Ventajas: Очень красивый уединенный небольшой зелёный остров с очень красивым пляжем и домашним рифом с разнообразными подводными жителями. Невероятно приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Нас встретили ещё в аэропорту на выходе проводили в зал ожидания, потом отвели зарегистрироваться на внутренний рейс долететь до ближнего от отеля острова и там тоже встретил представитель отеля посадил на машинку и отвез к лодке, а на лодке нас уже быстро за минут 25 домчали до острова. Наша небольшая вилла была на пляже с красивым выходом к океану. Убираются на виллах 2 раза в день, что очень классно. Еда хороша, но нет большого разнообразия, думаю это связано с тем что остров находится далеко и маленький и Вилл на нем мало, что плюс, потому что ты чувствуешь что будто один на этом острове. Кокосы на острове очень вкусные. Отличный вариант остановиться на несколько дней и уединиться, поплавать в рифе среди кораллов и посмотреть на подводных обитателей. Цены на экскурсии высоковаты, но опять же думаю что это связанно с расположением. Мы их не брали потому что в домашнем рифе можно плавать и любоваться часами. Дают бесплатно маски и ласты. Гидрокостюм стоит 10 дол в сутки. Брали гидрокостюм потому что солнышко очень сильное и в воде особенно можно сгореть очень быстро. Либо брать с собой закрытую одежду для плавания. Погода была супер. Дождь шел всего два раза, один раз ночью долго и один раз утром но кончился быстро. В общем эти 5 дней пролетели очень быстро и прекрасно. Потом у нас был другой резорт на севере Мальдив. Что тоже очень порадовало отели сами между собой обо всем договорились и распланировали максимально удобное время когда нас отправлять и забирать, что сделало наш отдых более беззаботным.

Ein Traum !!
Ventajas: Es war ein Traum!!! Die Insel ist naturbelassen und ruhig. Die Angestellten und Nick (Hotelmanager) sind so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist alles brilliant organisiert und jeder der Mitarbeiter weiss über den Gast und seinen Wünschen bescheid. Wir fühlten uns wie in einer grossen Familie Willkommen bei der wir nicht mehr gehen wollten. :) Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht welche perfekt organisiert waren und die Leute die für uns zuständig waren sind überaus Kometent. Tauchen, ein riesen grosses Kompliment an das ganze Tauch Team da sie wirklich einzigarting sind !!! Ein grosses Kompliment auch an meinen Tauchlehrer Thomas welcher mir meine Angst nehmen konnte und bei dem das Tauchen einfach Spass gemacht hat :). Das Essen war super Lecker! Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und immer gepflegt und aufgeräumt. Der Strand ist ein reines Paradies!!! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch und wir würden die Insel und das Hotel mit 100% Zuvreidenheit weiterempfehlen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, wir schwärmen von unseren Ferien !!! :)

Ventajas: Where do I begin? from the moment you arrive in Male this hotel takes really good care of you. I guess that's a given when you sort out ur transfer with them. The surprises was they did the same when we were leaving. We had assistants from the hotel escorting us and guiding us through the entire process. The hotel was magical. Its a smaller resort with not too many villas so you really feel like you're staying almost at a boutique type resort. You feel very important and the staff were super generous and welcoming. The reef around the island is one of the only natural coral reefs left in the maldives and the marine life there really is exceptional. I did the scuba discovery course and my instructor was super professional and helpful. Honestly i cant even say this hotel was 5 stars because the service we got was way beyond that and more.

Probably the best, most private and luxurious holiday we ever had.
Ventajas: The entire stay was absolutely fabulous, we never expected such an amazing trip. The staff, the island, the villas, the people and the privacy that came with this resort was just on another level compared to other properties we stayed at in the Maldives before. The house reef, the great focus of management on sustainability and protecting the environment made this stay even more special for us.
Contras: Something that cannot be changed (i.e. the transfer from Male to the resort was a bit long), but this was known and is certainly worth it.

Ventajas: Отель делает всё, чтобы гости чувствовали себя как дома. К каждому гостю свой подход. О нашей семье (2 взрослых, 3 ребенка) заботились каждую секунду, обеспечив тем самым идеальный отдых. До отеля от Мале нужно летать сначала на самолете, а потом плыть 30 минко на скоростной лодке. Это, конечно, осложеняет путь до отеля. Но мы не пожалели. Однозначно этот отель не стоит выбирать тем, кого укачивает.
Contras: Были мелкие замечания, но они все они сразу же испралялись!

Fantastic stay
Ventajas: Amazing place with very hospitable stuff! Everything from the very beginning was great! The resort is 400 km from Male but the transfer was organized in the best way it could be so we didn’t even notice any inconvenience related to the far location. Many thanks to our host Munisa which made our stay just fantastic! Amazing snorkeling experience as well - lots of colorful tropical fish wright in-front of your villa!

Ventajas: Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung. Die Strandvillen sind zu bevorzugen ( natürlicher Schatten und mehr Platz ) Dinner Buffets werden an 2 Abenden pro Woche mit ausgezeichnetem Angebot und hoher Qualität angeboten, die Preise sind jedoch sehr ambitioniert.

Ventajas: Очень уединенный остров. Такое ощущение, что отдыхаешь один на всем острове. Людей видно только во время завтраков, обедов и ужинов. Хорошие пляжи из просеянного белого песка. Есть большой мелкий пляж для купаний с детьми. Нам предоставили виллу категории выше, за что отдельное спасибо отелю. Сама вилла устроена очень хорошо, прекрасный бассейн на вилле. Принадлежности для снорклинга предоставляют на все время проживания бесплатно. Очень отзывчивый и хорошо обученный персонал. Большой выбор безалкогольных коктейлей в баре. Вкусные морепродукты. Удобная кровать и Мебель на вилле. Хорошая уборка.
Contras: Остров находится далеко от Мале, порядка 700 км. Дорога от Мале до отеля занимает около 2-3 часов + ожидание в аэропорту 2-3 часа местного рейсового самолета. Разница с Москвой по времени + 3 часа. Плохие завтраки в отеле. Мы всегда опаздывали на завтраки, но нам их подавали и после окончания времени завтраков. Вообщем на острове кухня оставляет желать лучшего, это не касается только морепродуктов и напитков. Ресторан работает до 22.30, что явно недостаточно, особенно для гостей из России. На острове по факту 2 ресторана, блюда из которых надоедают за 3-4 дня. Цены на товары и услуги выше в 2-3 раза по сравнению с другими островами где я был. Очень плохой тренажёрный зал, одна беговая дорожка и нет маленьких гантелей. Мне показалось, что риф достаточно скудный и неинтересный, видел и получше.

Многие пишут что сюда долго добираться. Да. Но это того стоит!!!
Ventajas: Понравилось абсолютно все. Да, такое редко случается. Придраться реально не к чему. Прежде всего риф! Я был практически на всех атоллах Мальдив (мале, баа, ари), но тут риф выше всяких похвал! Порой картины совершенно инопланетные! Фанатам снорклинга однозначные рекомендации к посещению! Очень удобная система ассистентов, через которых решаются все проблемы и вопросы пребывания. Полное впечатление личного батлера. Я все вопросы решал через Татьяну, которой очень благодарен. Шеф на кухне уникальный, все что он готовит - чудо. Такого гаспачо я не встречал нигде. Вроде бы простое блюдо, но сделано шедеврально. В результате пробыв в отеле 2 недели решил еще на недельку остаться.
Contras: Я бы не сказал что что-то не понравилось, но будучи практически в открытом океане, где куча разной рыбы, хотелось бы более разнообразного и свежего рыбного меню.

