From the moment of check-in, we were embraced by the warm embrace of music and smiling faces. While our room wasn't ready upon early arrival, the staff ensured our comfort in JFK. Within minutes, our room was not only ready for check in, hours early, but adorned with floral decorations and special treats to celebrate our honeymoon.
Sam, our island host, was a true gem. He dedicated himself to making our stay extraordinary, handling every detail with care and arranging special dinner reservations and experiences. He went above and beyond to check in with us and just say hi, such a special touch! Even when an excursion was completely booked, he had us on waitlists and confirmed hours before with each cancellation. We really wanted to go snorkeling but it was completely booked, so what did Sam do? He took us himself! How cool is that? Thanks to Sam, we could focus on each other, stress-free.
The Coco Bar team, led by Dillian, ensured our every drink desire was met promptly and with a special twist. We were always the first ones at the pool, thanks to Sai, who had beach chairs, towels, drinks, umbrellas, and sunscreen ready for us the moment we arrived. The entire staff was full of recommendations from Coco bar and JFK, they never disappointed! Although I’m forgetting some names, Manjou and the female team member were outstanding as well - always checking in on us! Their service left a lasting impression on our stay!
Salaam from Canneli greeted us each morning at the breakfast buffet with a smile, keeping our water glasses full and our plates cleared, ensuring our comfort throughout our meals.
Dining at Kashibo and 5.8, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten allergy and recommend their favorite dishes and drinks, with Iiham and the staff leading the way in excellence!
The complimentary photo captured by Izzey became a cherished souvenir of our trip, preserving a memorable moment on the island. We are forever grateful for him capturing our honeymoon photo that will soon be framed in our home.
The housekeeping team's meticulous attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring your villa was spotless and stocked with everything you needed, from folded clothes to refreshed amenities. Our room would be refreshed each morning for the brief time we were at breakfast - not sure how they did it but they always did! During room turn down, slippers were placed along each bedside along with mineral water - a special and appreciated touch!
The resort managers demonstrated true hospitality by continuously checking in to make your stay even more incredible. Their presence upon your arrival and departure was a personal touch that made Hurawhali stand out.
