  • The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg and 5 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage is subject to availability at the time of check-in to the seaplane and at an extra charge.
  • Travel details must be received by the Resort 7 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee a transfer.
  • Seaplane transfer to the Resort is available on only during daylight hours (06:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs).

  • Guests arriving after that will require an overnight stay before they can be transferred to the island the next morning.
  • Seaplane from the Resort to the airport (on departure) can only connect with international flights departing from 09:00hrs onwards.
  • The last seaplane transfer from the Resort is in the late afternoon. Guests departing on evening or late-night flights will need to take this transfer back to the airport.