Hyatt Maldives review Park Hyatt Maldives is truly paradise. The journey here is quite long but once you get here, you are greeted by amazing staff. From the moment we landed in Male airport, the moment we landed on the island, everyone was extremely happy to have the opportunity to welcome us. The staff went out of their way to make each moment special for us, especially since we were on our honeymoon and expecting a new born. The thought and amount of detail that they put into planning our stay was incredible. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and genuinely happy. Shoutout to Shamin, Monica, Fernando, Kelly, and Wally for being amazing humans. We look forward to coming back soon, and highly recommend this resort! In depth: After landing in Male, we were greeted Hyatt staff member, who helped us check in for our domestic flight, and explain the next steps. They even granted us entrance into the airport lounge for some snacks and beverages. After landing at our next domestic stop, we were once again greeted by another Hyatt member and helped us to the dock, where two other Hyatt staff members were waiting to take us on a short 30 minute boat ride to the island. They provided some delicious mango juice with some coconut cookies. Such a nice gesture. When we arrived on the island, more staff was there on the dock, excited to greet us as we entered Paradise. we arrived, and they were kind enough to skip the check in process and took us straight to our room where we were pleasantly surprised with a nice upgrade to our room. From there, the real magic begins. We were assigned a personal host by the name of Shamin, who amazed us by the amount of pride he took in his job. He graciously helped me in planning a few surprises for my wife, including a nice message on our bed, a surprise cake that was colored pink to represent our future baby girl (wife is 17 weeks along), and a nice private dinner to end our final night. - Golf simulator: 7/10. The simulator was extremely accurate and easy to set up. The staff had a set of clubs, and even gloves to use. Took off a couple points as the bag was missing 3/5 woods and had about 30 courses to choose from. I shouldn’t have been golfing anyway and only did so as the wife was getting a massage. Nice option to have though if you get the golf itch - Vidhun Spa experience: 9/10 - wife received a 90 minute pregnancy massage from Putri which she rated a 10/10. The staff was extremely accommodating and she went back for another massage from Putri! - Only complaint here was that on the website, they mentioned that they cannot accommodate for late arrivals as this would push the next guest back and asked that you arrived 15 minutes before. Unfortunately the guest before my wife was late, which resulted in her massage starting 15 minutes after her scheduled time. Slightly out of the control of the hotel, but they are so nice that I can see them having made an exception for the previous guest. Wife would definitely do it again! - Lucky dolphin tour- 10/10 - Snorkeling 10/10 - Kayaking 10/10 - Gym 9/10 - Entertainment: 10/10 - Food: 8/10

Отель находится на южном атолле и требует перелета на локальном самолете и 25 минут на катере. Но это стоит того чтобы окунуться в атмосферу живого рифа с множеством живых кораллов и обильной живностью. Нас разместили в 3-й вилле с меленьким и не глубоким бассейном. Номер хороший и не смотря на возраст в хорошем состоянии. Расположение хорошее с комфортным выходом к морю, к недостаткам можно отнести лишь отсутствие беседки( газебо), которые присутствовали на всех остальных виллах с бассейном. Из плюсов хорошее постельное белье, мягкие подушки доступ к you tube и и полноценный минибар с хорошим заполнением алкогольных и прохладительных напитков, чипсов и батончиков, кофемашина и чайник с ежедневным пополнением. К сожалению огорчила концепция отеля по плану all inclusive ( фото прилагаю). Меню не меняется, выбор из меню ограничен двумя курсами на обед и тремя на ужин. Свежей рыбы нет, только размороженная. Стейки жесткие - либо пережаренные( не смотря на выбор медиум прожарки), либо не абсолютно свежие, что вынуждает повара во избежание проблем пережаривать мясо. В общем голодными никто не останется, но получить эстетическое удовольствие от еды не получится. Исключением является гриль с морепродуктами по субботам ( входит в план all inclusive 1 раз за неделю проживания). Остров сильно подвержен эрозии, поэтому множество вилл не пригодны для проживания, так как доступ к пляжу и воде не просто ограничен, но даже не безопасен. Огромным плюсом резорта является домашний риф, наверное один из самых живых на Мальдивах. Поэтому хочется пожелать отелю довести концепцию All inclusive до общепринятых стандартов и найти способ спасения от эрозии берегов острова.

The Park Hyatt was truly an amazing resort and we are so glad we chose this resort for our honeymoon at the Maldives. It was a 10/10 experience! Everyone was so kind and attentive and made our experience so special. Half of our stay was at the beach pool villa and half at the overwater sunset pool villa. The beach villa was nice because it felt secluded and we woke up to beautiful beach views and walked along the beach watching the sunrise. The gym had the essentials with cool scented towels to cool off. We did Sunrise Yoga twice during our stay and really enjoyed it. The yoga instructor Linto was great. The overwater sunset pool villa was truly magical with amazing views. The pool is definitely a plus to plunge and cool off during the day and we also used the pool at night to view the stars. Snorkeling was the best we have ever experienced with beautiful reefs and so many colorful fish. We saw lots of sharks, Ben the resident turtle, and Nemo! All of our meals at Park Hyatt were top notch and the food and beverage team was excellent! Kartikeya, the food and beverage manager, was always present during all of our meals and always stopped by to say hi and check on us. You could tell that there are very high standards at this resort. Definitely the best food we have had at a resort and service was amazing! We looked forward to breakfast every morning and enjoyed the coffee, all of the dishes we tried, buffet, fruit, and pastries. There were new items everyday and everything was tasty. The service at breakfast was also great! We loved seeing Suneli and Tsiosela every morning who were always smiling and attentive. We also got to try local dishes like mas huni during breakfast. We liked it so much that when Shahum told us about the cooking class that was offered with Chef Milan, we signed up. On my birthday, they made me feel special with a fruit tower and mimosas! They even brought a delicious cake and prosecco to the room! We enjoyed all of our dinners- Koi was amazing! High quality dishes and we enjoyed everything The chef was so passionate about the dishes and let us know about the garden where they grow all of their fresh greens for their dishes. Farish was very kind and attentive for our dinner here and the night before at the main dining room. Island Grill- the tomahawk steak was very delicious (from Tasmania) with chimichurri (made from their garden) - Adam and Hamzan were great. The Treehouse- very unique experience in a treehouse with a great view of the sunset- all of the plant-based dishes were tasty and inventive. Krishna was our server and he was great! The Bar- we had drinks here every evening with our favorite bartenders Sangita and Rusiru- they make amazing drinks and are so kind and hardworking! Shahum - from the moment that we got on the island, he was so great. He was our host for our stay was so helpful, so attentive, so kind and made sure our stay was perfect. He told us about all of the available activities that he knew we would enjoy. Beybe - when we stumbled upon the garden, we were so lucky to meet Beybe who has been on the island for over 10 years and is so passionate about everything that he grows on the island. He gave us a personal tour of his garden. Subhaukar - he was our room attendant/housekeeping and was great! Had a lot of attention to detail with cleaning our room. Tatty - the first and last Park Hyatt employee that we encountered! He greeted us when we arrived at the airport and greeted us when we arrived back after our stay. He helped us to the lounge once we landed and it was great to see a familiar face! Also recommend doing the photo shoot to remember your vacation forever. Photographer was great and the edited photos came out great. From the moment we started our vacation to the end, Park Hyatt was 10/10 the best! We had the best honeymoon thanks to all of the staff and we are looking forward to going back in the future! We will definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Our vacation here was just awesome! It was an amazing experience, staff was extremely friendly, food was good, breathtaking views, rooms were great. It was our best vacation and can’t wait to return. We stayed in both beach villa and over the water and we loved both, saw lots of fish while snorkeling, weather was perfect in Nov. I can keep going on about how much we enjoyed at this resort.

