Magnifique endroit(malgré des jours de pluie) , personnel au top !
Pros: La gentillesse du personnel, toujours très souriant et serviable, qui essaye de parler la langue des clients. Le choix d’avoir trois restaurants : 1 accessible sans réservation, les 2 autres sous réservation. Large choix ! La formule all-inclusive est vraiment all-inclusive, pas de mauvaise surprise, un très large choix de boissons coloriés es également. Le gros gros point fort : le spa !! Bien qu’il soit payant, il en vaut très largement la peine ! Tout était parfait, aussi bien la déco, l’accueil et le professionnalisme des thérapeutes. Il a été très agréable d’avoir le bar dans la piscine, de pouvoir commander sans sortir de l’eau.
Cons: Restaurants sous réservation : un peu dommage de limiter les réservations à 1 seule fois pour les clients qui restent moins de 12 jours. Bar de la piscine : dommage de fermer le bar à 18:00 alors que la piscine ferme à 20:00.

PARADISO!!!
Pros: Il soggiorno in questo resort è stata un’esperienza unica e indimenticabile. Servizi e accoglienza impeccabili, pulizia ottima, cibo buonissimo, tutto super organizzato.
Cons: Se proprio devo trovare dei difetti: - la palestra è troppo poco attrezzata e un po’ piccola - il tragitto per arrivare nelle case sulla spiaggia, specialmente se sono ubicate verso la punta dell’atollo è piuttosto lungo, sarebbe bello se il resort fosse fornito di biciclette per raggiungere le camere.

Beautiful Maldives!
Pros: It was a great stay. This is a 3 years old resort so everything looks brand new. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The view is priceless. Food is good. Personal staff are friendly at all times. They make you feel like being home. I definitely recommend this resort. Beautiful Maldives!

What could have been a fantastic holiday was spoilt by the Chef and his team.
Pros: the property is immaculate with lots of activities going on all the time for all guests. The customer facing staff, waiters, bar staff, entertainment, cleaners and reception are excellent. The beach and pool area is close to all amenities for ease of the guests.
Cons: The food was below standard and despite having signs to say they cater for all dietary needs I found this is not correct. I am vegan as I have dairy intolerances and I informed the head chef I found it incredibly difficult to eat. They was total reluctance to cater for my diet and even when knowing I was vegan the chef DID NOT offer guidance or assistance unless asked about the food contents. If you have someone who has dietary needs I would not suggest to stay at this hotel.

Amazing place, food and drinks should improive in quality
Pros: The room and location is amazing. its like being in paradise. However, the hotel is part of 2 hotels. Riu Atoll and Riu Palace. I would definitely recommend staying and Riu Palace. Riu palace does include a lot more considering the difference in price. We booked this hotel, and after a couple of days we ended up changing to Riu Palace. They dont tell you you dont have included drinks in your room, or room service. The house reef is amazing. The entertainment is very good. The location and beaches are amazing
Cons: The quality of the food in Riu Atoll was not good at all... the drinks were of very cheap quality. No alcohol included in the room. you need to go to the bar to get your drinks and snacks. To get a spot in the restaurants you need to book 2 or 3 days in advance. the buffet is not very good quality.

Φανταστική η εμπειρία του SUP yoga και πολύ καλός ο προπονητής ! Ιδανικό μέρος και για χαλάρωση αλλά και για τους ανθρώπους που θέλουν να κάνουν δραστηριότητες . Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής
Cons: Το μόνο που ισως θα βολευε περισσότερο για εμάς που μέναμε στο Riu Palace και είχαμε στην θάλασσα κάποια ψαράκια για να πάρεις εξοπλισμό για snorkeling έπρεπε να πας στην πλευρά του Riu Atoll κάτι το οποίο δεν ήταν τόσο βολικό καθημερινά . Κατά τα αλλά όλα ήταν υπέροχα !

Wspaniały urlop…
Pros: Bardzo bogate śniadania, obiady, kolacje przez 15 dni nie znudziliśmy się jedzeniem co kilka dni dodatkowe Iventy „White Night” ,”Riu World”piękne widoki urokliwa wysepka. Personel bardzo pomocny i pracowity. Naprawdę można wypocząć i zrelaksować się.

Pros: Place is just like in the photos. International drinks, entertainment each night. You won't be bored. 24/7 bar open. White sand, great pool. Great staff. Had a good time. Sea plane is best way to go, great views and no time wasting.
Cons: Not enough reef. Some reef but not what I came for. If you pay for snorkling trip, then yea, you'll see what you came for. The island is beautiful but no ref at your door step. You need to walk out far in the water as its shallow also. Ref is on one side of the island but not what you'll expect.

Pros: Ótima opção de resort para passar as férias como casal ou em família. Ficamos hospedados na suite jr sobre a água, quarto amplo e confortável, bem mobiliado. O resort oferece opções de lazer gratuitas como SUP, caiaque, pedalinho e outras opções pagas como jet ski, mergulho, etc. A equipe é muito atenciosa. Leve seu snorkel e descubra os lindos corais e fauna marinha ao redor do hotel.
Cons: São 3 restaurantes, sendo 1 buffet e 2 que necessitam de reserva (o que nem sempre é possível, pois são bem concorridos). A comida servida no buffet é boa, com pratos de diversos países, porém algumas coisas poderiam ser melhores, como as sobremesas, a qualidade dos vinhos, do espumante e dos drinks.

The experience at RIU could be described in a few words: wonderful vacation in a natural paradise.
Pros: All went well during our stay in this resort, the staff are so nice and helpful, the resort is very well organized - rooms very clean, drinks and food, activities -, also the house reef is wonderful. It is indeed a place to relax and spend a great vacation far away from the cities and their noise.
Cons: This is not a negative statement for the hotel or staff, but for the so called tourists who step with their fins without any care on the house reef, which is so beautiful. Perhaps the resort could inform the tourists upon their arrival not to literally walk on the reef, which is a living organism and should be treated with care.

Great location and cannot wait to return to this
Pros: Everything was great. From the start, the staff was great. They expected us at the airport, after that the staff guide us to internal flights and after that, they brought us to the Riu Atoll. They were very friendly with us from the start. The room exceeded our expectations. We stayed at a Superior Water Villa and it was extremely beautiful. The room was very large and everything was great. The beach was very nice and the sun beds were very close to the water villas. The food was great with a lot of choices. The drinks were also very good. The entertainment team was very friendly and maintained a great atmosphere. At night we participated in a lot of different activities: movie night, live music, karaoke, white party, and trivia night. The location had three different restaurants and the reservation was very easy to do. The beach is great and the water is better than shown in pictures.
Cons: Sunbeds management should be better. It should be a reservation system also in RIU applications. Even though every day I leave my towel on them, one day other people removed them and, after that, we had to bring other ones. It is very unpleasant to have to deal with this type of person.

Nieporozumienie i niesmak.
Pros: Miła i pomocna obsługa baru i restauracji, dobry room service. Dość smaczne jedzenie. Ładna i zadbana plaża. Dobra muzyka na żywo. Mili animatorzy.
Cons: Bardzo zła obsługa recepcji. Ciągłe nieporozumienia. Brak odpisywania na wiadomości w związku z transferem. Brak odbierania telefonu. Nieprzyznawanie się do winy. Zawracanie głowy obietnicami bez pokrycia. Personel w pięcio gwiazdkowym hotelu powinien wykazać się większym doświadczeniem i kwalifikacjami. Zmarnowano nam czas i nerwy wieloma sytuacjami, które wynikają z faktu złego zarządzania tym miejscem. Na recepcji zwykle siedzi co najmniej 4 pracowników z czego żaden nie wychodzi do klienta. Dla przykładu: niepodpisywanie na wiadomość wysłaną przez booking przez kilka dni i tłumaczenie tej sytuacji faktem, że to booking nie przekazał im informacji. Odmówiono mi usługi podwiezienia do restauracji. Po parasol musiałem iść sam - odmówiono przyniesienia go do pokoju. Nie przyniesiono mi również oferty pralni. Sewing kit, o który prosiłem z uwagi na nagłą sytuację nie dotarł do mnie przez ponad godzinę. Gdy w końcu poszedłem po niego na recepcję okazało się ze trzymają go w schowku na miotły i dlatego musiałem czekać kolejne 20 min… bo recepcja nie miała klucza. Gdy cokolwiek zgłaszałem recepcji często czekałem na to więcej niż godzinę a nawet dwie. Po ponownych telefonach na recepcję często nawet nie wiedziano o co mi chodzi i czułem się jakbym miał zgłaszać prośbę od nowa. Pomimo informacji w systemie o zagwarantowanym późnym check out odłączono nam kartę od pokoju o 11:00, potem przez kilka godzin recepcja nie była w stanie karty aktywować - na koniec przyniesiono dwie karty - kiedy nie były już potrzebne. Dobrze, że pokój otworzył nam serwis sprzątający bo byśmy stali w nieskończoność pod drzwiami w strojach z siłowni. Przeprosiny Director of Hotel Atoll Riu w postaci kolacji w restauracji japońskiej skończyły się tak, że zmarnowano nam cały wieczór - po przejściu przez nas punktualnie zgodnie z ustaleniami do Riu Palace otrzymaliśmy informację na wejściu do restauracji japońskiej, że brak jest rezerwacji. Zdziwiono się co tam robimy… byliśmy...

