looked after during our mealtimes by Thoha and Logan; they could not do enough to ensure we had a great holiday. Marvel also welcomed us every time with a big smile. The Umiaki restaurant was another level! Food and service from a crazy chef was very memorable and I highly recommend it. Had a spa treatment which felt so good; this included the use of the spa facilities before and after the treatment. The lagoon was full of so many fish, including many black tip reef sharks (they are more scared of us than us of them). All in all, it was such a fantastic holiday at a great place which was made even better by the amazing staff. We will definitely be returning.

We had the best holiday ever from start to finish. The resort is top notch, very friendly staff, food was amazing. The guys in the diving centre were very nice and helpful. we had a couple of amazing dives, which we certainly will not forgot. Bandos was an ideal island for us to relax after an action packed 10 days, swimming and snorkling and viewing a partly submerged wreck. Bandos boasted fabulous accommodation and delicious breakfast/evening meals. Ideal for families and friends. Also for honeymoon couples.

We were the first time in Maldives with my wife. Our friend advised us to celebrate 2 years of our marriage on Bandos island. In is very beautiful place with wonderful views and of course the best beaches in the world! Our friend- Guru made some special cocktails for us!

I am currently staying at Bandos Maldives for our honeymoon. When landing after a long flight, we finally arrived at the hotel. After a very basic introduction of the island, we were then told that many things were chargeable. So if you want to go snorkelling, then bring your own equipment because they charge $20+ a day. If you book a snorkeling trip, you still have to pay the extra to rent the equipment on top of what is charged for the excursion. You are charged to use the pool table in the bar, the tennis and badminton courts also. When paying the tax there was also the option of paying in dollars or sterling, and the person had no clue, which was the better option. When informing them it was our honeymoon, they agreed to send fruit and a bubbly drink, however this was given after 2 days. The main suggestion would be to go at least half broad because one buffet meal is $50+. The island itself is beautiful, however the constant charging for small things takes away from the experience. This is also the case for all-inclusive as we had been told drinks at meals are chargeable. There aren't many things that aren't charged, and when asked if this was common, it was said to be worse on other islands. This bluntness from serving staff was a common feature. Navigating the island is also difficult at times due to the lack of accurate signs. Otherwise this is a lovely island, and whilst staying at the deluxe beachfront room it was more of a garden view due to the beach being covered by trees. The overall suggestion would be to go at least half board, and bring your own snorkelling equipment. Otherwise, it will be costly on an already expensive holiday.

Честно скажу это прям очень при очень круто!!! Отель 4* Bandos северный Мале очень хороший: 1. Очень красивые пляжи и локации: фотки супер! 2. остров 550 метров в диаметре, на неделю достаточно, чтоб не заскучать (ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО берети с собой любимого человека и желательно без детей)) 3. Снорклинг: кораллы мёртвые но очень много красивых рыбок, акул (не страшно для людей) и др. (Лучше взять с собой маску, трубку и гоу про камеру. Все это в аренду дороговато) 4. Еда и обслуживания - отличное! 5. Развлекательная программа так себе. 6. Прям рекомендую брать всё включено (в каждом баре есть напитки бесплатно) иначе один коктейль 15-20$

Bardzo fajne miejsce, piękne plaże, świetnie widoki zarówno nad wodą jak i pod wodą. Super obsługa, szczególne w Sand Bar, ale i we wszystkich innych restauracjach. Byliśmy w pokoju standard, w 3 osoby dało się spokojnie mieszkać, przydałoby się odświeżenie łazienki i jakiś blat na kosmetyki bo jest tylko umywalka i mała półeczka. Pokój klimatyzowany, codziennie sprzątany, wymieniane ręczniki łazienkowe i plażowe, mini bar za free z opcją allinclusive.

Early check-in not provided. Even one hour early check-in not available is surprising thing. Almost every hotel and resorts provide early check in. For 10 minutes speed boat ride the charges are 100 usd which is too high and unjustified. Many resorts which are 40 to 50 minutes away charges this much amount.

This was our second trip to the Maldives and after this visit we will keep returning to Bandos every time. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. There is different entertainment every night, a big plus and a good selection of places to eat. We loved the all the inclusive buffet and the staff were great. Thoha looked after us at every meal and really made our stay so special also Lohan who always found the time to come and say hello and see how we were getting on. It was actually sad to say goodbye to them. Although the accommodation is old it was clean, spacious and in good working order. We also had a meal at the Umi Yaki which was a special treat, again the food was great and the staff friendly, certainly gave us a few giggles. If you like your water sports there was plenty of choice, we went snorkelling in the lagoon and there was plenty to see. During the day a walk around the island was nice with lots of wildlife around. The spa treatment was amazing and we used the other facilities in there before and after which was a nice treat also. The pool is small but great to go and have a dip in to cool down if you fancy a change from the sea views. The all inclusive drinks menu had a good selection of drinks which you could have at various bars and if you fancied eating out from the buffet the discount is great on the all inclusive package. The only negative I can really say about the island is the internet coverage, it was very hit and miss and slow at times.