My husband and I came here for our 10yr Anniversary/my birthday and I cannot even begin to express how amazing this place is. The resort itself is beautiful. We stayed in a overwater villa and the snorkeling at the house reef was wonderful. There are tons of fish of different colors. We also saw an eel and about 7 sharks. They also have a house turtle named Ben. What makes this place wonderful isn’t the resort itself, but the staff. There is attention to detail in every aspect. They make sure the resort stays clean and beautiful. Most people don’t tend to notice the little things they do to make the place beautiful but I myself am a people watcher. The staff walk around with little scrub brushes and a spray bottle to wash off any fruit bat droppings (they are native in the Maldives, don’t worry they’re super cute and friendly. Think of them like seagulls). They cut the overgrown vines. They use a rake to make nice designs in the sand in the walkways. Everyone takes the time to remember the guests names and any allergies and you will be greeted by every staff member that walks past you. Our host was Shahum. He took care of everything we needed and even went above and beyond to bring me camomile lotion because we had to cancel our massages due to being sunburnt and oh man did it help more than my aloe Vera! Another staff member that really made our stay enjoyable was William. He is a wait staff member and chatted with us a lot during our stay. It was very nice to get to know him and learn about his back story and why he loves working for Park Hyatt so much. We are so pleased to have made a new friend. All in all, the hospitality of this place is more than we could have expected. Thank you everyone, for everything you’ve done for us to make our 10yr Anniversary so special. We cannot wait to come back and bring our son.

If you’re thinking of going to the Maldives, go here. The property is breathtaking and the staff was exquisite—they made all my vacation dreams come true. Above and beyond service from EVERYONE, but our host Shahum was just the best. Food and drinks are incredible. Go to the weekly Maldivian BBQ event, it is life changing. I really love how they incorporate Maldivian food and traditions. Marine life was rich and great for snorkeling—I felt like I was in an aquarium. I constantly dream of coming back to this place.

The service and attention to detail is exceptional. We visited for 13 night in the slow season (1st 2wks of June). We arrived at Malè international airport. Picked up our checked bags and located the gentleman with the Park Hyatt sign. From that point on we had nothing else to worry about. Ali got us and our bags checked in with the domestic airline for our short flight to Koodooho (sp?) airport. Then a boat ride to the Hyatt. The weather and seas were a little rough but got on island safe and sound. A quick golf cart ride to out beach pool villa and relax clean up before evening drinks and dinner. We spent every early evening lounging at the bar playing games and watching the fruit bats float by on the cooling ocean breezes. I cannot say enough about the staffs attentiveness. Our every need was taken care of. The food and drinks are outstanding with a wide variety of options. Though their menus show gluten in most dishes with nearly everything is prepared at order, all you need do is let them know and they will let you know which items can and cannot be done as a gluten free dish. We had a couples massage when we arrived and again the day of our departure. Excellent way to relax. Our Scuba Diving was excellent. We did the house reef orientation dive and then 3 sets of 2 tank boat dives. The dive staff were professional and very easy to work with. By far one of the most worry free vacations I’ve experienced. Well worth every Point and penny…!

Оздоблення вілл сучасне , та має все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Навколо острова чудовий місцевий риф. Окремо хочу сказати про їжу в готелі. Це рай для гурмана) в меню є європейські, азійські та місцеві блюда в гарному виконанні. Велика та різноманітна винна карта. Ідеальне місце для відпочинку.

The resort is sooo beautiful, the staff are very friendly and the food is amazing. They have some good vegetarian options on the menu and are willing to make a custom order for guests. The water is so clear. You can even see the fish and the coral from above. There are a lot of fish in the water, very good for snorkeling. We were able to see the reef sharks so many times and Ben (the only sea turtle on the island). Definitely one of my most favorite trips ever.

There was so much innovations. We could eat there forever. I had the best ceviche in my life there. Breakfasts are also on point. Highly recommend local inspiration coffee. I had my first scuba diving experience experience there and OMG! Mind blowing! Alex and Thomas were our instructors. They were very professional yet fun. What else can I ask for on a vacation in the most beautiful island. Spa was also on point. Staff were very nice, helpful and welcoming. I hope they can get a seaplane that getting to the island becomes easier. We would definitely go back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Park Hyatt hotel in the Maldives, and I must say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning natural beauty of the islands and the warm hospitality of the staff. The Park Hyatt in Maldives itself was a true oasis of luxury and comfort. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with all the amenities I could have wanted, including a comfortable bed, a large TV, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The private balcony offered breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and pristine beaches, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel offered a wide range of delicious cuisine, from traditional Maldivian dishes to international favorites. Every meal was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, and I was impressed by the quality and variety of the offerings. Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, das jedem, der TOP-Service, wunderbares Essen und super freundliche Mitarbeiter sucht, nur zu empfehlen ist. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und haben unsere 10 Tage auf der Insel mehr als genossen. Auch wenn diese nicht allzu groß ist, beeindruckt sie mit wunderbaren Palmen, Kokosnüssen, Fledermäusen und einem Strand, wie aus einer Postkarte. Und auch wenn das Wetter ungewöhnlich verregnet war, konnten wir alles in vollen Zügen genießen und wurden bestmöglich betreut. Einfach nur hervorragend! Wir kommen wieder! :-)

My wife and I stay here for 6 nights. We had a wonderful time and great experience with the island. However, there’s definitely plenty of room for improvement and better guest experience. The most significant will be the breakfast menu. Normally I would be content with the breakfast but I’ve been to three other property in Maldives. This includes, Alila Kothaifaru, St Regis Maldives and Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa. I would rank Park Hyatt Hadahaa breakfast least amongst all the property mentioned above. The selections are very limited and variable are lacking. My recommendation is have one of the higher management visit one of the other Maldives property to learn good practices. Improving the food selections will greatly improve overall guest experience. I observe that the servers in the dining room and bars are working extremely hard. The following personnel deserve accolades for their hard work and dedication to guest experience. Starting with Suneli. She’s extremely hard worker and ensure that we were attended every single breakfast and dinner. She’s an outstanding team member in the food and beverages department. Saangita from the bar definitely made our bar experience extremely enjoyable. She constantly check on us if we needed anything and filled our glass with water. While we’re in the beach seating in Cabana she’s constantly making her rounds and bringing us water and towel. That’s outstanding throughput from her. I would hire her if I own a business. Asad is another server that went above in beyond during our stay. He was very friendly and polite. We had a good experience with Satheesan on one of our breakfast. Not once I observe him stop making his rounds during breakfast. Ryan and Elise music was very soothing to our experience everyday we hang out in the bar. During new years celebration their performances definitely made the gala a one of kind. I applaud both for their talent. One person that definitely deserve a recognition is Rony. Every single day our room was neatly cleaned and refreshed. Twice a day he ensured that our water was replenished. Our room was always tidy and clean. He is an unsung hero in Park Hyatt Hadahaa. It’s a great feeling going back to our room everyday because of Rony. Please extend our appreciation to him. Please never change the airport team. Ali and Hasan both made positive impression to me and my wife. What a great first impression and last experience of Park Hyatt Hadahaa because of both gentlemen. Rashid from the beach caretaker are helpful navigating our way around the island of our first few days. He help us find our way to the gym on our first day. Of course I would like to thank our host Akram. He is there when needed and happily answers any questions we have. Finally, I would like to comment that Park Hyatt Hadahaa is one of the few luxury properties that we didn’t interact with the general manager. Completely day and night experience from Thomas Weber in Alila. I guess we were just spoiled Globalist coming from Alila. I met so many returning guest from Alila due to Thomas Weber interaction with their guest. It’s completely opposite from what I told by other fellow guest. None of the guest I met will ever return to this property again. Sad because we really like the island. Probably the best island we stayed at in Maldives. Higher management needs to make few adjustments to improve the overall experience. Nonetheless, my wife and I still had a great time in the island due to the the names mentioned about. We greatly appreciate them.

In terms of location, service culture, and room quality you cannot find something better than this! We stayed for 10 days which is a perfect window. For anyone loving water related activities such as snorkelling, diving, etc this is in particular a great choice. The service was just out of this world and super authentic!