Amazing place, but take your own snorkel!
Pros: The water villas were beautiful, the place was very clean, staff were lovely and and experience was generally just fantastic.
Cons: The snorkel rental only allowed you to be in a really small area with essentially no life what so ever. Make sure you take your own snorkels so you can visit the house reef etc. Had we not just spent a week diving in the South Ari Atoll I would have been incredibly disappointed.

Excellent beach holiday
Pros: The beach location and the hotel services were excellent including cleanliness and variety in meals. Staff are always ready to help. I woukd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and to all beach liovers. I would definitely stay at the same hotel if I return back to Maldives.
Cons: You need to be physically fit if you are staying at this hotel as some of the rooms are located at the farthest psrt of the island and you need at least a 15 minute walk to go to the bars or restaurants which will drain your energy in the heat.

Best holiday EVER - sure to come back!
Pros: This was our 3rd visit at the Maldives. RIU Atoll - All Inculsive**** was the best by far. We expected a 4 star hotel level, but it gave us much more. RIU has its own vibe. Its perhaps because of its unique location - the great 6-8 m deep lagoon right at the shore, or the people who were very friendly and helpful. They made our holiday not just great but exceptional. We stayed 7 days at a room with beach view (2 adults 1 child). It was spacious, comfy and always very clean. They cleaned the room every day. The house reef and laggon is gorgious and so fantastic. Just a few steps into the water, and an encounter with the sealife is assured. with 4 snorkeling we saw turtles, stingrays and blacktip sharks such as unicorn and box fishes etc. Hi five to the members of the scuba caribe dive center. They boughts us to unique dive spots, and our 8 y-old could do the boublemaker program wich was a lifetime experience to her. Special thanks to the entertaining team (especially to Chana and Prasad - who had always some nice words to us and to my doughter, the jokes and the laughs and the smiles), they came up with wide range of activities, such us water surface running (!) :D, yoga clases, kids night, full moon observation with a telescope (!) - a good one, etc. This was our best holiday - EVER!
Cons: If its necessary to come up with....its difficult, because it was so good to be there. But to mention 2 little things: Around the bar and the pool, more sunbeds or laydown amentities can be organized. The juices are somewhat werent so good. Too basic for such a wonderful place.

Pros: L'hôtel en lui-même est très bien avec une panoplie d'activités dont le beach volley, la pétanque, la traditionnelle plongée, les sports nautiques divers... J'ai vraiment apprécié que le "all-inclusive" qui ne veut pas toujours dire grand chose, ait été très bien expliqué avec des consignes très claires sur ce qui n'était pas inclus (en gros, toute activité nécéssitant un moteur et les massages au spa). L'hôtel n'essaie donc pas de vous la faire à l'envers en vous envoyant une addition salée imprévue à la fin du séjour. Vous savez ce qui est inclus et libre à vous de choisir du supplément en toute connaissance de cause.
Cons: Les billards sont assez... vétustes (mais utilisables). Le chemin pour aller des restaurants aux chambres (selon où vous êtes placé) peut être long et surtout chaud ! Eh oui, le chemin est en plein soleil (sauf le soir bien sûr) et vous pouvez mettre jusqu'à 15 minutes de marche pour effectuer le trajet chambre-restaurant. Si vous êtes sensible à la chaleur, je vous souhaite d'occuper une des villas du début sinon vous pourrez vous consoler en vous disant que les plages du bout de l'île sont mieux que celles proches des restaurants et de la piscine (cela est vrai, je n'invente rien). Petit détail pas bien méchant : à côté de la piscine il y a des toilettes, ce qui est normal. Ce qui l'est moins est d'y mettre la clim à fond. En effet, il est évidemment agréable quand vous venez de sortir de l'eau de vous prendre un choc thermique car vous voulez faire vos besoins.

Pros: Moc pěkný rezort, výborné pokoje, naprosto čisté, skvělý servis. Personál je velmi ochotný. Pan pokojský nám denně modeloval z ručníků kreativní výtvory. Milé. Krásné moře a super šnorchlování. Velmi dobré jídlo.
Cons: Nedostatečná nabídka čerstvého ovoce. Čekali jsme čerstvé, dobře uzrálé, různé druhy ovoce. Kompoty jsme v tropech naopak nečekali. Žádné fresh džusy. Vyšší náklady na dopravu vzhledem ke vzdálenosti od Male.

So far so good!! We have been here 2 days. Service excellent, drinks are good and the food choice is better than any all inclusive we have been too so far ! We have upgraded to move into a water suite mid week so will update on the rooms. Currently we are in room 2411 which is the very last hotel room so the only reason for a 4 star is how far away the room is from the pool and amenities. You have a good 6 - 8 min walk back from the pool which is a bit of a pain if you leave anything in your room . There are no bikes / buggies or golf carts to jump on the back of

Vielen Dank für zwei schöne Wochen in Ihrem Paradies. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und haben immer gegrüßt. Die Zimmer waren immer top gereinigt und die Anlage insgesamt sauber. Zwei, drei Sachen könnten unserer Meinung nach besser sein. Leider gab es aber keine persönliche oder nähere Anfrage oder Kontakt seitens des Managements. Insgesamt kann ich aber dieses RIU so wie wir es vorgefunden haben, empfehlen.

Great rooms and facilities But the food for vegetarians and vegans is limited in dhoni which is a shame.. Also in the speciality restaurants. Where there isnt even a vegetarian choice on the menu Sometimes food labelling is also not accurate. Riu atoll please address this problem. Your staff are amazing and work so hard . We have had the BEST time on our honeymoon at RIU Atoll Maldives. The journey from the US is a long one, but it is a worth it. Get ready for ULTIMATE relaxation! This resort will coordinate all of your travel logistics in and out of the resort making it stress free and easy. There is an incredible amount of ocean life to be seen, many species of fish and our favorite - manta rays! The water is absolutely crystal clear, you can tell cleanliness is top priory for RIU - both indoors and out. The staff are all incredibly accommodating and sweet. Your room can be refreshed daily with new sheets, towels and the most amazing smelling room spray. There is an in room minibar that is ado refreshed daily with spirits, water and soft drinks. The rooms really have everything you need from shampoo, conditioner, soap, an in room safe and laundry service if needed. Get a couples massage at the spa! The ladies there know what they are doing and provide an ultimate relaxing experience, especially after a long and uncomfortable flight. We enjoyed the food, there are numerous world cuisine options at the buffet open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The other restaurants are harder to book, we tried the Italian restaurant Sofia and it was great. There is a night club with awesome entertainment along with DJs at the pool and on the beach some nights. There are themed parties including a white night (bring an all white outfit), a safari night and a world night. During the day there are water aerobics at the pool, bingo, beach volleyball and other activities. Souvenirs at the gift shop are reasonably priced including jewelry boxes, jewelry, magnets, wall art, shoes and clothing. The sunscreen prices are outrageous so be sure to pack your own along with bug spray. There is a doctor on the island but I would recommend bringing your own medical kit with bandaids, basic pain relievers and antacids just in case. All in all we would rate RIU Atoll Maldives a 10/10 once in a lifetime experience!

Was für eine schöne Insel . Unglaublich die Anzahl der Palmen . Sonnenuntergänge mit Musik und super leckern Cocktails. Zimmer sind super sauber mit riesigen Bad . Frühstück,Mittag & Abendessen mit riesiger Auswahl . Nicht zu vergessen das Steakhouse und der Italiener . Die Sportsbar mit seinen 24 std service . Ausflüge mit Wassersportcenter nur zu empfehlen (Delfine) . Und wer Lust hat auf Padle oder Trettboot alles gratis . Schnorcheln im kleinen Hausriff ausgesprochen mit vielen Fischen und wer Glück hat auch Schildkröten. Alles zusammen ein tolles Hotel Ps die Dancepartys im Sand unterm Sternenhimmel sind der Hammer . Einfach perfekt. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Das Personal sehr freundlich, immer sehr bemüht. Es ist alles top sauber. Das Buffet vom Feinsten. Fitnessstudio. .. Neuere Geräte mit tollem Blick aufs Meer... An und Abreise waren einfach.. Man wird regelrecht an die Hand genommen. RiU für uns nicht das erste Mal.. Und weiterhin immer wieder gerne! Mijn recente ervaring in Riu Atoll was verre van bevredigend en stond in schril contrast met de veelbelovende reclame voor duiken, snorkelen en wateractiviteiten. Het hotel adverteert zichzelf als een paradijs voor watersportliefhebbers, maar mijn verblijf bracht ernstige tekortkomingen aan het licht die het aantrekkelijke imago van de marketing aantastten. Een van de grootste teleurstellingen was het privéduikcentrum, dat in de advertenties werd geprezen als een faciliteit van hoge kwaliteit, maar bij aankomst ontdekte ik dat er, ondanks eerdere garanties, ter plaatse geen duikuitrusting beschikbaar was. En er is geen winkel binnen een straal van 100 km en de droomvakantie bleek een mislukking Bovendien was de algehele toegang tot de wateractiviteiten van het hotel teleurstellend beperkt. De beloofde spannende ervaringen bleken beperkt te zijn, en de beschikbare attracties waren niet alleen beperkt in kwantiteit, maar ook in kwaliteit. Dit leek ver af van de veelbelovende beschrijvingen in de advertenties, die suggereerden dat er voldoende spannende waterattracties beschikbaar zouden zijn. Samenvattend: mijn verblijf in Riu Atoll was verre van wat ik had verwacht op basis van de aantrekkelijke advertenties. Tekortkomingen in de duikuitrusting, het ontbreken van een winkel ter plaatse en de beperkte toegang tot waterattracties hadden een aanzienlijke negatieve invloed op mijn algehele ervaring. Het teleurstellende is dat de realiteit de beloften niet waarmaakte en dat dit de kwaliteit van mijn verblijf in dit hotel verlaagde.