My trip at Bandos had been absolutely fantastic. The island feels like a place from a postcard and I can relax and enjoy various activities. The staff is also brilliant and make an effort to make you feel amazing, Jaanu (at Huvan) served us brilliantly during a special dinner and was able to foresee our every need and made an effort to make us feel special. We are returning visitors to Bandos and every time we are here the resort endlessly surprises us with activities, performances and overall setting. This time we arrived to Bandos to celebrate New Year and spend some time by the beach - swimming, snorkeling and enjoy the sun. We have two boys 8 and 6 years old and Bandos resort suits us very well. The kids club offered daily activities for children and kids parties( disco, karaoke, movie night) through the 10 days stay. Emily, Liberty and Charity are very caring and engaging with children for any age. They look after children very well and plan different activities through the day. The boys had a lots of art crafts to take back home. Even at Gala Dinner for New Year’s Eve with live band going on until midnight followed by DJ afterwards and fire works, families and children were welcome to come along and have fun, we didn’t feel any way awkward. The best time out this time of the year! :-) We have been coming here for the 4th time and to see familiar faces of the staff members around resort makes us feel on ease. The relationship we build with people, who look after us and care about our wellbeing, means a lot to us. All staff in the resort work hard and take pride in what they are doing. The rooms always clean and tidy, dry towels ready for the beach, the chefs in the kitchen creats fantastic food, etc. Just few to mention waiters Hussain, Tanuj, Joemark, Ibrahim are the waiters in Gallery Restaurant in day to day. With great memory would like to mention Niyadz, Marvel and Kristin in the front desk by main buffet restaurant, always welcoming with the smile on their face and positive energy around them. Amazing resort with all activities available. Kind staff, clean rooms and family friendly. Special thanks to Tanuj who looked after us and our little one. It took us 2 minutes of snorkelling to see the sharks. Food is extremely delicious with so many options including an Arabic night.

My partner and I spent a week at Bandos and we were blown away by the resort ! The place is stunning on every level, the staff are incredibly friendly and polite, the food was very good and a good selection at the buffet, the guys at the dive resort were exceptionally good and informative. We strongly recommend that you visit the teppanyaki restaurant one night…. That is a great experience from start to end. My only once criticism about the venue was that everything was as an upsell… we chose to book the all inclusive package and the word ‘all inclusive’ is to be used loosely! Certain cocktails and drinks were not included nor food at most of the daytime restaurants either, but we didn’t let this affect our hoiday we just paid the extra. One thing that did hack me off was being stopped as we was about to board the boat to leave the island to be told we owed $14 for a pack of peanuts and some Pringles that my partner had used in our room ! I didn’t particularly find this good practice after spending several thousand pounds on a holiday ! I would like to return there one day most definitely

На данный момент еще проживаем тут, вилла 156; с каждым днем влюбляемся в Мальдивы все больше! Невероятные пляжи, изумительная чистота территории и номеров; невероятно вкусная еда (ставлю 10/10 за индийскую кухню, влюбилась с первого ужина!!!) Спасибо всем барменам за лучшие коктейли - berry colada - настоятельная рекомендация для всех отдыхающих! По вечерам в баре Huvan можно увидеть огромное количество акул и скатов 🥰 Совсем не хочется уезжать, радуемся, что только середина отпуска 🥺

The best part of this resort is the people who work there!! They’re so amazing. My favorite ones who left a mark on me and my husband were tujun in the gallery restaurant and a short young Philippine women I wish I remembered her name but it started with an M or N. The food was a 6/10, the breakfast is pretty good. The resort was very clean and the beach was gorgeous. The amenities are okay, and the excursions weren’t the best and so expensive. Hassan was amazing though! & Ahmed from the diving center! If you just want to chill on a budget, this is your spot.

Throughout our stay, we were surprised and disturbed by the incessant sound of aircrafts passing directly over the BANDOS RESORT. This disturbing noise significantly affected the quality of our stay and detracted from the tranquility expected when choosing Hotel Bandos Villa for our stay in the Maldives. Our main concern is the fact that at no point during the booking or check-in process were we informed about the constant presence of noisy seaplanes flying over the resort. I believe that guests have the right to be aware of any element that could negatively impact their accommodation experience, especially something as intrusive as constant aircraft noise. It would be great if the resort could provide detailed explanations as to why this information is being kept secret, rather than just apologizing. Guests have the right to be aware of any significant events that may affect their stay. We sincerely hope the BANDOS Resort reconsiders this unethical approach and opts for more open and honest communication with its guests. Transparency not only builds trust, but also demonstrates responsibility and care for visitors' well-being.