My wife and I spent 5 nights in an overwater villa. We delighted in the soft white sands and gentle waters. The views offered by the island (beaches, sunrises/sunsets, stars, etc.) are wonderful. We went snorkeling both from our villa and using the jetties and it was like swimming through an aquarium with a wide variety of corals, fish, turtles, and more. The dining experience was incredible, breakfast through dinner. We enjoyed every meal, the beach bbq, and the treats left in the villa for us. The resort (our villa, the restaurants, pools, beaches, etc.) felt spacious, comfortable, and clean. In fact, it frequently felt like we were alone in this island paradise. We took advantage of some excursions in which we learned about how the islands are formed, saw dolphins, walked a sand bar out in the middle of the atoll, swam with turtles, snorkeled islands at different stages of creation, visited a local island, and went stargazing. Everything was wonderful but the staff truly made the experience. Everyone was warm and welcoming, attentive and accommodating. The experience felt truly generous and we are grateful to have shared even a few days in this place with these people.

Our stay was amazing especially with the restaurant/bar staff serving well. Kartikeya, the restaurant manager was the star making our food experience as the best we have ever had at any resort. He went above and beyond asking us our preferences for specific food we would like and Atul (sou chef) and Dipesh helped prepare and interacted with us regularly. Our host Shamin was nice and very helpful in arranging everything we asked for including surprises for my family. Check in and check out experience was beyond what we had imagined. It takes about 1 hour of flight and 30 mins of boat ride (totalling 4 hours after landing in male) to reach the resort but the experience in itself makes it worth it. Absolutely best water activity experience with Wally at diving center. He was friendly and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Resort manager and the receiving staff including Gautam and Monika gave us the best reception we have ever experienced in our life. Having been to Hyatt resorts worldwide including Hawaii, California, Mexico and other countries, I can say this was the best customer service experience I have witnessed. All the support staff was very kind, humble, friendly and respectful.

We chose to stay at the Park Hyatt, Hadahaa to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This was after much contemplation as the Maldives has so many resorts and is hard to decide, but Pranitathe reservations manager was great to deal with and offered us a good deal and was patient and very professional, so thank you Pranita. I am so glad we chose the Park Hyatt and would recommend it without hesitation for those who want the experience of a quiet eco friendly island, with a wonderful reef , great food, accommodation and 5 star staff. It is fairly far from Male and one needs to take an internal domestic flight to Koodoo and then a 30 minute speed boat ride, however once you are there it is a little slice of heaven on earth and the staff and small island gives you the feel of being on a private island with no pretence. It is a peaceful island, no loud music and only 50 odd villas so it always felt very private and personal. From being picked up at Male international airport till we left to come back home the service was excellent and it makes you feel that you have a customised trip. We stayed in an overwater villa and a beach villa during our stay and the rooms are spacious, have comfortable beds and the beach villas had a fantastic outside shower area as well and a few steps to the beach. The house reef around the resort was what first attracted us to Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. You can snorkel from the lagoon blue waters to the house reef in little to no time. The coral is very well preserved around the reef and reef sharks and parrot fish abound as do snappers, nemos and a house turtle. We saw loads of wonderful coral mostly the hard variety. The reef is also accessible from the water villas and the jetty. The resort had 3 restaurants and another Japanese one open a couple of days a week. The food at all the restaurants is incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed the feast of the beach BBQ with so much seafood, and also the local specialities. We snorkelled and did a turtle expedition that did not disappoint. The spa is incredible as well though quite expensive. The Director of Operations, Marouf was very kind to introduce us to the discovery Scuba and managed to get a local diver to fit us in despite it being so busy. But what really made our stay were all the incredible staff from our Host Shahum who was so attentive and who did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. The Food and Beverage manager, Kartikeya was very friendly and ensured we had the best dinner to celebrate our anniversary with exquisite food and took any feedback seriously. He always said hello as did all the staff, who seem like a big happy family. The incredible bartender Shubankar to Rusi, Sangeeta who mixed incredible cocktails and smoothies to pouring chilled glasses of Taittinger. Dipesh and Tsetsiola who were so friendly and ensured our breakfast and dinner at The Dining room was tailored to what we liked. Yes the Maldives is incredible from the blue ocean, to the marine life and white sandy beaches but the Park Hyatt made it even more special in being a small luxury experience with wonderful staff. We have taken back beautiful memories that will stay with us for a lifetime.

The Park Hyatt was truly an amazing resort and we are so glad we chose this resort for our honeymoon at the Maldives. It was a 10/10 experience! Everyone was so kind and attentive and made our experience so special. Half of our stay was at the beach pool villa and then half at the overwater sunset pool villa. Both were great experiences that were very different and special. The beach villa was nice because it felt secluded and we woke up to beautiful beach views and walked along the beach watching the sunrise. We loved walking down the nature-filled path every morning around the island. The gym had the essentials with cool scented towels to cool off. We did Sunrise Yoga twice during our stay and really enjoyed it. The yoga instructor Linto was great. The overwater sunset pool villa was truly magical with amazing views. The pool is definitely a plus to plunge and cool off during the day and we also used the pool at night to view the stars. Snorkeling was the best we have ever experienced with beautiful reefs and so many colorful fish. We saw lots of sharks, Ben the resident turtle, and Nemo! All of our meals at Park Hyatt were top notch and the food and beverage team was excellent! Kartikeya, the food and beverage manager, was always present during all of our meals and always stopped by to say hi and check on us. You could tell that there are very high standards at this resort. Definitely the best food we have had at a resort and service was amazing! We looked forward to breakfast every morning and enjoyed the coffee, all of the dishes we tried, buffet, fruit, and pastries. There were new items everyday and everything was tasty. The service at breakfast was also great! We loved seeing Suneli and Tsiosela every morning who were always smiling and attentive. We also got to try local dishes like mas huni during breakfast. We liked it so much that when Shahum told us about the cooking class that was offered with Chef Milan, we signed up. On my birthday, they made me feel special with a fruit tower and mimosas! They even brought a delicious cake and prosecco to the room! We enjoyed all of our dinners- Koi was amazing! High quality dishes and we enjoyed everything- wagyu carpaccio, scallop, salmon, hamachi sashimi, eel, flamed salmon nigiri, yuzu panna cotta The chef was so passionate about the dishes and let us know about the garden where they grow all of their fresh greens for their dishes. Farish was very kind and attentive for our dinner here and the night before at the main dining room. Island Grill- the tomahawk steak was very delicious (from Tasmania) with chimichurri (made from their garden) - Adam and Hamzan were great. Hamzan is relatively new on the island and he is so hardworking. The Treehouse- very unique experience in a treehouse with a great view of the sunset- all of the plant-based dishes were tasty and inventive. Krishna was our server and he was great! Very passionate about life and we had a great chat The Bar- we had drinks here every evening with our favorite bartenders Sangita and Rusiru- they make amazing drinks and are so kind and hardworking! We loved seeing their friendly faces everyday at the bar. The Globalist cocktail and spicy margarita - yum! We want to make sure we don't forget to thank everyone we encountered during our stay who made it so special: Shahum - from the moment that we got on the island, he was so great. He was our host for our stay was so helpful, so attentive, so kind and made sure our stay was perfect. He told us about all of the available activities that he knew we would enjoy. Beybe - when we stumbled upon the garden, we were so lucky to meet Beybe who has been on the island for over 10 years and is so passionate about everything that he grows on the island. He gave us a personal tour of his garden. Subhaukar - he was our room attendant/housekeeping and was great! Had a lot of attention to detail with cleaning our room. Tatty - the first and last Park Hyatt employee that we encountered! He greeted us when we arrived at the airport and greeted us when we arrived back after our stay. He helped us to the lounge once we landed and it was great to see a familiar face! Also recommend doing the photo shoot to remember your vacation forever. Photographer was great and the edited photos came out great. From the moment we started our vacation to the end, Park Hyatt was 10/10 the best! We had the best honeymoon thanks to all of the staff and we are looking forward to going back in the future! We will definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Park Hyatt is quite remote and a challenge to get to - It’s a fairly small resort compared to other big names in the Maldives. Its located in one of the most untouched atolls in the Maldives, which means the underwater life is fabulous. Needless to say Park Hyatt has an amazing reef. Having been to the Maldives a few times, I must say this has been one of our favorite resorts and we cant wait to be back here again. What made this holiday stand out was definitely the staff at the resort. Special mention to Kartikeya, who made sure we had the best time during our stay. He accommodated all our requests and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. He provided us exceptional service, exceeding our expectations as compared to other luxury hotels we have stayed at in the past. Park Hyatt is very lucky to have him on board. The F&B team was definitely a stand-out during our trip as they single-handedly made this one of our favorite resorts in the Maldives. I had the honor and privilege to spend two weeks, and found that was the perfect amount of time to get to know the island rhythms. 13 of my 14 nights were at Beach Front entry level Villa 16, which is situated on a pretty much private beach facing the sunrise. If you are an early morning person, this is the villa for you. My last night I stayed in an overwater sunset pool villa. It was exactly as you would imagine, special beyond words and well worth having the experience even for one evening. At the Park Hyatt, there are four individuals in particular whom you absolutely should meet if you decide to treat yourself to a stay in this paradise. The first person to mention is Kartikeya, responsible for overseeing the food and beverage services. Despite having specific dietary requirements, he effortlessly accommodated all of my requests and cared for my nourishment as if I were part of his own family. His unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service day after day is unparalleled, surpassing any other luxury hotels I've experienced throughout my lifetime. His meticulous attention to detail and his determination to ensure I had everything I desired were truly remarkable. The food he served was not only delicious but also health-conscious, offering options to satisfy even the most discerning palate. The second is Dr. Arun, the Ayurvedic doctor. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with him upon arrival so he can make a plan for your spa treatments. The wellness therapies of this caliber rank among the finest available globally, and Dr. Arun will tailor them to your specific constitution and needs. He possesses a compassionate and nurturing spirit. Every interaction with him was a precious gift. The third person you absolutely must meet is Linto. With over two decades of experience, he consistently delivered spa treatments that left me feeling light, relaxed, rejuvenated, and completely renewed. Every evening after his sessions, I slept like a baby. Linto's humble and healing touch is a profound gift to anyone lucky enough to experience a session with him. Embracing the opportunity to enjoy multiple spa treatments with Linto will undoubtedly leave you grateful for the incredible experiences you'll have. The fourth individual I regrettably didn't get to meet in person, but who was an absolute delight to collaborate with, is Pranita. As the reservations manager, she oversees the entire planning phase of the trip, including all reservations. Pranita embodies patience, kindness, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to making your dream trip as effortless as can be. In the realm of housekeeping, Aajay consistently maintained my room in impeccable condition, ensuring it was always pristine without ever being intrusive. Adam, from the dining team, was consistently thoughtful and kind, as was Mahbub. A few tips: Remember to let the hotel know if you have any special request way ahead of time, as the remote location makes it challenging to get anything last minute. Snorkel every day. There is so much to discover in the underwater world. Walk around the exterior of the island during low tide. Wake up and start the day with the majestic sunrise. Go on the turtle quest and the dolphin excursions. It is well worth seeing these magnificent beings in their natural habitat with experienced guides.