En quelques minutes, tous les enregistrements (environs 30 personnes) ont étés effectués. La chambre (3011) : Wouaw…une carte postale comme dans les catalogues qui vous vendent des rêves mais ici c’est du vrai. Le mobilier, la salle de bain, le mini bar, le ménage,… , tout y est parfait. Le restaurant principal : Toujours un accueil très soigné. La qualité des denrées est omniprésente. Le personnel est toujours très bien soigné, souriant et attentif. La propreté est aussi omniprésente. Très grand BRAVO. Les restaurants (Italien & Steck House) à la carte méritent la même mention. Le personnel dans son ensemble : Adorable, souriant, présent, amical,… Bref, un personnel avec de très grande qualité. La formule All In : Tout simplement PARFAIT. Le Directeur de l’Hotel : Elegant, souriant, sympathique, attentionné (a l’égard des vacanciers et de son personnel). Même le personnel n’hésite pas à complimenter la sympathie de leur directeur ‼️ Conclusion : Un Hôtel qui offres des services digne d’un très grand palace. Absolutely beautiful island in the Maldives. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to be there. The rooms were large and the island wasn’t at all over crowded. The food at the buffet was always really varied and delish. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go to any of the restaurants as you’re able to book 3 days in advance, and as we were only there 3 nights it was already fully booked on all nights. I also liked the fact they tried to be as sustainable as possible using paper straws and reusable cups I spotted a few recycling bins round the island too. Additionally the island was always super clean.

OMG it was so amazing! There are super photoshoot places 😍 we did amazing photos and videos there Big Thanks for the Staff and for the animators, they were so lovely and friendly. Always smiling and greeted us! The events like: party night with dancing, games, or paddle yoga, air yoga made our stay fun. I loved them. Make sure you download the RIU app!!! And it is worth to register online for the RIU membership for free before your booking!! The sand bank at the end of the island is amazing. Sunsets are beautiful! The food was perfect for us and we loved it every day. Ice cream and fruits was good too. The room was also nice, it was a too much humidity and the air condition needed to be on all the time, otherwise the walls and our clothes and stuff got wet 😅 I really liked that the island was so green and full with plants 🌴 We had the Room 2303 and it was really close to the sand bank (at the end of the island) but the walk to the restaurants and pool and RiuFit places is 8-10 minutes walk.

Bester Urlaub den wir je gemacht haben!! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag von unsrem herzlichen Dushan liebevoll mit Handtuch-künsten Dekoriert und sauber gemacht! Simplemente maravilloso. Nada más llegar te explican muy bien el funcionamiento del hotel, horarios e instalaciones, además al ver que éramos españoles, nos dieron la opción de explicarnos en español, un detalle que apreciamos mucho. Las instalaciones y la isla es impresionante, te quedas sin palabras y conforme pasan los días, estás cada vez más a gusto. La limpieza es impoluta, tanto las habitaciones como las de las instalaciones. La comida muy buena, aunque, por poner una pega, añadiría algo más de variedad. Los empleados son muy muy amables, de hecho, mi maleta se perdió a la ida y en recepción, al hacer el check-in, me dijeron que me despreocupase, que ya lo gestionaban ellos. A las 24 horas ya estaba en mi habitación. Me gustaría apuntar y recomendar al hotel que, en el Riu Atoll por lo menos, diesen la opción de recogerte en buggie cuando llueve, allí las lluvias tropicales son muy fuertes y, aunque te dan paraguas, llegas algo mojado al restaurante, por lo que eso sí que me gustaría que corrigiesen. Igualmente, han sido las mejores vacaciones, ha sido todo fantástico, la gente, el hotel, el arrecife, TODO. Volveré con mi familia y amigos sin lugar a dudas. Me siento muy afortunado por haber pasado mis vacaciones de verano aquí. Gracias.

Las habitaciones estan bien, aunque no disponen de ningun extra (albornoz, zapatillas, jabones…). el hotel bastante sobresaturado de gente. Solo hay una piscina, con lo que esta llena de gente, con musica… no tienes opcion de una piscina mas tranquila. El restaurante ok, no maravilloso y bastante repetitivo. Hay dos restaurantes tematicos (italiano y carne) a los que solo puedes ir a cenar bajo reserva y siempre estan llenos. El sport bar para la comida entre horas es espantoso (sandwiches frios y poco mas). No te sirven en mesa en los bares… tienes que levantarte a pedir 🥴 Yo personalmente no volveria ni lo recomendaria si lo que vienes es a descansar y estar relajado. Ea caro para lo que ofrece! Esta muy lejos de poder ser clasificado como “lujo”

Spent two days on beautiful Kedhigandu [islands], Maldives. The Riu properties are on seperate islands connected by a short 5 minute beautiful overwater walk. Riu Atol has 36 over water villas and we stayed in one of these and Riu Palace has about the same number. There are 3 overwater villas I'm. Each until - for both properties the middle villa is the largest of the 3. The 2 smaller Riu Palace overwater villas have a tub on the deck and the middle villas have a small pool. Both sets of villas has an ice station on the overwater bridges. For the beach villas, the Palace villas are 8 to a block while the Atol villas are 12 to a block. The Palace villas also have ice stations while the Atol beach villas do not [although I don't imagine any thing stopping someone from the Atol beach villas from grabbing ice from other over water villas]. Regardless of which of the Riu properties you stay at, it'll be an incredible vacation. Courteous staff, excellent food and lots of complementary non-motorized water activities. Hands-down the most beautiful place I've seen with my eyes so far. Make sure you walk to the extreme end of the island on the Atol side - hang a right when you hit the sands and walk on the 20feet wide sand strip into the ocean [it,s also accessible to Palace guests] - the pictures [and videos] are to die for. We, four of us , visited RIU Atoll, Mafusa island , Maldives between 8th and 12th September 2023. We had booked our package through pickyourtrail team. This destination is highly suitable for honeymoon couples. 90% of the guests here are foreigners ( all over the world ), other than Indians. The faculty , ambience, amenities, food is good . The air transport is decided depending upon the no.passengers moving to and fro between Male and Riu Atoll. So one has to keep extra day for that. But one should choose this destination depending on their priorities and preferences. We can find 2 or 4 Indians at RIU Atoll or even zero sometimes. Only we 4 of us were Indians among hundreds of guests there. The person who customises the package would not have visited the place , so he can't give us the correct information. Doing scuba diving is waste at RIU Atoll , Mafusa island , Maldives. Everything is far from the residing rooms , so accessing the dining area and the basic amenities only will consume much time. Pick your trail team had not customised our package as we intended, literally we were on street as they had not coordinated with the RIU Atoll team properly. We are very unhappy with the trip planning and customisation by pick your trail team. It's wise to choose an island with transport by ferry rather than in sea plane or taking another flight as it's waste of time and money. We were asked to check out early morning , we had to report at the reception by 4 30 am. We had to keep our luggages ready to pick by 3am., reached by 5am ferry (10 mins ) to Dhaalu airport ,our flight to hulhumale was at 7am(40 mins flight). Reached hulhumale airport by 8am. From there our flight to India was at 3 pm. SO again we had to wait the whole day and kill the time. Ultimately the trip was more stressfull than relaxing.