Not a very great resort. We went there to celebrate mine and my husbands bday. After so many e-mails even before reaching there and after, there was no cake no decor in the room. When we called they said its raining sk we cant decorate the room. After several requests they did it at 11 pm and cake was provided. Next day was my husbands bday, again no decor no cake. They literary spoiled the moods. Regarding the food, if u prefer veg food pls dont go there, even chicken items were raw. My son couldnt even chew it properly. All 3 times all days i had to give him pasta only. Even in al inclusive package, all items were not included. Even cheapest drinks like smirnoff was also not included, some locals drinks were included. Buffet timings are so strrict, they remove the full buffet even if u r sitting there.. lunch is only till 2 pm which is the time where normal people come to eat. Reservation people are super rude, not ready help at all. Even buggy drivers were rude in saying thats ur room is near by u can walk, even when it was heavily raining. Overall very bad stay , not worth the money we paid Most of all, staff is not aware of anything. I asked 3 staff if mini bar was invluded in all inclusive, they were clueless. On top of evrything i requested to pack bfast as our flight was 8 am, they said no u have to eat at 5 am in our restra. I told them we have small baby and cant eat at 5 am we need packed food, i clearly said croissant snd chicken sandwich. The guy at reception even wrote it down, when i opened food at airprot it was plain rice and veg sandwiches with some cucumber and tomato We ended up paying at airport for bfast which was supposed to be covered by resort. We checked out early else bfast n lunch was covered for that day. Staff at reception has no considerations for guests at all

A paradise island where the staff catered for your every need and were always smiling and friendly, the beaches were beautiful and as with the whole island were kept immaculately, the food was excellent with plenty of choice - we were there for New Year’s Eve and the gala dinner was out of this world, we have never seen a display of food like it. The standard accommodation was in need of refurbishment and not up to the standard one would expect of such a wonderful resort so we managed to upgrade our rooms to the relatively new ones and can recommend #155, 156 and 157 which we loved. The island is about a 15 minute boat ride from the airport which was very welcome after a ten hour flight from the UK. There are plenty of buggies available to take you to and from your room to the main restaurant area if like us you are on the opposite side of the island. There are plenty of water sports available although we were disappointed to discover that we could not go parasailing as the boat had broken down and spare parts were coming from Japan! We were surprised that there was no back up boat available as this was one of the activities that our family were keen to do. Whilst we did not use the spa, our two children and two grandchildren did and were very impressed! The nightly entertainment was varied and professional and the venue was attractive and spacious. We were visiting on an all inclusive package which gave us breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main gallery restaurant. Our waitress Afifa was brilliant and looked after us superbly. We decided to ring the changes and ate at the teppanyaki restaurant on one night and the Grill on two nights which were relatively expensive but the food was delicious. All in all we spent a fabulous eleven nights at Bandos and would highly recommend it.

This is our 3rd visit to Bandos and it just gets better! We stayed in the delux beach rooms which were beautiful. The food is good a lovely variety and the chefs are great, The service is fantastic with a special mention to Jenelyn in Huvan bar who from the moment we met her was warm, smiling and always helpful. I celebrated my birthday there and was made to feel very special! We used both the spa and the dive school both were brilliant! We can’t wait to return!

We have just returned from 9 nights in this beautiful resort and had the most amazing time. If you want a stuffy 5 star resort full of people complaining then this is not your place. This has a lovely, classy, relaxed boutique feeling and a super friendly vibe everywhere on the resort. The smiling staff are a breath of fresh air and you will be immersed in an abundance of stunning nature. The beach is absolute paradise and like nothing I have ever seem before. There are parts of the beach that are really secluded like your own desert island and other parts where you can swing under a hammock or sit near the bar. We loved the pool too and spent some evenings swimming under the swooping bats - yes really! There is a resident heron 'Marco' who is always placed for his next feed around the resort whether it's at the daily 6pm shark and sting ray feeding, or for for the fresh sushi at the amazing little boutique Japanese restaurant. He is so cute and funny and always put a smile on our faces. The reef is full of fish even in the shallow part of the beach. You can see all kinds of bright colourful fish, sharks and also Sting rays here. The gym is lovely - so well equipped and huge! There are two big rooms - One full of weights and machines and the other full of bikes and running machines. The entertainment is amazing, something every night from a Maldivian Band to acoustic singers or a DJ. We loved the food too - fresh curries and tandoori fish and chicken in a clay oven and there are 4 wonderful restaurants to choose from. All with a sea view what more could you ask for. We had an amazing room - we paid a little more for our room from the standard ones - it was completely Modern and new with the most incredible open roofed shower - you look up to palm trees as you showered just heavenly! And it doesn't end there - the KIDS CLUB!! Well I could write an entire review just on that. It was absolutely incredible. Charity, Liberty and Emily have poured their hearts into this kids club and it is the best I have ever seen. Every day there are 5 activities set out for the kids from yoga to crafts to treasure hunts to foam discos. It was really above and beyond anything I have ever seen before and my 6 year old loved it!! They had a kids sailing activity around the island (I mean wow) and they printed their own holiday T shirts and bags as well as making signs for their bedrooms out of wood or their own wind chimes. They had their own new years day disco on the beach with Face painting, huge bunches of balloons, games, cake and mini sandwiches and iced chocolate milk and juices on tap!! It was out of this world. They also had a glow disco and karaoke for the kids, the activities were endless. But what made it really special was the pure energy and love the ladies give to every child. They treated the kids with a big warm welcome every day that made them so happy to be there. I would return just for the kids club alone! THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES!!