Kartikeya, Adam und Fabi haben dafür gesorgt, dass uns jeder Wunsch von erfüllt wurde und haben die Reise zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wer hier Urlaub macht, kann sich darauf verlassen, einen traumhaften Aufenthalt auf den Malediven zu haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Where do I begin?! What an incredible property with exquisite service and the most pristine location. We have visited Maldives before and the house reef alone is worth the extra effort to get to the Park Hyatt. The snorkeling was amazing! Swimming with reef sharks was a highlight. The service is perfection with wonderful attention to detail. We felt so well taken care of for the entirety of our trip. We had stayed in an overwater villa before (at a different resort) and opted for a beach villa this time. We were thrilled with our accommodations with a beautiful pool and steps away from our secluded area on the beach. The property is much smaller than many Maldivian resort options (52 rooms) and it made for a more intimate experience. Our host, Shahum made sure everything during our stay was taken care of (dinner reservations, massage, etc). Azzam took excellent care of our room everyday. We highly recommend getting a massage (I got a prenatal with Amenla and my husband got a Balinese with Putri). We were so relaxed and wished we had time for another! Santosh gave us a wonderful Maldivian cooking class with the most delicious tuna curry. He found out how much we liked spice and made sure our breakfasts were extra spicy for us the rest of our trip! We opted for the complimentary photography session and thanks to Munam, we ended up loving many of the photos so purchased a package. Great memory from our trip! Sangita at the pool bar greeted us with the kindest smile everyday and even made us special drinks. Rusuri, Farish, Suneli and Adam also made our stay extra memorable. Thanks to all the staff, we felt constantly cared for and pampered. Book your trip to Park Hyatt Maldives for an unforgettable trip!

现在的PH真的是非常不值，大家可以选择其他的品牌酒店： 本人7月份在马尔代夫柏悦亲自体验，酒店服务差，餐厅卫生条件差，员工信誉差，有歧视行为。 1：入岛当天因为飞机延误上岛已经是晚上，管家拿走护照办理入住表示第二天归还，但是第二天并没有归还。还写信息表示因为第二天早上我们没有去吃早餐所以没有归还。直到第三天在餐厅看到我们在吃早餐才归还护照~ 还护照并不取决于我们是否去了餐厅。管家信誉实在不行~ 2：餐厅一堆苍蝇且非常多，需要一边吃饭一边驱赶苍蝇~服务员看不下去了只好烟熏，人有熏晕了，饭都吃不下了，苍蝇任然傲娇~ 3：顾名思义是管家服务，从上入住到离开就见过管家3次面，换房间连洗漱用品都没备齐~ 4：退房时用了酒店的帆布袋装行李，管家看到表示酒店的帆布袋不可以上飞机，还歧视性的表示可以去别的酒店拿别的酒店的袋子~ 5：从码头到机场原本是车接车送，结果员工说忘记带钥匙让我们走过去，半路上一个酒店的其他洋人客户就坐车经过~

Pros: Every staff member was incredibly friendly. The island is truly beautiful, with stunning beaches. The room design and style were impressive. Cons: I am writing to share my feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. While there were certainly positive aspects to my experience, there were several significant shortcomings that need to be addressed. One of the major issues was the housekeeping service. The hotel advertises twice-daily cleanings, once in the morning and around 6 PM in the afternoon. While I understand the rationale, the timing was consistently inconvenient. Cleanings often occurred between 1-2 PM, right in the middle of the designated rest period, and frequently after 9 PM, severely impacting my ability to relax. Additionally, despite the daily cleanings, there was a persistent issue with sand on the bathroom floor that was not adequately addressed. Furthermore, we had communicated well in advance with the hotel regarding our anniversary celebration. The hotel responded affirmatively, promising assistance with decorations and other arrangements, including beachside dining. We also signed up for activities on the day of our arrival. However, upon our arrival, we were placed in the most basic room category and received no special arrangements or activities throughout our stay. This significantly diminished our overall experience. Despite the fact that more upscale room categories were available during our stay, I repeatedly expressed willingness to pay the difference for an upgrade. Regrettably, my requests were consistently met with apologies and refusals from my assigned contact. Although the promise was made to potentially upgrade to a more luxurious room on the final day of our stay, no further communication or explanation was provided, and there was no follow-up on this matter. I understand that during peak occupancy, room assignments can be challenging. However, I am perplexed as to why available rooms were not offered to guests willing to upgrade. Furthermore, none of the promised arrangements were fulfilled. In conclusion, while the friendliness of the staff and the natural beauty of the island were commendable, the aforementioned issues significantly impacted my overall stay. I hope that these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests.