Overall - A once in a lifetime opportunity not to be missed. We loved every second and would love to go back however as you will already know, it’s not cheap! Despite the cost, it’s worth every penny. If you are looking for paradise without the pretentiousness of other resorts then look here. If you want to be left alone for your holiday with no entertainment or people interaction then maybe look elsewhere. If you want a mixture of the both, RIU Palace may be an option. I’ll break it down into sections which may help you decide on whether RIU Atoll is for you. The journey - A flight to Male. We were met by a RIU staff member when leaving the arrivals who ushered us to a terminal about 2 minutes walk away and checked in again. This was for a domestic flight which was around 30 minutes later. The flight took around 30 minutes. We collected our cases and were ushered onto a minibus and driven for about 5 minutes to the other side of the island where we were met by a boat. The boat took around 15 minutes and we were at RIU. Overall it seemed like a logistical nightmare but was expertly dealt with throughout with no worries for the guests. Atmosphere - There was a big turnover of guests throughout. I would say the biggest proportion come from Russia. We met people from Italy, France, Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Spain, Poland, Austria, Germany and the USA. Weather - People are knocking stars off the hotel because of the weather. Believe it or not, the hotel don’t control the weather. The Maldives is a group of TROPICAL islands. If you want blistering sun all day, you need to go to a different country. The term tropical is interchangeable weather where it’ll be blistering sun and then 10 minutes later it’ll be ferocious rain. It will rain on your holiday, probably at some point every day. Each room is provided with an umbrella, says it all about the weather! One thing we did was take light kagools which was a God send. The temperature always remains the same though, day and night, at least 30 degrees. Room - We booked an overwater bungalow and what a great choice that was. Our room (3000) was the first on the right and where the tide headed towards. We got all of the sea life (sharks, rays etc) passing under us, it was amazing to see. The steps into the sea are amazing and the sand underneath is soft and clean. There is a day bed on the balcony and two chairs with a coffee table. The room itself was large with 2 double beds pushed together, a sofa, fully stocked mini bar (beer, soft drinks which are all branded and water) and also spirits (Smirnoff, gin, whisky, captain Morgan’s). There was a kettle with sacheted coffee and tea. Hairdryer, his and hers sinks, large walk in shower, separate toilet, full length mirror, Tv, bath robes, life jackets, a safe. The cleaner does an excellent job and left a different towel art on the bed everyday. On my partners birthday he left a message of ‘Happy 30th Birthday’ made out of palm leaves on the bed. Food - There are three restaurants. The main buffet restaurant is akin to other all inclusive resorts. The quality of the food is the best I’ve had from any buffet restaurant however at times can become a bit repetitive. That being said, there is a large selection on offer so you could choose to have Chinese one night, Indian the next but as a Brit, we just shove everything onto one plate! There was Chinese, Indian, Italian, fresh meats, fresh fish, entrees, desserts etc. My partner made a good point and said that if you went to a normal restaurant and ordered any of the dishes on offer at this buffet, you would be happy with the food. The quality of it is good. The Italian restaurant was ok, the mains were nice but again the starters and desserts come from a buffet. The chairs were pretty uncomfortable in there. The steak restaurant however was incredible. If that was in London, you would be paying over £100 for each steak. The quality of meat was exceptional. There are ‘leftovers’ available in the sports bar with a microwave should you get hungry later in the night. We had a birthday to celebrate whilst out there and they brought a lovely little chocolate cake out with a candle and sang! The sea - The beaches are immaculate white sand. The sea is perfect light blue. Snorkelling was really good with small coral reefs dotted around and also the large house reef. We saw sharks, rays and a multitude of different colours and types of fish. We took snorkels with us however they do rent snorkels out if needed. Paddle boarding, kayaking, pedalos are all included in the all-inclusive package however if the winds strong they understandably don’t allow people to utilise them. There are also jet skis, scuba diving etc for an extra cost. The water is so clear, I saw a moving shadow around 100 metres away so decided to go out and investigate to find a 5ft sting Ray feeding. Staff - The staff are fantastic and all work hard. They just want to please the guests and rarely will you have an empty glass with the servers topping you up at all times. In the restaurant there was Sam and Nippi who were great, as were the others. The bar staff are all friendly, at all bars, and seem to remember your drink orders when you turn up! I didn’t ever feel that tips were expected by the staff however we did give a couple of dollars to staff at points throughout the holiday. The staff are from all over with many from Maldives, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Mauritius and Indonesia. Entertainment - The daytime entertainment staff are around all day and night. The daytime activities take place around the pool. Volleyball, aqua aerobics, bingo etc. If this isn’t your thing then they aren’t pushy but there are plenty of quiet spots on the island. There is a ‘sunset DJ’ most days on the beach playing chilled house music. There is a resident band who are all very talented, there is a variety of different nights from 80’s/90’s music right through to quite deep house music! House music with a saxophonist on the beach at night was amazing. Bars - The pool bar is open 10am til 8pm. It has a swim up bar with stools and also can be used from under a cover. They serve alcohol, soft drinks, coffee etc. The entertainment bar is open from 6pm til midnight and depending on the entertainment, it’s table service or you go up to the bar. On the party nights they set up a second bar to allow quicker service. The sports bar is open 24/7. My only negative of the holiday was the sports bar, I feel it could be so much better. No matter what time of the day/night, the lights are really bright. They just need to dim the lights, play some music and have comfier seating, maybe even sofas in there. Wildlife - I’ve mentioned the marine life however it’s worth mentioning the small number of land wildlife. There are bats which fly around in the daytime. Some are the size of a cat, they are huge. There are a lot of chameleons which blend into the surroundings or even the path! There are flightless little birds which are quite confident and will come up to you. In terms of insects, we never really saw any and certainly didn’t get any in our room! Other stuff - There is a spa which we didn’t try. The gym looks well equipped. There is a kids club but we didn’t see it open. There is a small shop open 9am til 9pm which sells everything from clothes to suncream, souvenirs to British chocolate. It’s very pricey however. (£30 for suncream). There is a doctor on site. Verdict - We loved every minute of it. It was worth every penny! Would we return? We definitely would although unlikely due to the cost! Who knows though!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful hotel in such a tranquil location. We stayed in both the beach sea view rooms and an overwater villa and would recommend both. However, the overwater villa does add to the experience. What mad our trip so enjoyable was all the incredible people we met from other guest to the lovely staff. There were so many activities to participate in we were spoiled for choice and our experience wouldn’t have been the same without Ashen who lead most our our activities during our stay. He made our stay 1000 times better and Riu Atoll wouldn’t be as good without him there, other guest also agreed with us. The also had great event win the evening from partied to quiz nights to live music which we enjoyed them all. We also had issues with our flights to and from the Maldives and the hotel were so helpful in rearrange our domestic flight and speed boat to match our new flight times which we are so grateful for. My only recommendation for the hotel is there is room for improvement on the food but other than that everything was amazing. Thank you for having us!

Overall this probably was the best holiday for myself and my wife have been on - but we haven't really done an All Inclusive before and to such a lovely location. Much of the experience was really great - the meeting at airport and doing transfers all went smoothly. The limited facilities and waiting at Male main airport (more on return is not down to the resort). Arrival /transfer went well - we got booked in and advised on our room booking - which as requested was as far away from main part and lovely and quiet (block 23 on the sunrise side). Arrived hot and tired and it took AGES for the luggage to get delivered - yes we could have used the restaurant but we really wanted to change first. So a lesson learnt would be to hold onto hand luggage that would have some suitable clothes to change into. This was a frustration as the room lovely and location but we couldn't immediately go into the sea - which is literally a stones throw (or less) from opening the sliding doors to the beach. Really this was lovely and so glad we DIDN'T go for an overwater 'upgrade'. Brilliant to walk into warm and quite shallow water. The block was lovely with not too many guests about and generally very quiet - although some mornings the seaplane landed and its somewhat noisy. The restaurant is more of a posh canteen - pretty good choices overall but we avoided much of the 'European pasta / pizza / brown stodge stuff' - the curries and noodles stuff excellent. Breakfasts the range is OK but disappointed with the quality of the fruit and the juices are NOT fresh juice types - more 'squash'. The service is generally good and attentive - the champagne is NOT that - its a sparkling wine, so IMHO should not be called that. It can get a bit annoying that plates are almost too quickly cleared - if one person is still eating. So it doesn't overall feel like 4 star dining. Booking the 2 restaurants bit of a joke on the app - we did go via reception and had one night (in 10) at the Italian. Food there very similar anyway but at least not so rushed and more of a restaurant type experience. The fresh Tuna we had on the final night was the BEST and freshest ever had - would certainly prefer that to an Italian or Steakhouse!! I mean why go all around the world to have a not brilliant Italian type experience!!! Pool facility is good and sunshine bar staff always happy to see and serve you. We tried quite a few cocktails and all seemed good with a couple of miss hits. The Sports bar also had good service. The evening music entertainment is quite 'similar' to each other and possibly a bit dodgy with choice of clothing of the musicians on the Jungle night!! But we got into the swing of it all. Highlights - the use of the watersports stuff (free), the dolphin trip and the waverider tour - all brilliant but the paid trips not cheap!! The watersports have limited time to use but feedback would be to notify guests more clearly when they can be used as due to tides or conditions its not 9-5 type opening. The RIU activity team great - especially Ash - very engaging and really encourages participation!! You have activities in centre to do - Yoga / Pilates / TRX etc - good classes and hardly anyone attends!! We didn't use the gym (which we do at home) as preferred to be more outside in the sea etc.. Yes its fantastic and it was booked quite last minute so a package seemed a good deal. But really doubt we'd go back to that same resort - not saying its bad but not quite enough to do and I think we'd prefer to have a bit more of a 'local' experience. The hotel staff are all really pleasant and try to make it a great stay - the cleaning staff for our room were great and really did a good job on the daily clean-up - how to keep sand out of the room (perhaps there could be a wash facility just outside). An unforgettable experience and making us want to do something 'similar' but just not a repeat performance to this particular location. Overall I think it did offer good value as it was great to have all inclusive and no pressure to tip - was optional...

What can I say other than wow.... We stayed in December 2023 and was there for Christmas, it was my first time out of the UK for Christmas and it certainly won't be my last. We stayed in one of the beach access rooms in block 19, this was a good location as we were not too close to the noise near the pool during the day so we could relax on the beach outside the room if we didn't want the busy pool environment. Every member of staff could not do enough for us, they were very welcoming and accommodating. The lovely man that made our room up knew it was my partners birthday so he made an arrangement on the bed for his birthday. The staff at the pool bar work tirelessly and do not stop from the moment they start to the moment they finish their shift. Jessica & Kalvin and all the others that work on the pool bar are a credit to Riu. Nandhna manages the bars and does this very well, we want's to be proud of all his staff and the level of service they provide. Thusan who works in the sports bar is also a credit to Riu, he's always got a smile on his face and makes some of the best cocktails I've tried. Sital works in the sports bar and she was always very welcoming to my partner and I. There is plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant, I never had the same meal twice. We really enjoyed the Christmas eve gala dinner with the cocktail reception on the beach. I would recommend anyone to stay here as a couple or as a family. I'll be making a return to this island.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana, tutto impeccabile. Il cibo molto buono, hai tantissima scelte !! Il posto è meraviglioso Il personale è gentilissimo e sopratutto amano davvero tanto i bambini. L’area bimbi è davvero molto graziosa c’è anche una piscina per loro bassissima ed è organizzata molto bene ! Top Top! Lo risceglierei altre 1000 volte !

