Words are not enough for how beautiful it is, how well organized everything is and also how exceptional all the employees are.
Once we arrived in Male, everything was extremely easy, thanks to the professionalism of this hotel chain. Very friendly people, very helpful, everything was very easy and fast.
Once you arrive at the resort you are welcomed by some of the staff, having your own "guide" who will then present you with absolutely any information (Specially thanks to Yameen). As soon as you arrive at this place you realize the high quality of service and staff. From the moment you get off the seaplane, you won't need sneakers or slippers. The sand is very fine, there's nothing to get hurt in. The chefs are top notch, very good, very respectful, very professional, a pleasure to talk to. The bars also very well laid out, with a multitude of products. Bar people also a pleasure to chat with, always willing to help, making your stay great. They also have a team of sommeliers who are to a very high standard. Pictures do not describe reality. The reality is 10 times more beautiful.
Everything is at a high level, at an exceptional level. We stayed at a beach villa as well as a water villa. The cleanliness is to a high standard. I've never seen a mess or anything out of place. Also the personal from cleaning are everywhere and are always busy maintaining this wonderful place. Everything is very relaxed and pleasant.
The house reef is amazing. Any information you need about the snokerling spots, what you can do and what you can do will be in the specially designed building at Blue Tribe. The staff there are wonderful, what I liked most was the professionalism they show and that they are not pushy with absolutely nothing. Also the snorkeling equipment you can rent for free during your stay is very good and professional (was included in our package).
For us it was our first experience in the Maldives, as I said at the beginning I don't think there are enough words of praise to describe it. Absolutely all employees deserve a big BRAVO and RESPECT. They do their job with a passion like you rarely encounter, making your stay EXCEPTIONAL in every way. Everything is very well organized, even if you can't handle the app/technology they will be there to help you with absolutely any information and fulfill your needs.
A few names that have stuck in my mind with whom we have communicated most often and helped us whenever we needed it, making our stay wonderful are: Gopan, Mevin, Mauro, Yameen, Shaa, Mani, Vishal, Ardhan, Ali Zidhan, Elena, Luthinan, Binju, Stella, Gina, Ramu, Praveen, Junaidh, Alamin, Madu, Ko Ko, Bhoumitra, Dhanna, Sofia, Dasun and Indunil. Some of the names I did not remember and I apologize for them. They were all exceptional!
We have a saying, if everything is going well it means that the management is also doing an exceptional job. Congratulations and well done, Mevin Ramasamy. You managed to create an exceptional atmosphere in such a small, quiet place with a lot of employees. You can see the great relationships between everyone and the pleasure of working and creating an exceptional stay for every guest.
A very dear person to us throughout our stay, with whom we spent a lot of time and helped us with everything was Gopan Sivan. A magnificent, sensational man who made us feel wonderful. We wish him all the best! I hope we will meet him again.
Mauro Maahir was also the person with whom I communicated and did most of the activities in Blue Tribe. I hope you never lose him he is an amazing man, a consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge. A pleasure to talk and do activities with him. If I can make a comparison he is like a protective "dad", helping you anytime, guiding you anytime, teaching you anything you need.