I don’t generally do reviews due to my own laziness, but I’m feeling compelled to do one thanks to what my family has experienced, especially on such short notice. I will keep my review short and on the point for everyone’s benefit: 1. The hotel is located down south of Male, so it would require a one-hour domestic flight + a half-hour speedboat to get there from Male. My family and I literally decided to go to Park Hyatt in the afternoon, but to my surprise, the hotel staff made the proper arrangement to get us all booked and transferred to Park Hyatt smoothly in such a short notice 2. The hotel is located in the middle of the atoll, well preserved with pristine white sand beach, turquoise water, and lots of reefs closely surrounding the island, which we can easily snorkel to 3. Our overwater villa was very tastily decorated, clean, modern and located right over a mix of sandy bed and reefs, with lots of fish and corals nearby 4. We saw some interesting sea creatures, including reef shark, Jack fish, lots of reef fish, giant clams, and different types of corals 5. Staffs are amazing. We were treated with respect and kindness everywhere we went and everyone remembers my daughter, which made her very happy 6. Excursion prices are quite reasonable compared to other islands we stayed, definitely not overpriced even it’s a Park Hyatt 7. The only thing that I hope to add is that they can build a small kids club area 8. A reminder, for anyone traveling during the raining season, do check the satellite view of the clouds!!!

Nach Aug. 2019 (26 Nächte) besuchten wir im Aug. 2023 das 2. Mal Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa für 19 Nächte. Es war unser 22. Maledivenurlaub seit 1987. Die Begrüßung und Organisation am Flughafen war perfekt. Nach ca. 30 Minuten Wartezeit in der Lounge ging es mit dem Inlandsflug zum kleine Airport Maavarulu (2020 eröffnet), dann weiter mit einer ruhigen Speedbootfahrt nach Park Hyatt. Dort wurden wir als Repeater herzlich von Gästebetreuerin Fabiola und Team begrüßt. Hausriff: Das Hausriff ist noch schöner als 2019 und eines der Besten auf den Malediven. Der Fischreichtum ist enorm und wir schnorchelten mit Schildkröten, Haien, Adlerrochen und vielen Rifffischen. Es gibt sehr viel Anemonen mit ihren Anemonenfischen und wunderbare Korallen. Besonders schön ist das Riff direkt vor unserer Wasservilla Nr. 43. Dort kann man entweder nach links zum Versorgungssteg oder nach rechts entlang der Villen zum Hauptsteg schnorcheln. Es gibt immer viel zu entdecken😊. Strand: Der Strand auf der Sunsetseite mit der großen Sandzunge ist ein Traum und meistens menschenleer. Täglich wird der Strand gesäubert. Leider wird der angeschwemmte Plastikmüll immer mehr. Die Insel zu fuß zu umrunden ist immer ein wunderbarer Spaziergang und dauert nur ca. 20 Minuten. Restaurants: In den Restaurants waren wir mit der Qualität des Essens und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten Halbpension + gebucht, was für uns ausreichend war. Ohne Halbpension wäre das Abendessen sehr teuer gewesen. Sehr gerne waren wir im Island Grill – ein kleines feines Restaurant mit Sandboden und sehr gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Das Treehouse und das Koi haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Alle Kellner waren immer sehr motiviert und der Service in den Restaurants war vorbildlich. Den jetzigen Restaurantchef „Speedy“ kannten wir noch von 2019. Ein ganz fleißiger, aufmerksamer und schneller Chef, der seine Arbeit mit viel Motivation ausführt. Wie haben uns sehr über das Wiedersehen gefreut 😊. An zwei Tage war Regenwetter und als „Aufheller“ bekamen alle Gäste heiße Schokolade… aufs Zimmer geliefert. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über einen sehr leckeren „Repeaterkuchen“ und viele frische Kokosnüsse. Immer wieder eine schöne Überraschung. Auch jeden Abend gibt es noch was Süßes aufs Zimmer. Einmal wurden wir zum Private Dinner in die Residenz eingeladen. Das ist die größte Villa ganz vorne am Steg. Alles ist sehr luxuriös und eigentlich viel zu groß! Hier kommt kein echter Maledivenflair auf! Es war eine schöne Abwechslung, für die wir uns natürlich bedankten. Leider hat es kurz geregnet und der Außenbereich war komplett nass. So mussten wir drinnen im klimatisierten großen Wohnraum speisen. Wir bevorzugen das Essen am Strand unter Palmen am Meer… Villen: Wir waren in einer Sunset Water Villa ohne Pool (43). Das Feeling auf einer Wasservilla ist einfach ein Traum. Die Terrasse ist direkt über dem Hausriff und da gibt es immer etwas zu entdecken. Fischschwärme, die gerade gejagt werden, Adlerrochen, die vorbeiziehen, Weiß- und Schwarzspitzenriffhaie ... Entspannt ist hier auch der Einstieg zum Schnorcheln und es war auch möglich an der Wasservilla zu schwimmen. Ebenso sind die Sonnenuntergänge und der nächtliche Sternenhimmel von der Terrasse aus gesehen ein unbeschreibliches Erlebnis. SPA-Bereich: Der SPA-Bereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Wir hatten keine Anwendungen, sind aber oft in dem öffentlich zugänglichen SPA-Pool gewesen. Dieser ist wunderschön in einem Palmengarten mit Blumen gelegen. Ich schwamm dort jeden Tag schon vor dem Frühstück meine Bahnen ganz allein. Auch ein Whirlpool ist in dem SPA-Pool integriert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es wird immer sofort Wasser zum Trinken gereicht. Bar und Poolbereich: Auch der Service in der Bar ist super. Vielen Dank liebe Barkeeperin Magita 😊. Am besten schmeckte uns der Ginger Island. Dank Magitas Rezept gibt es den nun auch zu Hause! Unser Sohn bestellte auch öfter eine Kleinigkeit am Nachmittag zum Essen. Besonders lecker schmeckte die Pizza und der Burger. In diesem Jahr freuten wir uns über die HP+. Dieses Plus beinhaltete ALLE nicht alkoholischen Getränke wie z.B. auch Milchshakes, Cocktails…in der Bar und in den Restaurants. Ein super Angebot und bester Service. Housekeeping: Unser junger „Housekeepingman“ Azzam machte einen super Job. Alles war stets sehr sauber und sehr ordentlich. Vielen lieben Dank Azzam 😊 Wassersport: Unser Sohn war eine Stunde mit dem Unterwasserbob (iAQUA) einmal um die Insel unterwegs. Ansonsten haben wir die Tauschule nicht besucht. Abschied: Um 5.00 Uhr früh mussten wir Good bye sagen und ein Teil des Personals stand in der Dunkelheit zum Winken am Steg. Nach einer ruhigen Speedbootfahrt nach Koodhoo und einem Zwischentop mit dem Indlandsflieger in Kadhdhoo, kamen wir sehr früh in Hulule an. Die Wartezeit durften wir in der Lounge verbringen. Auch dort war der Service wieder perfekt organisiert. Herzlichen Dank: Bedanken wollen wir uns bei ALLEN vom Personal, die uns so gut bedient haben und so freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit waren. Ganz besonders bei den Kellnern Adam (lernten wir auf Emerald 2022 kennen und freuten uns sehr Adam hier wieder zu treffen), Nazeeh, dem jungen Hamzaan – Cocco, Azzam, Magita, Fabiola, Monica, Speedy, Dikshant und ALLEN, deren Namen wir jetzt gerade nicht wissen. Ihr macht einen hervorragenden Service. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub auf dieser wunderschönen, ruhigen Insel. Alle vom Team sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Visiting the Maldives was a bucket list item for my friend and I, and I am so happy we decided to stay at the Park Hyatt. Everyone was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, the rooms were beautiful and the villas feel very private. We went on a stargazing tour and the equator experience, both of which were wonderful and so much fun! We were met at the airport in Male and walked through every step until we reached the Park Hyatt. If you are visiting the Maldvies, I would reccommend staying at the Park Hyatt.