Ok, vi har varit på Maldiverna innan. Cinnamon Dhonveli. Vi jämför med den ön. Hotellrummet var stort, men tråkigt och färglöst. Det luktar fukt och lägger man inte kläderna i lådor/skåp så blir det en mögelliknande doft. Tidningarna blev vågiga, lakan och örngott luktar fukt. Fick lägga badlakan på kuddar för lukten. Det var samma maträtter under alla dagar vi var där. Kändes som en skolmatsal, och de serverade ex. inte någon färskpressad juice som vi fick på andra ön. Inte samma glädje bland personalen, inga fyrverkerier på nyår. Det som var bättre på Riu Atoll var vatten/strand, pool och sportbar. Städaren tog även vår dyra (15 USD) alovera från vår kyl och la i sin städskrubb, vet ej varför. Vi bad även hotellet om att få 2 rum bredvid varandra, då vårt barn inte fick sova i vårt stora rum (fick alltså boka ett extra rum), men det kunde inte fixas även om vi bad om detta några månader innan. De hade lätt kunnat fixa en extra bädd. Det kostade en bra slant extra, för rummet. TUI som researrangör... de bokade in flyg till oss... alldeles för Taight om tid... så vi missade en dag på ön!

Flight direct from Heathrow to Male, RIU met us at airport and escorted us to lounge where food and soft drinks were available. Then escorted to domestic terminal and booked in for internal flight.At the departure gates it looked a little chaotic but departure went smoothly. At destination airport boarded a coach to take us to port where our Scuba Caribe speedboat was waiting and 15 minutes later we were in the hotel reception where we were met by the reception manager who informed us that we had been given an upgrade to the overwater villa and he personally escorted us to our accommodation. The villa was exceptional in cleanliness and had been decorated with our names made out of flowers on the bed. When we went for our evening meal we were greeted at the restaurant entrance by Marshall who said he had been expecting us at lunchtime. He was aware of my wife’s food allergies, I found this amazing as quite a few guests had arrived that day and he knew who we were. On our wedding anniversary we were booked into Crystals restaurant, the food had to cooked separately as per allergies and was excellent and the service was exceptional. The friendliness of the staff and fellow guests made this holiday very memorable. This was our 38th.RIU holiday since 1997 and certainly one of our favourites. Our thanks to all of the staff, management, bar staff, cooks, serving staff, cleaners, maintainance medical staff and gardeners. A special thank you to Isuru, Marshall and Julia. Sorry if I have missed anyone out. A happy new year to you all.

This was my our first trip to the Maldives and I did have some reservations regarding some reviews that were less than positive. I did not have to worry. The flights there and back with Emirates and Manta Air were seamless..can't fault them in any way. We booked this holiday as a package and got a very very good deal. This was a trip for our birthdays and a getway due to a very stressful time resigning from our jobs. we wanted to get away from everything.....and the most wonderful thing about this atoll is you can ...if you want to ! If you don't and want some fun and entertainment it has that as well. It honestly has something for everyone. The beach is stunning absolutely stunning. The top of the atoll by the sand bar is sublime. It's quiet and you feel a castaway. The weather was amazing. We chose a 2nd floor room. It was great and we were on the sunset side in block 2 ..perfect. Peaceful cool and clean. The bed was so comfy. We slept well every night. The food at the Buffet ticked all our boxes and we ate there every night. Not a fan of steak so didn't go to the steak house nor did we try the Italian restaurant. We loved the maldivian curries and fish dishes. The bar area was fun and the staff are amazing. Big shout out to Ashen and Silva who had to put up with me playing Petanque everyday twice a day! I played when when we went to Mauritius a few years ago and loved it. My husband loved the snorkelling. We had the most amazing relaxed getaway. Thankyou RIU for a great resort that has something for everyone...with not one whiff of prenteniouness.

Todo muy bonito. La habitación muy cómoda con acceso a la playa. Las comidas muy variadas y muy buenas. Hay poco lugar para reservar en los restaurantes temáticos. Nos quedamos sin conocer uno de los dos. El personal sumamente amable. La playa un paraíso. Lo que nos sorprendió es que no pusieran shampoo ni acondicionador en el baño de la habitación; solo teníamos un gel de ducha y las veces que solicitamos acondicionador nos llevaron crema corporal diciéndonos que no tenían otra cosa.

The rooms were always kept clean, enough space also for 2 people. Staff were a pleasure and they all made you welcome. Such a lovely location with room, straight onto the beach, it started to get busy on the second week so lack of sunbeds but there metal sided so got really hot anyway. No shortage of different foods to try for anyone. We loved the jetskiing and dolphin trip and my husband learnt to scuba. Thank you for having us.

This Riu resort (Maldives) is the best RIU hotel I ever been. The people here are so helpful and very kind. Hotel is very clean and new. Service was excellent. Meals was very tasty and delicious. As frequent travellers, we're familiar with the Riu hotels in Europe and the reviews were mostly positive, so we thought we were making a good choice. Unfortunately, it's been a disappointing experience. It feels like we are at a hotel in Marbella or Tenerife - nothing about this place feels like we're in the Maldives. And as much as I love Spain, that's not what we come to the Maldives for, in fact it would have been a lot cheaper to book a hotel in Spain instead! To explain: I've stayed at Thai, Italian, American and Middle Eastern brands in the Maldives (amongst others) but they all managed to at least channel a Maldivian feeling, however this resort has no character at all. Nothing about the architecture channels anything of the Maldives. I feel like we could have just booked a hotel in Tenerife for less money and it would look the same, except the sand and sea is a slightly different colour. To be fair, the island is very pretty and the interiors of the duplexes are fine, spacious and in good condition, but I'm glad we didn't pay more for a water villa because not only are they tiny (with 3 guest rooms crammed into each villa!) but also they look like ugly nuclear bunkers linked by concrete jetties. My biggest beef is the island is really crowded because they built too many rooms for the size of the island. This means the beach is packed full of people, just like the beaches in Europe (we don't come to the Maldives to be packed like sardines alongside everyone else, this isn't the Amalfi Coast!). The sea is equally crammed full of people. They didn't provide enough sunloungers or restaurants to cater to the huge number of people here, so the 2 a la carte restaurants are constantly booked out, meaning we can only eat at the main buffet restaurant. The buffet food is average to poor. I thought they'd get paella right (being a Spanish company) but it didn't even have any saffron in it, so it was just a kind of watery tomato sauce with undercooked rice (I used to live in Valencia so I know paella!). Last night we went back to the buffet 3 times to try to find something that tasted nice but each time the chicken and fish was dry and bony, so we didn't even eat properly yesterday. The salad was OK but a bit old, so I ended up sticking to the mas'huni for 2 days running. The mas'huni was nice at least. Each night, huge tropical ants come into our room but I think they must have coated the floor with pesticide because they are all lying dead on the floor by the morning. A huge one somehow got onto our bed last night. I know it's hard to deal with such things here, as we're in the tropics, but I can imagine that would freak some people out. For me it's just unpleasant. The welcome drink was orange squash, and whenever I order orange juice (except at breakfast) they give me orange squash instead of fresh juice, not even juice from a box. I know it's a 4 star, but really, rationing real juice so you can only have it at breakfast?! I've been to many other 4 stars here where the food and beverages are much better. The entertainment is good, with DJs and live bands, and they always seem to get a good turnout. This is not so common in the Maldives, and it's nice to be able to socialise. Most of the staff are also really nice, although one of the guys on the entertainment team texted by boyfriend last night to try to get him to hook up with him in the men's toilets, which was a bit of a shock since he is not gay, lol. (They both like DJing and my boyfriend was a professional DJ and is into networking so they swapped numbers). I'm still processing it but it seems very unprofessional to say the least to proposition a guest like that! The island is quite long so it's quite a long sweaty walk to the restaurant but they don't provide bikes, and shuttles are few and far between. Also they refuse to let you jump on a shuttle after 10.30pm, even if they are passing you on the road. Yes, there's an actual paved road slap bang in the middle of the island. Again, this makes the resort feel very clinical and characterless. I suppose it's helpful for those with mobility issues, but personally I miss the sandy paths. I've stayed at 5 stars, other 4 stars and even 3 stars here many times before so I know what a Maldivian 4 star should be and I can't help but feel for the price point this resort does not deliver. Riu just seems to have totally missed the point of the Maldives here. The island itself is beautiful, so it seems like a wasted opportunity and that Riu really didn't understand how to do the Maldives.

Revisiting this hotel over and over and it keeps getting better! Staff is very attentive, cleaning service at Villa 14 is exceptional, stayed there 4 times and no complaints whatsoever Food is really good, always smth to choose from, good job! In love with bar service: whether you come for a coffee or cocktail - always meeting your expectations, very friendly and exceptionally attentive! Special thanks to Nishantha and all the managers who are taking care of the service! Scuba Caribe diving is amazing! We’ve had the pleasure to have Grettel as our instructor, she is the best, very understanding and very sensitive to all what is going on during your education! Apart from that we haven’t met even 1 staff member who wasn’t nice or helpful, simply a dream team! Entertainment is great, always smth new! Always looking forward to it! Management takes good care of the resorts, over the last 2 years we see that the hotel is flourishing and we couldn’t be happier with everything! We highly recommend to visit!

