  • Arrival and departure flight details should be notified together with the reservation request and anyway not later than 7 days before the arrival of clients to Maldives.
  • Seaplane transfers are carried out by Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) and could at times be subject to change due to operational requirements or weather conditions. The resort will not be held responsible if the TMA delays or cancels flights due to one of the above reasons.

  • Transfers are guaranteed for all arrivals/departures. The only restriction on the above terms is that the seaplane can fly during daylight hours only. Clients must check in at the Trans Maldivian Airways’ arrival counter before 1600 hours and departure scheduled international flights must depart after 0900 hours.
  • The Resort and TMA do not take responsibility for missed connection(s) caused by factors outside the control of TMA such as but not limited to meteorological conditions, Force Majeure, air traffic control procedures, and international flights delay or cancellations.
  • Transfer rates are subject to change without prior notice. To confirm, please check with us from time to time. We assume no liability for any discrepancies or costs incurred arising from or in connection with a failure by the Business Partner to make adequate inquiries or for any variations imposed on the transfer’s prices.
  • In the event of Force Majeure, the arrival and departure transfers may not be arranged at scheduled Times and the hotel is not liable for any compensation claims due to such delays.
  • Seaplane transportation fare includes a baggage allowance of 20 kg per passenger and hand luggage of up to 5 kg. Extra Luggage Will Be Charged at USD 5.00 per kg. Trans Maldivian Airways does not guarantee the baggage on the same flight as the passenger and Nika Island Resort does not have any responsibility.