I emailed the Resort months before my check-in to ask for the availability of some specific F&B products. The Resort confirmed the availability of most of them. Upon arrival, some of the products whose availability had been confirmed were actually not available. This was of course disappointing, but it was even more disappointing that the Resort informed me, through the butler, that if I really wanted those products to be sourced, I had to pay an extra. This was not acceptable as a matter of principle, as if that was really the case, I should have been informed beforehand. The reservation office had instead just confirmed the availability of the products without mentioning any need to pay an extra. The holiday which was originally planned for 14 nights started therefore on a very frustrating base, as the Resort clearly showed a lack of honesty and transparency in this respect. If this was not enough, my Villa # 9 (a 2 bedroom Beach Villa) was not clean, it was noisy and literally full of animals. One night, there was even a big spider in the bathroom (I sent of video of that to the Butler). Nevertheless, no effort was done by the management to sort out the situation. Out of complete frustration, I decided to check-out after 6 nights. I had spoken about this to the Director of Operations, Mr. Maruf Billah, and he assured me if I decided to leave I'd be refunded the remaining nights. This turned out to be false, as when I confirmed my decision to leave, the Resort informed me they would recalculate the nightly rate and even apply extra charges that were not initially envisaged (such as an extra charge for the Half Board package, that was incorporated in the offer I initially received from the Resort). The Resort argued I received a discount based on a planned stay of 14 nights, but never was I informed about this discount and its amount. So when the management promised to refund the remaining nights, I assumed this would be done at the same conditions of my booking, not by recalculating the nightly rate and the extra charges in a way that I could not possibly be aware of nor control in any case. In short, the management violated basic principles of good faith, as it promised to refund me but did so on very different and totally arbitrary conditions without informing me properly. No other comment, as when it comes to the lack of honest behaviour, any other consideration becomes of secondary importance.

My husband and I had the privilege of traveling to the Maldives and stay at the Park Hyatt. We had the best customer service from start to finish. The hotel arranges for someone to greet you once you arrive at Male airport and help assist you with your final flight and boat ride to the island. They will also send another representative to meet you at Male airport to assist with luggage and checking in for departing flight. This makes a HUGE difference. The resort is beautiful, quiet, and so relaxing! We absolutely recommend eating at Koi. We are there twice during our stay and loved it!

Первый раз были в Park Hyatt. Нам было 5 человек. Почти все взрослые. Добрались хорошо, хотя и утомительно из-за длительного перелёта. Еда отличная, номер большой, в нём есть всё необходимое. Риф красивый, но рыб мало. Акулы маленькие, осьминогов и мурен не видели ни одного. В целом понравилось.

Atollo stupendo e incontaminato, reef a 5 mt dalla stanza spettacolare con tantissima varietà' di pesci, corallo integro ..le vere Maldive, tutto accompagnato dalla eccellente cucina Gourmet dello Chef Atul Bishit , dal servizio del personale fantastico , agli addetti alla reception disponibili che hanno risposto a tutte le nostre richieste. Privacy e vero lusso! Ci torneremo!

Consigliatissimo per chi volesse realmente staccare la spina. Impossibile trovare difetti, ne vale davvero la pena!! L'isola è circondata da un Reef stupendo: un acquario. Grande professionalità da parte di TUTTO il personale. Camere pulitissime e qualità del cibo alta. Un paradiso dove vivere un'esperienza mozzafiato!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Aug at the Park Hyatt Maldives and it was our first time in the Maldives. Our main goal was to do a lot of snorkeling and diving - unfortunately we did get sick during our trip so we ended up resting in our villas more than we wanted. Our hostess Fabiola was very helpful during this time - offering and getting us ginger honey tea and even offering a free doctor's visit if needed. Fabiola was also able to coordinate moving from a beach pool villa to overwater villa for 2 nights just so we could get that experience even though the resort was very full. I am a Hyatt Globalist so I really appreciated the upgrade to both the beach pool villa and overwater villa. The free breakfast was great - buffet and 2 entrees each morning was plenty. The globalist happy hour with canapé and a free drink was a great way to wind down the way. Sangita made us her Fruity Delight drinks (tropical smoothie) and we were surprised by how good the canapés were! The Blue Journeys dive shop with Aleksander and Ruben were very friendly and helpful with scheduling/re-scheduling dives due to our illness. They were very flexible and I felt safe during the diving. I couldn't do one of the 2nd boat dives and they were fine with just taking my husband and not charging me for it since I didn't do the dive. I would definitely recommend the Park Hyatt Maldives !

Well worth the journey to get here. Being on a remote atoll, the reef and wildlife were amazing. Literally dolphins swimming past your over water villa and sea turtles feeding directly in the reef at your feet. Everyday was like a dream, and the staff are incredibly attentive. The grounds were well kept, the beaches raked each morning. It seems like it takes a lot too keep this place running, but they do an amazing job.

I’ll start with the cons first: 1. Location is far so transport is slightly inconvenient. Another 1.5h plane ride from male + 0.5h boat ride. Expect to waste half a day traveling from Male alone. We left our male hotel at 9.30am and only arrived at the hotel at 4pm. 2. Room blinds are wooden boards that were chipping off. This made sliding them a challenge. Pros: 1. Reef was diverse and beautiful. Because the resort’s location is pretty far, the reef and corals are still in pristine condition. A quick snorkel around the jetty and we saw sharks and eagle rays. 2. Service was exception. Everyone there was helpful and welcoming. Massive shoutout to Kelly who was our butler. She speaks 4 languages fluently (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay) and made the entire experience personable. Would highly recommend visitors to request for her. Wait staff were also very helpful in general. Hamzan was not only willing to help us take pictures but even suggested ideas for our pictures. Rifuath from the dive centre is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the waters, making the entire water activity relaxing and stress-free.

물을 좋아한다면 꼭 워터풀빌라에서 묵고 하루정도는 파크빌라나 파크 풀빌라에서 투숙해보길 추천한다. 워터풀빌라 이용 시 스노클링 접근성이 매우 좋고 그냥 밖만 바라봐도 좋다. 파크 빌라는 워터빌라와는 다른 매력이 있다 특히 야외 샤워시설과 워터빌라보다 상대적으로 시원하다는게 장점이겟다

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa This is my first time traveling aboard to Maldives. I feel so excited to try a new experience. First of all “Thatty” airport representative with a big smile, friendly and charming make us feel so special impression then we moved to the speed boat to an island with tropical welcome drink and cookies in lovely eco packaging. Second, we receive a warm welcome greeting from “Shamin” and his team after that, he escorts us to our room about the brief hotel, rooms, and facilities guidance and his expertise kudos. During our stay “Maria” is our lovely butler, whatever we need she tries to make it her best and fast “Althea” our charming fantastic waitress every dish that she recommends comes from her heart & experience also well described “Adam” a kind waiter who I bump into willing to take me from the walkway to my room “Shahulaan” and his team both arrival and departure perform above our expectations take care of our suite cases, ask us about seasickness Last, thank you to all of Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa team to make my birthday is memorable experience more special for me.

You'll feel as if the entire island belonged to you. Incredible snorkeling and fishing. Make sure you bring an underwater camera. The staff will make you feel at home. Make sure you do a Blue Journey Adventure: We saw many turtles, a local Island and cought nice fish for dinner.