Didn’t want to leave. This resort offered everything I needed. It is so clean, so tranquil, so beautiful…it really felt like paradise. My husband and I had 8 blissful days at the piece of paradise in the Indian Ocean. Well worth the 20+ hours of travelling. It truly offer’s everything I was looking for…..complete peace and quiet in sensational setting……and a lovely pool with bar to socialise and meet people while the sun shone and ambient background music played. We stayed in a villa on the beach. It was spotless throughout our stay. Thank to the lovely cleaner of room 1706. No problems finding somewhere peaceful to sit and while away the morning watching the sun sparkle on the turquoise sea. Of an afternoon we would move to the pool and decamp for the rest of the day after the sun had set. The sunsets are breathtaking here. All the facilities are spotlessly clean. The staff are so so attentive and genuine and friendly….. they can’t do enough for you. Very difficult to single any out as they are all so good but Suresh and Sunetha were two that did stand out for us during our stay. The sports bar staff are brilliant and chatty, remember your name and what you like to drink. We enjoyed our pre dinner drinks there each night. We didn’t see much of the evening entertainment but the few times we ventured into the bar of a night the atmosphere was great and everyone clearly enjoying themselves. Couple of slight negatives but these are only slight and would not stop me from returning to this lovely modern resort……it’s nigh on impossible to get into the a la carte on the app. We resorted to asking at reception and they were very obliging. The steakhouse the best of the two. The food in the buffet is only ok. Don’t seem to vary it much so what is there at lunch is pretty much the same of an evening. Everyday there is pizza, fish and chips, curry, Chinese, salad and burgers. Breakfast is fine id you like eggs. Not happy to eat tinned fruit. But the food is tasty just not that varied. But don’t let that put you off coming. We have visited the Maldives three times and this resort was my favourite by far. We stayed on the Atoll side.

Добрый день! Если вы хотите не таких скучных Мальдив, то вам в этот отель. Анимации на Мальдивах почти нет, а тут есть! Достаточная, что бы не скучать. Если вы хотите уединения, тут оно тоже есть, стоит просто не выходить к бассейну- место активной тусовки. Что касается еды: очень вкусно и разнообразно, читая остальные отзывы об однообразии, хочу сказать, что просто за весь отдых привыкаешь брать одно и то же и не берешь новое, вот и кажется, что все одинаково и мало! По себе заметила, что не разу не попробовала пиццы, а стоило бы и так по многим блюдам. Ездили с ребенком 6 лет, есть детский клуб, но так и не заглянула в него. Ребенку было и так весело. Номера: Если выключить кондиционер мокро и пол мокрый, поэтому делали, чуть теплее только днем и спали под одеялом. Но это же Мальдивы. Белье сохнет только на улице на солнце днем. Отдыхом очень довольны. Брали 2 разных трансфера, водный самолет быстрее и понравился больше.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and truly was a dream come true. The staff were absolutely amazing and were always there for anything you needed, we didn’t have to lift a finger. The food was delicious and was always such a selection! The only negative is trying to get a booking at the restaurants, can be frustrating but we managed to get one for the Italian restaurant. Was nice to sit in a different environment but food was the same at the Buffett. Great entertainment in the day and evening, they were all very talented! Beautiful hotel and rooms were amazing. Always cleaned to perfection. Definitely get your money worth here, just a beautiful place to visit you will not be disappointed.

WOW..... What a holiday!! This has to be paradise or something very close. The beach, water, facilities are fantastic along with the staff, who tend to your needs at a drop of a hat. They all work very hard and a big shout out to FAZ who looked after us around the bar making sure we always had a drink in our hand. Thank you to RIU for making this a dream holiday... ❤️

Отдыхаем в RIU Atoll уже второй раз. Номер рекомендую брать на первом этаже виллы, с выходом на пляж и сразу к морю. Лучшие виллы первые от бассейна, так как удобно и близко от ресторанов, баров и развлечений. Я всегда заранее пишу письмо с пожеланиями к размещению и всегда получаю от отеля, то что хочу, за это отдельное 👍 Номера просторные, уборка каждый день и качественная. Шезлонги у каждой виллы в достатке, места всегда есть. У острова 2 основные стороны для отдыха, у вилл со стороны лагуны (где виллы на воде) море не глубокое (1-0,5 м) но хватает очень комфортно и нет волн. Со стороны ресепшен глубже, ветренее и тенистее. Напитки в течении дня в баре у бассейна с 10.30 и до заката, официанты по пляжу не ходят и не разносят. Алкоголь качественный, коктейльная карта большая. На Мальдивы мы прилетели сразу после 5-ти дней в RIU Dubai (отель этой же сетки) так вот, нас питание в основном ресторане разочаровало немного по сравнению с Дубай. Здесь выбор блюд меньше, не так вкусно. Были дни что вообще не вкусно обедали или ужинали. Но голодным не останетесь. Питание это единственный минус для нас, хотя в 2022 году было лучше. В отеле шикарная развлекательная программа, каждый вечер живая музыка, дискотеки через день, с 9 до 12 ночи, очень качественно всё сделано. Персонал доброжелательный и приветливый. Сервис 5 баллов. Nos encantó el hotel, la distribución de las habitaciones, la playa de ensueño, la atención siempre amable de absolutamente todo el personal. Ya desde la llegada a Malé el servicio es excelente, tanto la recepcion como el acompañamiento hasta tomar el avion a la isla. Lo mismo al regreso. Solo agregaría mas opciones vegetarianas en la cocina a la vista, pero el bufett es muy bueno y completo. A nuestro gusto la playa es perfecta, se puede hacer snorkel desde unos pocos metros y en otros lugares es realmente una pileta infinita. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, pasamos unos días inolvidables y esperamos volver pronto.

My husband and I came to the Riu Atoll to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary...and what a fantastic choice we made. The resort was pristine, the staff the friendliest we have ever come across in our travels and the food and drink superb. Special mentions for Mary, Maleesha, Sunethma and Jack in the restaurants, Singhe, Jessica, Pasi, Shah, Kelvin, Rasika, Chamee and Visham at the Sunshine pool bar, Isuru in the Sports bar, Prasad from Entertainment, Shaidur our room cleaner and Jamshad .

I honestly don't know where to start, we arrived over 6 hours late because of Qatar Airlines making us miss our connecting flight so this wasn't a good start to our Honeymoon. Then when we had arrived at the Riu atoll we had been Upgraded to The Palace side instead of the Atoll. We had an over waterbungalow worth every penny. I've just got home & I'm writing this review because honestly it really is PARADISE! The food is lovely something for everyone, the staff are 1010 they are all so friendly and nice they work so hard. If you can tip them because they appreciate it & they go out of there way to do things for you. It did annoy me sometimes seeing people not saying thankyou to them. It costs nothing to Thank someone for moving your plate or making you a drink. Our Cleaner was lovely, the reception staff, the chefs everyone I can't remember names, but they all deserve a shout out because they are all Brilliant. The Band aswel are fantastic, if you like it abit more lively I'd say go for the Atoll. If you want more peace go for The Palace, or just book The Palace & you can use both of them. We had a week there and i would 100% go back, ive never felt as relaxed in my life. As what i did in the Maldives. Its just STUNNING. We also did the Dolphin Boat trip that was really good. Worked out about £70 each I think in English. We are really sad to be home but we want to say a MASSIVE Thankyou to all the Staff at The Atoll & Palace for making our Honeymoon simply the best we couldn't have had a better time & Thankyou for the upgrade we got to enjoy both sides and we definitely did, the effort that goes into it all doesn't go unnoticed. The White Night is amazing LOVED IT! Sax player is also amazing, I could go on forever. Also we dined at Kyrstal, Yuhi & the Italian they were all Gorgeous. Just BOOK IT you will not regret it. Especially for food in Maldives, first time we really liked the food, good all inclusive and restaurants, great drinks and choice of food. Also they have evening sunset dj, night club dj,saxophonist etc.. bar with games, and water/pool activities during the day, great reefs for snorkelling, we loved our staycation there. ☀️

❤️❤️❤️Vacances Exceptionnelles ❤️❤️❤️ L’accueil : Le bateau vous dépose sur un ponton. Au bout de celui-ci, vous êtes accueillis avec une serviette et une boisson fraîche. En quelques minutes, tous les enregistrements (environs 30 personnes) ont étés effectués. La chambre (3011) : Wouaw…une carte postale comme dans les catalogues qui vous vendent des rêves mais ici c’est du vrai. Le mobilier, la salle de bain, le mini bar, le ménage,… , tout y est parfait. Le restaurant principal : Toujours un accueil très soigné. La qualité des denrées est omniprésente. Le personnel est toujours très bien soigné, souriant et attentif. La propreté est aussi omniprésente. Très grand BRAVO. Les restaurants (Italien & Steck House) à la carte méritent la même mention. Le personnel dans son ensemble : Adorable, souriant, présent, amical,… Bref, un personnel avec de très grande qualité. La formule All In : Tout simplement PARFAIT. Le Directeur de l’Hotel : Elegant, souriant, sympathique, attentionné (a l’égard des vacanciers et de son personnel). Même le personnel n’hésite pas à complimenter la sympathie de leur directeur ‼️ Conclusion : Un Hôtel qui offres des services digne d’un très grand palace. Прекрасный отель, все ухожено, номера новые, еда вкусная, алкоголь нормального качества. Но.... Отъезд из отеля испортил впечатления на долго. Было 2 вылета в МСК в 11.00 и в 15.05. Наш вылет был в 15.05. Но в целях экономии нас забрали на лодке из отеля в 05.00. в аэропорту мы были около 08.00. За 7 часов до вылета!!!!!! В аэропорт нас не пустили, тк туда запускают за 3-4 часа до вылета. Пришлось 4 часа как бомжам сидеть на лавочке снаружи аэропорта. Вот это просто отвратительно!

