The seaplane transfer imposes a baggage limit of 20 kg for checked luggage and 5 kg for carry-on luggage. Any excess will incur a charge of US$5.00 per kg.

Neither the resort nor the seaplane service will be responsible for any missed international flights due to delays caused by adverse weather, force majeure, or other uncontrollable events.