Fabulous experience. While access to the resort needs a local commercial flight and a boat ride, it is worth it. While the resort is over 10 years old, the maintenance is excellent and facilities are top notch. What makes the difference is the staff - their attitude is to give every guest personalised service. Our host Akram was attentive and accessible at all times. The F&B staff esp Nabeel, Satheesan are fantastic. The whole family was interested in diving and the dive centre is very professional and safety conscious. Alex, Joe, Rilwan are on top of everything and have many dive sites. They were patient, helpful and eager to give a great experience. The resort doctor is always available which was comforting to us as one of us did not feel very well on our last day there. 哈达哈在马代相对而言是一个小岛，酒店电瓶车绕一圈也不到一刻钟，但整体设计结构合理，处处显示出精致的心思，舒适低调却又不失奢华。周围的House Reef确实不愧为浮潜天堂，从水屋直接下去，水底下各种鱼和珊瑚丰富多彩。HalfBoard的两个餐厅，Main Dining和Island Grill整体水准都比较高，西式和亚洲风味都很出彩，早餐的各类Order也都很精致。房间的话水屋和沙屋面积都大得不行，设施虽然有一点老旧但完全不影响使用，也很oldschool的奢华。水屋的泳池view尤其精彩。整个5天4晚的假期确实令人非常享受，岛上各种活动也都比较丰富，包括健身房游泳池，免费的Yoga和Meditation，Diving Center的各类收费项目。早上在DuskJetti看日出，傍晚在DawnJetti看日落，夜晚在房间看银河，白天各种浮潜，真是神仙一般的日子。所有的crew都非常非常nice，从接机到送机各种安排都非常顺畅，每天的问候也都恰到好处。

This was our second trip to the Park Hyatt Maldives, having previously visited in 2017. I couldn’t have imagined that it could have been any better than back then, but it is measurably better. On this trip we had split our time between Hyatt’s Alila Villas Uluwatu in Bali and this property in the Maldives. Although they were both Alila properties at one point and the sleek and minimalist design is evident in both properties, that’s where the similarities end. The individualized attentive care, relaxed atmosphere, availability of a large number of activities, and direct access to the beach of each of the villas can’t be matched by the Bali property. There’s really no comparison. The restaurants and bar have a wider selection of different foods than in 2017, with two new restaurants added since our last trip. The bar has upgraded their drink menu selection and the bartenders take extra care to make the perfect cocktail. Although the resort is family friendly with a few guests bringing a child, it isn’t ruined by an over abundance of them. All of the guests on the island were very laid back. Even though the resort was at near-capacity, there was no overcrowding or drunken dopes like you might find at your typical large resort. The staff go out of their way to make everything perfect from the moment of arrival to departure. They take care of every minor detail. Upon arrival we were upgraded into the same villa with pool that we had been in in 2017 - because they retained the records and made the effort to research! In the room were two complimentary bottles of my favorite German heffenwisen beer. How did they know? Apparently from my online profile that I didn’t even know existed. As soon as I told them that my wife doesn’t drink beer, a complimentary bottle of champagne was delivered. They also noticed that my wife’s birthday was on the day after our departure and they arranged for a fantastic birthday cake and palm-leave birthday-wish design on the bedsheets two days before our departure. All of the staff recognized us and greeted us by name throughout the entire stay. The GM left personalized messages for us both upon our arrival and departure and all of the managers took the time to introduce themselves and ask about our stay every time we saw them. There’s a level of care and consideration here that I haven’t felt in any other resort throughout the world. We were even able to remain in our villa until just prior to departure at 6:30PM! Even though this resort is a solid 36-hour trip from/to the West Texas town of El Paso, it was worth the effort! We are already planning a return trip.

I had a fun time in PH Maldives. It's a nice hotel in a small natural island in Indian ocean that is a precious quality considering there are so many new hotels popping up with man made islands in Maldives. This is also personal preference and I could have better experience if the hotel had newer hard products for my liking. There was not much food choice option either for during my stay. However, I enjoyed overall experience in PH Maldives. The good news is that I heard PH Maldives were going to renovate the properties when I checked out from the hotel.

On my first trip to the Maldives, as a Hyatt Globalist, Park Hyatt Maldives was my top choice and it did not disappoint. The hotel provided excellent service throughout my stay. The variety of available food was extensive and provided good value for the price. Snorkeling was enjoyable, but it's important to protect your ears as mine got infected from the seawater, causing discomfort and pain during the rest of my trip. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet, with very few people, making it an extremely relaxing stay. Our Host, Mariia, was very responsible and met all of our requests. The restaurant staff were all very attentive, and the snorkeling guide, Mr. Ma(马仔）, provided me with a lot of knowledge about the Maldivian sea. Overall, I loved this Park Hyatt and would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely come back!

This was our second stay here and our 4th Maldives trip. (Prior trips were Park Hyatt in 2018, W in 2019, and Vakkaru in September 2020.) We stayed 9 nights this time, and it was the perfect length to relax with our almost-two-year-old, who just loved the beach, the pool, the glass-bottom kayaks, and the staff. Although our kid was shy about saying people's names to their faces, he still talks to us (a week later) about Akram (our host), Azzam (our housekeeper), Sangita (our wonderful bartender who delighted our kid with mango juice daily), and William (frequently our waiter, who would remember everything we liked and have it waiting for us). Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. (Special shoutout to Azzam who must have spent an hour to 90 minutes each day making our villa truly feel like home; it was the best housekeeping service I've ever had, and I stay in hotels enough to maintain both Hyatt Globalist and Marriott Ambassador status.) Shubhankar and Krishna at the bar were also excellent. The property is not known for being kid-friendly but they delivered plenty of beach toys and a crib, and (thanks to Fernando in F&B) they went out of their way to provide additional food for our kid at reasonable prices (in some cases zero and in other cases for the price of side items, etc.). Food generally was quite good once you figured out what you liked -- normally I'm not too into Indian food, but the chicken tikka pizza was out of this world, and the other Indian-ish dishes we tried were quite good, so on our last night we had the "Indian feast for two" and it was easily the best thing we ate there. The Japanese restaurant (Koi) was a close second (we ate there three times) -- the seared wagyu sushi with uni butter was a winner. The house reef is truly 360 degrees: I snorkeled around the island one day, taking nearly two hours to absorb all the beauty. There were sharks, corals, jellyfish, great diversity of tropical fish, and -- on the very last day -- a spotted eagle ray right in front of our villa. Amazing. Mari at the spa was fantastic and provided one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. And finally I must give a shout out to Ali, the airport representative who ushered us from the international terminal to the domestic terminal... unfortunately, as we were flying home, I lost my phone at the airport. It was turned over to lost and found, and Ali went out of his way to pick it up on my behalf promptly and coordinate with the hotel to have it returned to me by FedEx. Truly above-and-beyond service that kept a potential problem from becoming a disaster. Can't wait to return -- maybe with more family in tow to try out the new 3-bedroom residence one day.

The Park Hyatt Maldives is an exceptional destination. The resort is small so service is personal and exceptional. Our villa over the water was beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. We loved the snorkeling and swimming off of our deck. The food and beverage service is a highlight. This was our second visit and well worth the effort to get here!

Es war ein Traum. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Insel ist klein, aber wunderschön. Die Speisen waren mit Herzen serviert und haben alle lecker geschmeckt. Das Highlight war das Abendessen am Strand. Die Location war atemberaubend. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen und werde wiederkommen!!!

Our resort butler was Maria. She was very helpful and efficient in communicating and handling random chore. Really want to thank her for making our stay smooth. (Most staffs of resorts like this are very polite. But not all of them can always get things done timely and correctly ;) ) Food quality was pretty good in general. In my opinion, the curry, latte, and pastry are especially impressive. We snorkeled around the island and it was truly amazing. All the coral and creatures are just beautiful. I definitely would recommend people to do so. The hotel room is very "Park Hyatt". They maintained it very well, even though it's not exactly a new resort. The only complaints we have is, when we went to an island for lunch near Hadahaa during the Equator experience tour, we saw huge piles of garbage. That was quite annoying for us to enjoy the beautiful. I honestly don't understand that why people don't just take some of them each trip if they constantly go there. (to be fair, that's about the tour, people won't see that if they just stay on the resort island)

This resprt has a reputation for having one of the best house reefs in the Maldives, and this was definitely correct - I snorkeled 2x/day during my stay, and each time was really great; all kinds of colorful fish; sea turtles, sharks, eagle rays - and they have excursions available (for a fee) which offer such opportunities as a night snorkel, where I saw octopi and even a massive 'giant lobster.' Because it's a pretty small island (50-52 units), it felt both intimate and secluded and the service felt very personalized, including the food and drink - the executive chef is super invested to ensure everyone is happy and can eat according to their desires and even health challenges