L'hôtel était largement à la hauteur de nos attentes : personnel aux petits soins (accueil en français par Vikish :) ), propreté, ... Le site et les plages sont magnifiques. Nous avons fait du jet ski avec Azzam et Mimrah et toute la famille a adoré l'activité. Toujours un serveur pour nous accueillir et nous installer rapidement au restaurant (table de 7). La climatisation fonctionne très (trop) bien et les nuits sont fraîches dans la chambre (on dort bien !) S'il fallait mettre des points négatifs : la présence d'un rôdeur qui a essayé de pénétrer dans les chambres des enfants pendant la première nuit (la manager de l'hôtel a mené l'enquête mais pas de retour), la distance à parcourir pour rejoindre la piscine et les restaurants (chambres 2504 et 2505), le fait que le snorkeling encadré par Scuba Caribe (avec le matériel prêté) doit se faire dans une zone déterminée qui n'est pas la meilleure pour voir des coraux et des poissons.

Если бы можно было поставить пол звезды, то поставила бы. Я побывала около 15-16 раз на Мальдивах, в некоторых отелях несколько раз, были и 3 звезды и 5, но такого дна как здесь я не встречала. Все началось со встречи в аэропорту, не встретили, подсказали где стойка, так и там никого, пока ждала я, подошло огромное количество человек, образовалась очередь, и вот наконец подошли. Пошли регистрировать на рейс местных авиа, пока шли рассказал что сейчас пойдем в ресторан, где перекусим и все бесплатно. Очень долго регистрировали, вообще не торопились, потом сказал что успеем лишь чай с шоколадкой, а когда закончили объявили что времени нет, ищите уже в общий зал ожидающих полета, типа минут 15 осталось, прождали час 😡Перелет прошел за 35 минут легко и приятно. Потом на автобус до катера и 15 минут на катере до отеля. И вот мы выходим из лодки, встречает один человек и все. Нет всего менеджмента, нет барабанов, да мы тут просто никому не нужны, как конвейер. Затем разделили на 2 группы, Atoll и Palas, раздали напитки кому какой, не спрашивая пью я это или нет и внимание! просто всей группе как на планерке провели собрание и на хорошем быстром английском проторобанили что где и как. Обычно встречает несколько менеджеров и самое что большое разбивают на мини группы по языку, а так и вообще весь инструктаж для каждой семьи отдельно. Когда с тобой лично говорят даже на англ, можно попросить повторить, по другому сказать, чтобы понять. А здесь даже не уточнили все ли говорят на англ. Ну а дальше выдали всем ключи, показали направление и сказали идите и ищите свой номер сами, в темноте! Уставшая с долгого перелета я шла до своей виллы 10 минут🤦‍♀️, а всегда в других отелях либо идти было минуты 2, так и то тебя доводили, либо всех развозили на багги. Дальше захожу в номер, сам номер большой, приятный, НО тапочек нет, шампуня нет, лосьона для тела нет, жидкого мыло и того нет, лишь маленький кусочек твердого не ароматного мыла и гель для душа в диспансере в душевой, а значит вообще не ясно что там залили. Собираюсь спать и тут выясняется что нет одеяла 😳, лишь простынка. На следующий день уточняю где одеяло и выясняется что оно выдается по запросу, я в шоке. Ладно, прошу одеяло, а приносят плед 🤦‍♀️, сказали других одеял у них нет, а это тяжелое покрывало, которое не дышит и пододеяльников у них тоже не оказалось, вот и спи как хочешь. Теперь про обеды и ужины. Голодными вы не останетесь, а удовольствие от еды вам получить не получится, ощущение что забежала в столовую, все никакое, много фаст фуда. А дальше еще круче, чай на обеды и ужины они не подают 😳😳😳 Как ? Почему? Я вот не могу без чая. Говорят идите за ним в бар. Ну такого бреда я еще не встречала. Кстати про напитки тоже ничем не порадую, никаких коктейлей вам не принесут на обед и ужин, только сок, воду, напитки, пиво и вино, все. Пляж хороший, вход в воду приятный, но найти лежак крайне сложно. Номеров много, а лежаков в 3 раза меньше, и куча народу ходит и ищет где им разместиться. Попробую занять перед завтраком, хотя не факт что мои соседи не делают так же 😅 Подводя итоги я никому не рекомендую данный отель. Голубой океан и белый песок есть на всех отелях на Мальдивах, а вот сервис бывает намного лучше, даже в отелях 3 звезды и стоимостью в два раза ниже. Приезжая на отдых хочется релаксировать, а не страдать от отвратительного сервиса.

Echt een super locatie! Als mijn gezondheid en financiële plaatje in orde is boek ik per direct nog een keer deze reis alleen nu wel met mijn kinderen erbij. Witte stranden, azuurblauwe zee de hoogste palmbomen… werkelijk waar paradijs. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk. All in was goed, veel verse vis en curry’s. De al a carte restaurants top! En je mag er zo vaak eten als je wilt. Elke avond ander entertainment is en het personeel gaat tot het uiterste om het naar je zin t maken. Genoeg te doen ook overdag. Veel activiteiten. Enige kleine toevoeging, het zou lekker zijn om wat nootjes, chocolade etc in de minibar te hebben.

Давно я не писала отзывов на отели, пора возвращаться к этому делу 😅 Нам пребывание в отеле очень понравилось! Есть некоторые недостатки, но о них ниже. Еда: Если вы летите и думаете, что вас будет ждать Турецкий all inclusive с кучей еды от рассвета и до заката, то не стоит себя накручивать пустыми ожиданиями, но! питание довольно разнообразное, каждый найдет для себя что поесть. Все очень вкусное! По сути, у вас будет завтрак, обед и ужин. Между этим можно найти легкую закуску в виде фруктиков, гамбургеров, сэндвичей, печенек, мороженого. Напитки: вино красное, белое, розовое, шампанское, пиво, коктейли. Есть коктейльная карта, она очень небольшая, но бармены могут приготовить что попросишь, как я поняла. П с-кофе хорош. Сколько мы путешествовали, это чуть ли не первая страна, где утром наливают хороший кофе, а в течение дня делают прекрасный капучино. Трансфер: все очень комфортно, вам везде подскажут и проводят. При этом, советую брать рейсы на более ранние вылеты. У нас был рейс на 15:00 и еще с отеля выезжала куча людей в этот день. Как итог, мы встали вместе со всеми к 5ти утра и нас общей кучкой отправили в аэропорт, где мы прождали 7 часов до вылета. Моя то задумка заключалась в Том, что мы спокойно проснемся, позавтракаем и нам организуют трансфер и мы не будем торопиться и вставать рано раннюю, но не тут то было. Персонал прекрасный, все очень приветливые и дружелюбные ❤️ Номера: супер красивые, современные, все новенькое. Из любого номера, какой ни возьми, будет вид на море. В номерах нет щеток/пасты, но уже это норма с точки зрения многих отелей. Нет халатов и тапочек, для меня это было уже неудобством. Особенно отсутствие тапок. Видимо, есть какая-то беда с системой вентилирования. Если ставишь кондер выше чем 23-24 градуса, то моментально образуется испарина и пол, мало того, что холодный, так еще и очень влажный. На нем очень легко упасть. А те же 22-23 градуса довольно прохладно. Возможно, такая беда не во всех номерах, но это доставляло небольшой дискомфорт. Территория с пляжем очень ухоженная. Если вам кажется, что с одной стороны острова ветер, идите на другую))) со стороны бассейна мне вход в море понравится меньше. Там больше мелких камушков и песок кажется чуть крупнее, а вот с противоположной стороны идеально. Но это уже, скорее, придирка 😁 ведь везде довольно красиво. В целом, чистейший песок, мелкнький, белоснежный ❤️ На бассейне можно спокойно взять полотенца и не нужно тащить их из номера (как мы делали первые дни, пока не увидели, где стойка с полотенцами). ВАЖНО! Если хотите посмотреть на рыбок, да даже если и не хотели и не планировали))) берите с собой свою маску с трубкой. В отеле сделано очень хитро. Они дают в аренду маску (50 долл залог), но только в том месте, где нет рифа. И смотреть там, по факту, нечего. А вот подальше, где основной риф, туда уже с арендованной маской нельзя 🤷🏼‍♀️. Нам пришлось брать в магазине маску, так как рассчитывали просто арендовать, чтобы с собой не тащить, но не получилось. На рыбок сможет посмотреть каждый, даже если вы не умеете толком плавать. Там довольно мелко и можно понаблюдать за живностью. Мы видели, помимо красивых рыбок, ската, рифовую акулку и черепаху. Риф очень близко к берегу, что довольно удобно. Я не могу сориентировать : большой он или маленький, небыло опыта пребывания на Мальдивах, но мне для первого раза показался очень здоровским. Программа развлечений, на мой взгляд, довольно хорошая. Если боитесь, что будет нечем заняться, то можно участвовать просто во всем, что вам предлагают 😁 вечером были квизы, живая музыка, дискотека. В общем, отель очень здоровский 👍🏻прям советую. Особенно, если вы взяли с собой свою маску 😅а пол, это мелочи, к этому можно приспособиться, если аккуратно ходить и мало находится в номере 😁

We have recently returned from a 10 day holiday with 2 teenagers. The resort was perfect, so clean, beautiful beaches, friendly staff, great choice of foods. Evening entertainment was great and the band were amazing. All so talented and friendly. The white night and safari night were our favourites. Would definitely recommend and would love to holiday again at this amazing resort.

