Our stay started on the 19th of November 2023 for 12 nights (all inclusive, deluxe beach bungalow). We were guests at the most beautiful place, we think it couldn´t be better somewhere else!
Immediately after arrival we experienced the most heartwarming welcome and we felt like home even in the first few days!
The room service and housekeeping was outstanding and especially the staff filled this wonderful place with so much love that we think this is the most wonderful place on earth! "The staff and persons on this island make it shine!" Everybody was so friendly all the time and starting at gardeners, housekeeping, chefs and waiters and ending at the front desk personnel, everybody was simply heartwarming and fabulous, we really felt like family!
About the food we simply can say “Anytime again!” and we still miss it! We may say that there´s something to find for everybody, everything is fresh and so delicious all the time, no matter if eating in the main restaurant, Café Mass or the Indian Restaurant Sufura. We cannot say that we had anytime something to eat that wasn´t delicious and outstanding! Also everybody from staff was really open in explaining the ingredients, the way of cooking or the sharpness of the food (also they really were honest if they thought it could be too hot to handle, especially the Indian specialties).
According to the room we wittingly decided against a water bungalow even before searching for booking and this really was the best decision ever! We definitely didn´t miss neither the additional restaurant nor everything else but we definitely would have missed the unbelievable white and wonderful beach directly in front of our door if we would have chosen the water bungalow! Our room felt like home with the first steps in, the housekeeping was outstanding! It was so clean all the time and everybody simply took care of us!
The “open sky shower“ was our favorite and so it came that we never used the inside shower :-P
Also noteworthy is the fact that we had fresh water in glass bottles all day through within in the room, the housekeeping filled them up at least twice a day! Also there´s nearly no plastic used on this island and that´s really a fabulous fact that we really appreciated!
Additionally to mention is that all the beach loungers were numbered with the proper room numbers so nobody was in the situation for reserving some of them or had no loungers in case of sleeping to long (that was especially good for “us” Germans :-P).
Overall our weather was great, we had a few rain showers but it was so warm it wasn’t really a bad thing to experience. Also they were umbrellas available in every room, we found that really thoughtful (since nobody thinks on bringing an umbrella to Maldives :-D)
The coral reef directly in front of the island is breathtaking, fishes in all colors, sizes and forms, turtles, sharks and stingrays directly within a few meters from the beach, it couldn’t be better anywhere else! Worth to mention is the main entrance rack in the afternoon (round about 9.30 pm). Here you can see lots of fishes, stingrays and sharks swimming in the light of the rack!

Wir waren von 19.11.23 bis 01.12.23 (all inclusive, deluxe beach bungalow) Gäste an diesem wunderbaren Ort, wo es wirklich nicht schöner sein konnte!
Wir wurden gleich nach Anreise herzlichst empfangen und haben uns schon nach wenigen Tagen wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Nicht nur, dass der Zimmerservice außerordentlich war, gerade das Personal machte mit seinem ganzen Herzblut diese Insel mit zum schönsten Ort der Welt!
Insgesamt kann man behaupten, dass "die Liebe dieser Menschen diesen Ort auch aus seinem Innersten strahlen lässt"! Jeder hatte ein gutes Wort, man wurde, angefangen über die Gärtner, das Housekeeping, die Köche und Kellner bis zu den Servicemitarbeiten an der Information immer herzlichst begrüßt, man fühlte sich wirklich rundherum wohl und wunderbar aufgehoben, Wünsche wurden einem von den Gesichtern gelesen.
Über das Essen können wir nur sagen "Jederzeit wieder!" und wir vermissen es jetzt schon! Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, egal ob A la carte im Cafe Mass oder Buffet im Main Restaurant, zu keiner Zeit hatten wir etwas auf dem Teller, was nicht geschmeckt hat oder nicht frisch war! Zudem konnten wir jederzeit bei allen Mitarbeitern erfahren, welche Zutaten verarbeitet wurden, wie scharf etwas ist (hier waren die Mitarbeiter auch wirklich ehrlich, wenn sie vermuteten, dass es zu scharf sein könne, gerade bei den indischen Spezialitäten).
Wir haben uns tatsächlich schon im Vorfeld bewusst gegen einen Wasserbungalow entschieden, was wirklich die beste Entscheidung war! Wir haben das zusätzliche Restaurant zu keiner Zeit vermisst, hätten es aber tatsächlich vermutlich bereut, den wundervollen weisen Strand nicht direkt vor der Türe zu haben! Unser Zimmer war vom ersten Betreten an wie ein zu Hause, es wurde sich zweimal am Tag um alles gekümmert und es war von vorne bis hinten wirklich wahnsinnig sauber!
Die "open sky" Dusche war der Wahnsinn, wir haben tatsächlich kein einziges Mal die innenliegende Dusche benutzt :-D
Besonders gut fanden wir, dass wir im Zimmer immer mindestens zwei volle Wasserflaschen aus Glas hatten (hier wurde insgesamt auch überall darauf geachtet, dass der Umweltschutz nicht außeracht gelassen und so gut wie nirgends Plastik verwendet wird).
Toll fanden wir, dass die Strandliegen passend zum Zimmer nummeriert waren (so gab es, gerade bei "uns" Deutschen keinen Zwang, etwas zu reservieren oder kam in die Bredouille, nach dem Ausschlafen keine Liege zu bekommen :-P)
Wir hatten, bis auf ein paar Regenschauer wirklich gutes Wetter (hier gab es sogar einen Schirm vom Hotel in jedem Zimmer, denn wer denkt schon daran, einen Schirm mit auf die Malediven zu nehmen :-D Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam!).
Das Riff zum Schnorcheln ist atemberaubend! (Fische in allen Größen, Formen und Farben, Schildkröten, Rochen und Haie haben wir auch direkt bei uns vor der "Haustüre" gesehen, es war unglaublich!) Zudem ist es abends ab ca. 21.30 Uhr wirklich empfehlenswert, auf einen Abstecher an den Hauptsteg zu machen (hier tummeln sich abends im Licht tausende Fische, Haie und Rochen, wunderschön!!!)
Besonders möchten wir von Herzen folgenden Personen danken, die diesen Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht haben (so unvergesslich, dass wir schon während der ersten Tage des Aufenthalts entschieden, das folgende Jahr definitiv wieder zu kommen):
