Good, but can be much better!
Ventajas: The hotel is new (2019), the apartments are big, modern, spacious and comfortable. The hotel, beach and apartments are clean in every part. The apartments are on the beach with direct acces to the beach. The air condition in the apartment is excellent. The bathroom is large and functional, with two sinks, shampoons, body shower and soaps. The room has a TV, fan, safe, iron and ironing board, umbrella for rain, coffee maker, a selection of coffee and tea. You have a large closet for clothes with a lot of hangers. On the terrace you have two chairs that can be moved to a semi-reclining position and a small table. You have a two large bottles of water every day, a variety of juices, one small soda and 4 small cans of carlsberg beer. The minibar is replenished every day once, the apartment is cleaned every day. The bed is a comfortable, king size (2x2 m). You also have a small sofa, a table with two chairs and one more little closet. It has few sockets, so if you have lot of phones, laptops, cameras and other devices that need charge, bring own multiple sockets or adapter. Sound isolation in apartment is very good. WiFI is quite correct. The vegetation is more and more lush and the gardens are beautifully arranged. The beaches are sand, beautiful and long, but better and deeper beach is at RIU Atoll, especial front Sunshine bar, no corals in water and water is more tirquise! I don't like that there are in RIU Atoll so many chameleon lizards, we saw dozens of them on the walk, while we didn't see any one in the RIU Palace. The food in buffet Palm restaurant is delicious and amazing with big selection of different types of food. Every day lots of seafood (prawns, calamari, shells, crabs, octopuss...) and several type of steak fish (tuna, snapper, reef fish, hik fish etc). Every day lots of types of lamb, beef, turkey, duck, pork, chicken, pastas , pizzas, vegetables, salads, chees, eggs, desserts and lots of other good and tasty food.
Contras: What is failures of the management and what, in my opinion, needs to do and fix in resort, because THIS IS 5 STAR RISORT! Most things are real little things, and they mean a lot:
*Under umbrella, on the apartments beach, needs a small table and a hanger to left drinks, phones and other things.
*Every apartment should have a two sunbeds, look very bad when people grabbing for them and taking sunbeds in front of other people's apartments and dragging them in front of theirs app, to the other end of the island (looking with my own eyes), so somewhere in front of a villa with 8 apartments, you have only 2-3 sunbeds, and somewhere 10.
*In front of the apartment, a water tap is necessary for washing the feet, because sand is brought into the apartment.
*Some staff are kind, but some just procrastinate even if you give him tip.
*The minibar should be filled depending on the preferences of the guests, to make note what the guest more consumes and with that, a little more, refill minibar. The minibar does not have snacks, peanuts, chocolates... There is no spirits drink, no wine, only juices and beer.
*The music in the pool bar could be a little more lively, mostly slowly things on the playlist (this is a subjective thing after all).
*You must have all the drinks on the menu, it can't happen if we order something from menu and barmen says: "we dont have that", and next 10 days they don't have that!
*The pool is relatively small for the capacity of the hotel, it could be bigger and deeper (128 cm is the deepest part, and the part near the bar is less than 100 cm) or have another pool especially for children (as well as on the RIU Atoll), but it is what it is.
*Should be at least one a shower on the beach, for each villa with 8 apartments.