Visitamos Maldivas y el hotel Riu fue la mejor decisión que pudimos tomar, nos hospedamos en el Riu Palace maldivas. El hotel es una isla compartida con el hotel riu atoll, en el palace todo es mas tranquilo y mas exclusivo, en el sector del atoll estan todas las actividades y la playa es mejor, sin embargo no importa cualquiera de los dos hoteles, la experiencia es maravillosa. Desde nuestra habitacion vimos rayas, tiburon bebe y muchos peces. sin dudarlo repetiria este magnifico lugar.

Uma experiência espetacular num hotel de excelência. Quartos espaçosos, funcionais e com uma limpeza exemplar. Todos os bares com funcionários muito simpáticos e competentes. Todos os restaurantes com comida muito fresca e bem confeccionada. A praia e a piscina são espetaculares e estão convenientemente bem localizadas em relação às restantes instalações. Os funcionários do entretenimento são muito bons e a selecção de actividades/shows estão muito bem pensadas. A atenção à limpeza em todo o hotel é motivo de destaque.

A long flight and transfer but so worth the travelling Fantastic staff throughout possibly the cleanest resort I have been to Food good always something to eat in the buffet restaurant wide choice. Found the Diet Coke on tap very thick so we took cans from the fridge for our mixers Entertainment every day and night some wasn’t to our taste but resort have a wide diverse clientele Stayed in a beach room and could do with some water urns to clean sand off feet before entering the room Done 2 boat trips sunset cruise and dolphin quest and never seen so many dolphins Snorkelling was very good Overall enjoyed our holiday and excellent value for money

Всех приветствую. Пишу тот отзыв, который сама была бы рада прочесть перед тем, как сюда отправиться) место - рай. Накануне отъезда написала напрямую в отель и мне быстро ответили и объяснили, каким образом будет осуществляться трансфер. Скинула им свидетельство о браке, чтобы наш номер украсили соответствующе. Мониторила погоду, прогнозы на этом острове были грустные - на весь отпуск предвещались дожди. По приезду в Мале нас действительно ожидал дождь. Нас встретил сотрудник турагенства, отвёл к стойке отеля, дальше провели в специальную зону отдыха, где бесплатно покормили. Ждать до отлёта на внутренних авиалиниях нужно было 4 часа, мы поймали такси и за 35 долларов нам устроили обзорную экскурсию по Мале) не теряйте время. Прокатитесь. Но не забывайте, что время там +1 час от времени Дубая. Часы автоматом не перевелись, поэтому мы чуть не опоздали на рейс. В итоге улетели. Полет длился 45 минут, угощали чаем и киткатом с яблоками) затем на автобусе до набережной, а там на катере до отеля. Встретили замечательно. Расселили всех. Отеля на территории 2. У нас riu atoll. На территорию второго отеля заходить не резрешали. На ресепшне оказались 2 рускоязычные девушки. Заселились нас на пляжную виллу 1005. Всем советую. Первый же корпус. Ближе всех к бассейну, ресторанам, барам и прочему. При этом имеет достаточную удалённость, чтобы комфортно ощущать себя возле виллы. Из номера прямой выход к океану. Идти секунд 15) мечта. Неподалёку от нас водные виллы расположены нашего же отеля. Не знаю, насколько они более выигрышны. Доступа прямого к пляжу нет. Идти до него. А у нас очень классный доступ ко всему. С утра поглубже, позже мелче. Но мне комфортно плавать. Взяла с собой переходники для розеток. Не пожалела. Из туалетных принадлежностей были мыло и гель+шампунь 2 в 1-ом. Берите свое побольше. Тапочки тоже берите. Полотенец полно. Халатов нет. А мини-баре газировка и пиво, есть чайник, фен и ютуг. Берите крем для загара, шляпы. Уборка номера ежедневная и отличная. Работает кондиционер. На мой вкус холодно. Но если играться с температурой, то может быть повышенная влага и пол будет скользкий. Кто то нам говорил, что открывал дверь и отлично. Мы не пробовали так. Номер для молодожёнов украсили и шампанское организовали. Берите с собой маски. В конце острова риф. Есть что посмотреть. У нас одна маска была с супругом. Чуть не развелись пока делили)))) в конце острова поглубже, коса, риф, гамак из рекламы баунти, множество идей для классных фото. Если бар не важен и длительная прогулка в жару на завтрак, обед и ужин не важны, то просите номер в вилле в конце острова возле рифа. Нам лично пару раз в ту часть острова сходить было достаточно) на баре очень приветливые ребята. Коктейли любые в неограниченном количество. В бассейне классно. По утрам аэробика водная. Днем конкурсы. Каждый вечер крутые программы после ужина. Живая музыка. Дискотеки. Мы застали 2 крутые вечеринки. Посетили ресторан а-ля карт. Ничего. Но в основном ресторане шведский стол зашёл больше. Еда на твёрдую 3ку. Есть, что есть. Но сказать, что прямо вкусно не могу. Нормально в общем. Мы не есть приехали. Хотя по 3 кг набрали))) русских ребят достаточно. Погода порадовала. Хоть прогноз обещал все каникулы дожди, мы их вообще не застали. Солнце сильное. Брали каяк. Часик плавали. Прекрасно. На специальной территории. Есть магазин с сувенирами. Магнитик на холодильник 8 долларов. Судите сами, дорого или нет. Там можно купить шоколад, чипсы, предметы первой необходимости. Все вокруг приветливые. Имейте в виду, что, когда стемнеет, есть смысл дойти до ресепшна, там мост светится и на свет собирается рыба и акулы. Мы случайно дошли. Взглянули вниз и обалдели. К счастью днем акул не видели нигде. После 19 вечера во тьме плавать не рекомендуют. Никто не знает, кто там к берегу заплывет в это время. Берег ночью усыпан крабами, которые прячутся в норках. Норок масса. Ну вроде все сказала. Очень рада, что приехала именно сюда. Это первый опыт и от него многое зависло. Теперь я точно знаю, что вернусь на Мальдивы.

Excelente Hotel, playa maravillosa, con aguas transparentes, comidas variadas, y excelente personal. Especialmente agradecer la atención de Bekis en recepción y a Julia (manager) que nos atendió y aconsejó con mucha amabilidad. Una estancia estupenda en el paraíso. Destacar la limpieza de todas las instalaciones, nunca he estado en un hotel tan limpio...

Unser Urlaub auf den Malediven war ein wahrer Traum, den wir nie vergessen werden. Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen im Hotel Riu Atoll im September 2023 und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Unterkunft im Hotel Riu Atoll war sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Unsere Erwartungen in Bezug auf das Atoll, das Meer und die Umgebung wurden voll erfüllt. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Betreuung und der liebenswerten Art von Ashen vom RiuFit-Team haben wir täglich am Animationsprogramm teilgenommen und hatten sehr viel Spaß am Pétanquespielen und am Aqua-Gym. Wir haben dadurch viele neue liebenswerte Menschen kennengelernt. Ashen ist auf jeden Fall eine Bereicherung für die Riu-Kette! Die abendlichen Veranstaltungen haben sich wöchentlich wiederholt. Auch die Musik war immer im gleichen Electro-Stil. Vielleicht die Songs einfach mal im Original spielen?! Durch die Renovierung des Restaurantes durften wir 1 ½ Wochen das Restaurant vom Hotel Rui Palace Maledives nutzen. Dieses war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Nach Fertigstellung durften wir die Insel leider nicht mehr betreten. Das Restaurant vom Riu Atoll war auch sehr gut, aber leider nicht mehr so abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir fanden, dass dieses Jahr der Preis für unseren Urlaub absolut gerechtfertigt war, wenn man die Qualität der Erfahrung berücksichtigt. Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Wir können das Riu Atoll weiterempfehlen.

OMG Hated the 24 journey to get there from the UK but as soon as you arrive you know it is worth it. Apartment big and immaculate with terrace onto whiter than white sand and 30 steps into the most clear turquoise ocean imaginable. The service from all staff was impeccable. Food awesome and the best entertainment ever from Scott and his band the crossroads, Massive thanks to Dev the cleaner. We had the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed at and his artistry was awesome with new towels each day in the shape of lobsters, monkeys, stingrays etc The free mini bar kept us going. The water sport staff were so good giving me a private 1 and a half hour jet skiing session which included being surrounded by a pod of dolphins deep out at sea. Can't rate this place highly enough. Went when it first opened in 2019 and tried every year to get back which I was stopped by covid. Finally got back and it was better than ever. Thanks Moosa (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) ps Thank you to ALL the staff in the sports bar. You are all amazing and can't wait to see you next year,

Apenas a animação noturna deixa um pouco a desejar. A comida é boa apesar de não haver grande variedade (basicamente é sempre o mesmo todos os dias), as bebidas também são boas, no entanto acho que em relação às outras experiências que tive no grupo RIU, o mesmo está a perder alguma qualidade.

What a fantastic time we’ve just had at RIU Atoll. Everything was perfect, powder white sand, turquoise ocean, had an executive overwater villa with the sunrise and sunbathing on the terrace, down the steps to snorkel with many fish, reef sharks and rays in crystal clear water, shallow, warm and calm! Heaven! Fabulous restaurants with no problem booking, actually preferred the amazing buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner, so fresh and so much choice! Constantly stocked up mini bar and optics in room and every member of staff was so polite, helpful and happy! Special mention to Nandana, Jack & Champika who went above and beyond with fabulous service! Ignore all moans as this place is simply perfection and we’ll definitely be planning our next visit! 5*+ to RIU Atoll
